TUESDAY, JUNE 28, 2005 * ARANETA COLISEUM * MANILA, PHILIPPINES

A video package airs, highlighting the portion of last week's broadcast where GI Jew and Romeo signed a contract to meet for the ORA Championship this Saturday night at Meltdown in Honolulu, Hawaii.  From there, Linkin Park's "By_Myslf" hits and we are sent inside the Araneta Coliseum in Manila, Philippines, where a glorious pyrotechnics display ensues, and we are taken to our commentators, Victor Troy and Paul Ferrara.

Troy:  Hello everyone, and welcome to PWA Frequency!  I'm Victor Troy, along here with Paul Ferrara, and, just four days away from Meltdown, live on pay-per-view, we have some huge things in store tonight!

Ferrara:  You couldn't be more right, Troy!  Tell em about our main event!

Troy:  You're not going to believe this one, folks!  Tonight, the PWA World Heavyweight Championship will be on the line, just four days before Jason Calysto challenges for it on pay-per-view.  Tonight however, Hollywood Mike Griffin will put the gold up for grabs against... Scythe!

Ferrara:  I can't believe it!  Scythe has been on self-imposed exile ever since losing to Griffin at Symphony of Destruction nearly three weeks ago.  Commissioner Kerry Cox called him and asked him what it would take for him to come back, and Scythe said a rematch with Griffin.  So, tonight, the match has been made, and Scythe is back!

Troy:  Unbelievable!  Also tonight folks, we will find out who Briggs' partner will be when he goes into battle against Solomon and Infernus at Meltdown!

Ferrara:  That's not all!  Romeo, International Champion Jackie Baccaro and Lt. Commissioner F. Anthony Annetta will meet ORA Champion GI Jew, Renegade and Paul Dawkins in six-man tag team action, the Women's Championship will be on the line, and we have a great tag team match, which begins now!

Troy:  That's right!  In fact, let's get right down to ringside and get this show on the road!  Lee Palmer, take it away!

The camera shifts to ringside, where Lee Palmer begins the introductions and "Da Repercussions" by 50 Cent hits the speakers and the fans burst into jeers for Mike Grieco, who makes his way to the ring first.  As Grieco settles himself in the squared circle, "Not Falling" by Mudvayne hits and Jon Dulberg emerges to a chorus of boos, accompanied down by Rodney King and Natasha and Vladimir Vydrina.  Dulberg joins Grieco in the ring and the two begin talking strategy as "Still Ballin" by 2Pac hits the speakers, prompting the fans to cheer loudly.  James Biamonte makes his way to the ring, stopping at the foot of the ramp, awaiting the arrival of his partner.  Moments later, "Footprints" by G-Unit explodes onto the speakers, and the fans go nuts as Showtime Damon Savage makes his trademark entrance, energizing the Philippines crowd.

Troy:  Listen to these fans give it up for Showtime!

Ferrara:  And they should!  Showtime has been gone for five months, and now he's back on television.  He deserves this reaction.

* MIKE GRIECO & JON DULBERG VS. SHOWTIME DAMON SAVAGE & JAMES BIAMONTE *

REFEREE:  JOSE SOARES

Showtime and Biamonte slide into the ring and the bell immediately sounds, getting this one underway.  When the smoke clears, it is Showtime and Jon Dulberg slugging it out in the center of the ring.  Showtime establishes the early advantage on Dulberg, pounding him back into the corner.  Showtime then whips him off the ropes and downs him with a big back body drop as he returns.  Dulberg gets up again, but Showtime again downs him with a dropkick!  This time, Dulberg crawls to his corner and makes the tag to Mike Grieco.  However, seeing this, Showtime listens to the pleas from his partner and tags James Biamonte into the match!

Troy:  Alright, here we go!  Grieco and Biamonte!

Ferrara:  Both of these pairs will meet in singles action at Meltdown this Saturday, but nothing is more intense than this Grieco-Biamonte rivalry!

Troy:  That's not to minimize the issue between Showtime and Dulberg.

