This was a tournament final to crown the first champion

This was a triple threat match that also featured Speed Demon

This was a six-man elimination match that also involved Justice, The Omega, Jon Dulberg, and Showtime Damon Savage

This was a triple threat match that also featured Mike Grieco

On August 30, 2005, Kerry Cox declared the title vacant, due to Baccaro also holding the Progressive (formerly ORA) World Championship, which he won on August 23, 2005

This was a tournament final

This was a triple threat match that also featured Dexter P. Wellington

As per pre-match stipulation, Dawkins and Wellington wrestled each other for the title after beating International Champion Renegade & Showtime Damon Savage and James Biamonte & Mike Grieco in a wild card triple threat tag team bout

This was an Elimination Chamber bout for the title, which also featured James Biamonte, Paul Dawkins, Renegade, and Mike Grieco. The match occurred at Everlasting Epic V, the final night of the PWA’s existence. This championship was retired along with the company on that night, Aug. 12, 2006, but Showtime Damon Savage was restored as champion May 11, 2010 upon the premiere of PWA: The Rebirth. In terms of record-keeping, title reigns that were allowed to continue from the end of PWA in 2006 to the start of The Rebirth in 2010 will get three days tacked onto their reign in the interim (representing the distance from the Saturday PPV to the Tuesday TV broadcast).

Evan Black was credited with three days towards his title reign for the offseason between the conclusion of Season 1 of The Rebirth on Aug. 14, 2010 and the start of Season 2 on March 15, 2011.

Chase Stone was credited with four days towards his title reign upon the start of episode 11 of The Rebirth's second season, which aired July 5, 2011, following a six-week hiatus after Symphony of Destruction and carrying the championship through three live events during this interim.

John was credited with four days towards his title reign upon the start of The Rebirth's third season, which aired April 24, 2012, after carrying the championship through three live events during this interim. The title loss to Rich Revis on May 15, 2012 occurred in a triple threat match between Wolfe, Revis, and Jon Dulberg. Revis pinned Dulberg to win the title.
