Bio: The brawny Briton John Wolfe broke into the PWA in late 2004 alongside countryman and tag team partner Paul Epton, but it was not until 2005 that the two made a huge impact, winning the Tag Team Championship twice. With Wolfe's power and Epton's speed, the duo was difficult to defeat. However, by the spring of 2006, the team had begun to run its course, and the two friends amicably went their separate ways. In doing so, Wolfe kicked off a promising singles career, winning the Progressive Championship twice, and even emerging as the final holder of that title when the company wrapped its initial run. Wolfe was one of the first men to sign up for The Rebirth when the series was picked up last year, but was crushed to learn that his Progressive title would be the only championship from the old PWA that would be discontinued. Though he initially reformed his team with Epton, Wolfe couldn’t overcome his bitterness, violently turning on his partner. To make matters worse, in the second season, the Progressive title was reinstated -- as a championship exclusive to cruiserweights. And worse than that: Paul Epton became the first holder of the resurrected title. However, Wolfe shook off the frustration and made a big impact, joining the reformed SIN and cozying up to Alexis Duval. Then, Wolfe defeated Chase Stone to capture his first International Championship. Still in possession of that title heading into season three, there is limitless potential for the SIN henchman.