Ferrara:  No, but understand it's not Dulberg who Showtime wants.  Showtime wants, more than anything else in the world, to get his hands on Vladimir Vydrina and Rodney King.  Getting Jon Dulberg at Meltdown is just a distraction, but a distraction that Showtime is taking very seriously nonetheless.

Biamonte and Grieco go at it hard in the ring, slugging it out, each man trying to one-up the other.  Finally, Biamonte pounds Grieco into the ropes and charges at him, and the two both go tumbling over the top rope and to the outside of the ring!  They brawl furiously on the outside of the ring, ignoring the referee's count.  Meanwhile, inside the ring, Jon Dulberg and Showtime step inside and begin duking it out violently.  Before long, the referee has lost complete control, his count reaching ten, ending the match in a double count-out.

* WINNERS:  DOUBLE COUNT-OUT *

Troy:  There is chaos at ringside right now, Paul!

Ferrara:  And it's only about to get worse!  Look!

With that, Vladimir Vydrina steps into the ring and attacks Showtime from behind.  Dulberg and Vydrina do a vicious two-on-one number on Showtime, leaving him defenseless, as Grieco and Biamonte battle through the crowd.  Showtime is left in a heap of helplessness in the ring as Rodney King and cohorts stand tall while we cut to commercial.

-- COMMERCIAL BREAK --

Returning from break, we find Scythe in his dressing room, lacing up his boots for his title shot against Hollywood Mike Griffin for the PWA Championship later tonight.  As he does so, the door to his dressing room opens, and in walks The Iceman Jason Calysto, the title's challenger this Saturday at Meltdown, who does not look pleased.

Scythe:  Hey Jay, what's up?

Calysto:  Don't hey Jay me, I'm not in the mood.  You know Scythe, where do you get off?

Scythe:  What are you talking about?

Calysto:  You know I have this title shot set for Saturday at Meltdown, and you demand a title shot here tonight to end your self-imposed exile.  Do you have any idea of the implications that has on my title shot now?

Scythe:  I'm assuming if I win, I'll just be inserted in Griffin's place Saturday, right?

Calysto:  Wrong.  I just finished talking to Kerry Cox.  He said the order has just been handed down from Bryan Conroy that if you win tonight, the PWA title match at Meltdown becomes a triple threat match.  That's you, me and him, triple threat, first pin wins.  And just like that, I lose my one-on-one shot.

Scythe:  So what exactly are you saying?

Calysto:  Nothing really.  Just that you winning tonight would make regaining my title on Saturday more difficult than it should be.  Plus, I've wanted Griffin alone in that ring for a long time, two years to be exact.  Ever since he beat me at Everlasting Epic II, I've wanted my revenge.  So, I don't have a problem with you, but I just wanted to let you know where I stand tonight.  I want you to lose.

Scythe:  Well, I appreciate your honesty.  But I will win.

Calysto:  And if you do, I'll still manage to come away with the belt on Saturday.

Scythe:  I suppose we'll see.

Calysto:  Yes.  We will.

With that, Calysto exits the room and we take another break.

-- COMMERCIAL BREAK --

Back from the break, we are taken to the dressing room of Vulture and the International Champion Jackie Baccaro.

Vulture:  Well nonetheless, we accomplished our goal.

Baccaro:  And if all goes well, Tantalus won't even make it back in time for Everlasting Epic and will have to forfeit his title shot.

Vulture:  I wouldn't get my hopes up, Giacomo.  Yes, we put Greg Tantalus on the shelf last week and yes, there is no official timetable for his return, I would be shocked to see all of July pass by without a Tantalus appearance.  In fact, I'd be shocked to see him miss more than a couple of weeks.  But one thing's for sure.  When he does come back, he's gonna want a big piece of you.

Baccaro:  And I won't give it to him.

Vulture:  And why not?

Baccaro:  Because if he wants something from me, I want something from him.

Vulture:  And what's that?

Baccaro:  His Everlasting Epic title shot on the line.

Vulture:  Precisely!  This is going to work out even better than I thought.  Think about it, Giacomo.  Come August 20, not only will you be the International Champion, but you will also hold whichever world title you choose to go after.  The dominance has truly just begun.

