Bio: Tom Stevens has refereed a lot of wrestling matches in his day. A standout referee on the independent scene throughout the 1980s and 1990s, Stevens was gobbled up by the PWA in anticipation of its launch in mid-2002. Stevens refereed the first match in PWA history, and has officiated more main events than every other referee combined. The captain of the team, Stevens has over 30 years’ experience officiating matches, and is one of the most respected members of the PWA family.

Bio: As PWA progressed through the years, Matt Hansen, brought in as part of a second wave of referee hires in 2003, grew into a trusted official, who is trusted by the company to referee a crucial match only second to Tom Stevens. Though small in stature, Hansen is a firecracker, and a man who won't tolerate shenanigans during his matches. Should anything ever happen to Stevens, Matt Hansen is the clear next-in-line to become senior official.

Bio: Jose Soares joined the PWA referee team with a number of others in 2003 and emerged as one of the standouts of his class. Praised by wrestlers for the consistency of his counts, and his high level of perceptiveness, Soares is a top referee. Though Stevens and Hansen work the lion's share of main events for the PWA, Soares can be called upon to do so if needed. Since season two, Soares has focused most of his efforts on the cruiserweight division, and has done an admirable job.

Bio: The favorite referee of the women's division, Dan Martin didn't ask for that to be his primary assignment. However, shortly after his arrival into the company in 2003, Martin emerged as the man most trusted to preside over the women's division contests. He became so synonymous with PWA women's wrestling that it would be impossible to imagine those matches taking place without him officiating, making his inclusion in The Rebirth a foregone conclusion.