Baccaro:  I really like the sound of that.

Vulture:  I do too.  But we do have one thing standing in our way for now.

Baccaro:  What's that?

Vulture:  This six-man tag.  You've gotta team with Romeo and F. Anthony Annetta tonight to face GI Jew, Renegade and Paul Dawkins.  I wouldn't look past this match, none of the three guys standing across from you like you very much.

Baccaro:  Yeah I know, but it will be fine.  I plan on sending Dawkins a message tonight.

Vulture:  Good.

Baccaro:  I thought so.

Vulture:  I'm gonna go get something to drink, I'll be right back.  When I get back, we'll talk strategy.

Baccaro:  Sounds good.

Vulture then exits the room and we return ringside.

Troy:  Folks, last week, a heinous act was perpetrated against two innocent victims right here on Frequency, one that sickened me to no end.

Ferrara:  Last week, we saw the Army of the Damned come together, as Bishop Cross, Loki, and Reaper joined forces to destroy Speed Demon and his innocent girlfriend Dana Chapman.  The attack was bloody, brutal, heinous and despicable.

Troy:  Our producers want us to roll the footage, but I refuse to air that filth again.  Because that's what it is.  Absolute filth.  But the jist of it is Speed Demon needed a partner to take on Bishop Cross and Reaper.  Loki offered his services.  Loki then turned on Demon, and a vile attack ensued.  Then, tragically, Dana Chapman ran to the ring to plead with the assailants to cease the attack.  She suffered for that.  The two were beaten and beaten badly, left unconscious and bloodied in the ring to the point where we truly believed we would never see them again.  Well folks, tonight, we update you on their conditions.

Ferrara:  As it's looking now, we weren't far off with our estimates last week.  Both suffered massive internal injuries.  From what we've been told -- and details are sketchy at this point -- Dana Chapman spent the week slipping in and out of a coma.  However, thankfully, she is reportedly conscious now, but a return to the PWA is considered highly doubtful.  As I said, details are sketchy, and we know very little about Dana's state of mind and condition, but it is considered likely that we have seen the last of Dana Chapman inside a PWA ring.

Troy:  As for Speed Demon, he is battered, bruised, suffered internal bleeding, and endured 58 stitches under his eye to close a long gash caused by a steel chair.  The doctors have said Demon will now brandish a long, hideous scar for the rest of his life because of it.  As bad of shape as Demon came to the hospital in, however, he has been fueled by the desire to get better so that he can take care of Dana, and is making a quicker recovery than expected.  However, as this point, we are told that, due to Demon's current state of mind, it is uncertain when or if Demon will ever return to the company.

Ferrara:  As you can see, the Army of the Damned has taken these two lives and turned them completely upside down, with no regard for anyone or anything but themselves.

Troy:  With that said, we will hear from the Army of the Damned right after this break.  Folks, I have no desire to hear from these monsters, but they're on our program and there is nothing we can do.  This won't be for the weak at heart.  We'll be right back.

-- COMMERCIAL BREAK --

Back from the break, boos flood the air as Andrew Lloyd Webber's "Phantom of The Opera Overture" creeps in over the speakers. Bishop Cross walks out first and stands in the middle of the stage as Reaper and Loki each stand next to him. The Army of The Damned arrives in full, and exudes evil as they march down the ramp and step into the ring. Loki grabs a microphone and the lights come back up, but he doesn't get a chance to speak over the crowd, which hurls insults and profanities their way.

Ferrara: This crowd is letting these three have it tonight.

Troy: As well they should. What we saw from these three individuals last week was downright deplorable and atrocious. If they wanted to turn on Speed Demon, that’s one thing. But it’s a whole different story when they attack Dana Chapman as well, and leave both of them battered, bloodied and out of commission. Do they care that these people have lives and families?!

Ferrara: Of course not. These guys only care about themselves, and I'm sure that’s what they are gonna talk about right now.

Loki: This is my first chance to talk to a crowd since coming back, so would all of you morons do me a favor and shut the hell up?! (Crowd boos) Now, I came back to the PWA to do one thing, and that one thing was dominate. Sure, I mentioned that Bishop Cross eliminated me in the Symphony of Destruction and took away a potential title shot, but none of you know what else he did. In those same three seconds in which he eliminated me, Bishop Cross also opened my eyes. He opened my eyes to see what was around me, and showed me the path to true dominance. I saw what he did to his opponents in the ring; ask Damien Fields if this man is dominant or not. So after seeing that, and then watching Reaper be the only man to realize it, I jumped at the opportunity that he offered me and joined The Army of The Damned. (Crowd boos) Oh spare me your jeers people. Each and every one of you is the reason I made this choice. It was you that watched me win title after title in this ring, but how did you support me? Did you ever buy my merchandise? No! Anybody have a Loki big foam hand out there? Never! So don't sit there and judge me for my actions, because any of you could end up just like Speed Demon or whatever his little girlfriend's name was!

Reaper: It was so simple. It was all laid out for you Dan. All you had to do was follow me and you could have rejoined me atop the tag team scene here in the PWA.. What I did with you wasn't personal at first. I just made a career choice to benefit the both of us. But did you do that? No, you made a selfish choice and chose your stupid little bimbo of a girlfriend. You turned your back on me Speed Demon, it was not the other way around! And because of your choice, I am here standing tall, and you aren't standing at all. Good riddance!

Cross: You can't say you weren't warned. I have said for weeks that the Army of the Damned was coming to take over the PWA, and now, we are here. We have taken three people that you all labeled as outcasts and have become what will be the most dominant force this industry has ever witnessed! You saw what we did to Speed Demon and Dana Chapman. That is just a small, small taste of what will come for anyone who opposes us. They were just our first victims, and many, many more will follow. You can either step up to us, or simply be mowed down. But for the superstars of The PWA, your time will come. We guarantee it. We're so sure of it, that we are saying right now that nobody back there is man enough to stand up to us! You saw what we did to those two last week, nobody wants to be next. So keep your fear and stay hidden in your corners, because ---

Cross' words are halted once Slipknot's "Opium of The People" blasts over the speakers and GI Jew comes out on his Chopper! The crowd is cheering wildly as The ORA Champion rides down to the ring and parks his bike on the ramp.

Troy: GI Jew is out here! I think he's heard enough of these three!

Ferrara: Is he crazy?!

Troy: He just might be.

GI Jew gets off the bike and locks eyes with all members of The Army, which dares him to enter the ring. He does so, but not before pulling a 10-foot chain from the back of his bike and swinging it wildly around the ring! Cross, Reaper and Loki all roll out quickly and GI Jew stands tall in a heated staredown that takes us into the next break.

-- COMMERCIAL BREAK --

We return to the ring, where GI Jew is pacing like a caged tiger as the crowd continues to cheer what they just witnessed.

Troy: We're back folks, and thank goodness for GI Jew getting rid of The Army of The Damned just moments ago.

Ferrara: He did it with the help of that steel chain, but something tells me things might not be over between them just yet.

Troy: Maybe you're right, but for now, we have a huge six-man tag about to happen.

50 Cent's "Piggy Bank" plays next, bringing a rousing ovation for Renegade as he walks down the ramp. The former Progressive Champion rolls into the ring and pats GI Jew on the back before climbing up to pose on the turnbuckles. Sevendust's "Black" follows, and the cheers continue as Paul Dawkins makes his way to the ring. He completes their team, and all three men look focused and ready to battle as "Things Done Changed" by Biggie Smalls takes over the speakers. A loud set of boos sets the scene for the arrival of Jackie Baccaro and Vulture, who smugly pose in front of the familiar gold fireworks as the jeers grow in number.

Troy: And just after The Army of The Damned leaves, these two jackasses come out.

Ferrara: I'm not even gonna get into the reasons you said that, we just know that Jackie Baccaro is set to defend his International Championship against his former partner Paul Dawkins at Meltdown this weekend. Both will be looking for the momentum tonight, because we know how things happen whenever they face off.

Baccaro removes his title belt and holds it high as three D-Bombs drop and explode behind him and B.G.'s "I Want It" booms over the PA system. The reaction is the same as Romeo and F. Anthony Annetta march out from the back, but they also look all business as they meet Baccaro on the ramp and come into the ring, where a brawl immediately breaks out!

* ORA WORLD CHAMPION GI JEW, RENEGADE & PAUL DAWKINS VS. ROMEO, INTERNATIONAL CHAMPION JACKIE BACCARO & F. ANTHONY ANNETTA *

REFEREE:  MATT HANSEN

Romeo and GI Jew begin a furious exchange of closed right hands while Renegade and FAA do the same with hard chops, but it is Dawkins and Baccaro who tear into one another the hardest. Baccaro rocks Dawkins with a huge right hand, but one he charges his former partner, he is met by a big back body drop that lands him down hard on the arena floor! Vulture helps Baccaro to his feet, but has no option but to back off as Dawkins hits the ropes and tears through Baccaro with an amazing suicide dive through the ropes to the floor!

Troy: My goodness; Paul Dawkins is throwing caution to the window here!

Ferrara: I have no idea what has gotten into him tonight; the guy usually has less passion than a rock, but I think it’s safe to say that Dawkins is putting himself in the best position possible to regain the title at Meltdown.

Things settle down in the ring as Renegade and Annetta are left to battle it out. Renegade has the advantage as he whips Annetta to the ropes, but The Lieutenant Commissioner reverses it and scores with a big clothesline on his return. FAA covers for a two count, but not many are watching as Dawkins and Baccaro continue their fight all the way to the backstage area as Vulture follows.

Romeo gets the tag and takes over on Renegade, leveling him with heavy right hands before shooting him to the ropes and nailing a big powerslam! He covers, but also gets a count of two before signaling for his reverse Death Valley Driver. He scoops Renegade up onto his shoulders for the DVD, but Renegade slips out and evens the score with a crescent kick to the face that puts Romeo on his back!

Ferrara: Damn, did that kick connect or what?!

Troy: It just tipped the scales a little, but Renegade needs a tag to bring in GI Jew right now!

GI Jew is nearly salivating at the chance to get his hands on Romeo, and Renegade crawls over to give him that chance. He makes the tag, but so does FAA. Romeo rolls out of the ring before GI Jew can get to him, but Annetta has a huge problem on his hands as The ORA Champion runs in and downs him with a clothesline!

Annetta gets up and walks into a big scoop slam, and GI Jew looks to end things early as he sets up for The Gore. Annetta reaches his feet slowly and Romeo tries to shield him, but he is taken down by a flying tackle from Renegade and FAA has no defense for his midsection as GI Jew levels him with The Gore! Bryan Conroy darts out to the ring with Helen Summers in tow, but he is knocked down from the ring apron with a right hand from GI Jew, who promptly covers Annetta for the 1--2--3!

* WINNERS VIA PINFALL:  GI JEW, RENEGADE & PAUL DAWKINS *

Ferrara: GI Jew just hit our owner!

Troy: I know he's been wanting to do that for a long time, but he picked up the win as well! Wait a second, what the hell is this now?!

Before any celebration can commence, GI Jew gets up and is instantly blindsided by an incoming Bishop Cross! Romeo and FAA quickly exit with Conroy and Summers, but Reaper and Loki join in as well to assault GI Jew with reckless abandon! Renegade slides back into the ring to help, but is caught with a huge Atheist superkick from his blind side, courtesy of Loki!

GI Jew gets up and tries to fight back, but he is clubbed from behind by Reaper and falls right into the clutches of Bishop Cross, who lifts him up and tries to snap his neck with The Crossfire! GI Jew falls face down on the canvas and Reaper crushes his head down with The Last Breath somersault legdrop as he comes in off the top rope! Renegade begins to stir, but Loki quickly lifts him up and slams him down hard with The Morningstar! Before the beating can continue even further, a swarm of officials flock to the ring to remove the Army of The Damned, but each man relishes in their handiwork, leaving Renegade and Jew battered and motionless as we head to a break.
