JOEL COLISEUM

WINSTON-SALEM, NORTH CAROLINA

SEGMENT 9:  BACKSTAGE:
The scene opens up in the middle of an argument between the Lost Souls and Schenck and The Naturals. They continue to shout over each others voices until Commissioner Cox steps in between the group.

Cox: Hang on, shut up for a minute! Now, before you guys get started, I saw the results out there.

Schenck: Then you can revoke that decision, it's not-

Cox: I said shut up! The Naturals lost the belts, and there's nothing that you can do! It also means that you can't make their title matches anymore. However, I won't leave you completely empty handed. I'm going to do both teams a favor. Come Revival, I'm signing a Triple Threat match for the tag team belts, bedlam style. I'm sure you can guess the rest.

The two teams staredown each other before Cox continues.

Cox: That's right. The new tag team champions, Nash and Fields, will defend their belts against the Lost Souls and The Naturals! Now then, have a good night, gentlemen.

Cox walks off, leaving behind the Souls, who look pleased with this decision, and Schenck and the Naturals, who look quite the opposite.

SEGMENT 10:  JUMBOTRON:
Back from commercial, our attention is turned to the Jumbotron, where we see an extensive video highlighting Jon Dulberg’s efforts to train Russian national boxing champion Vladimir Vydrina over the past week.  The Rocky-style montage shows Vydrina getting better and better as Dulberg works with him and his promoter Rodney King and wife Natasha Vydrina cheer him on.

SEGMENT 11:  BACKSTAGE:
As we return to live action, we see Scott Cornelius standing by with Showtime Damon Savage.

Cornelius:  Showtime, you just saw the footage as we all did, of Rodney King and Jon Dulberg training Vladimir Vydrina to become an active competitor here in the PWA.  What are your thoughts on that?

Showtime:  Scott, that stuff is honestly no concern to me right now.  The only thing I’m concerned with is the match I have coming up next.  It’s gonna be Showtime against Mike Grieco, the International Champ, in a non-title match.  I don’t even care that the title’s not on the line tonight.  I have the title shot at Revival in the six-man elimination match.  But tonight, it’s time for Showtime to make a statement.  Scott, I guarantee you, after this match, you’ll know why they call me Showtime.

Cornelius:  Good luck tonight.

Showtime then exits, headed for the ring.

Cade:  It’s Showtime vs. Mike Grieco, and it’s next!  Stay with us!

SEGMENT 12:  MATCH 3:  NON-TITLE MATCH:  INTERNATIONAL CHAMPION MIKE GRIECO VS. SHOWTIME DAMON SAVAGE:
Referee:  Jose Soares

"Footprints" by Young Buck and 50 Cent plays as a loud burst of pyro shoots into the air. Seconds later, Showtime Damon Savage walks down to the ring to a pretty mixed reaction, with many of the cheers coming for the absence of "Not That" Rodney King from ringside.

Cade: Rodney is conspicuous by his absence tonight.

Madsen: I heard he was dealing with Vydrina business out of town tonight, so Showtime is on his own.

Cade: That's actually good news for Showtime. He's wanted a match with Mike Grieco for weeks now and even though the title won't be on the line, a win here will carry over huge momentum into Revival.

Savage waits in the ring as "Da Repercussions" by 50 Cent hits. With Dee Licious leading the way, Mike Grieco steps his way to the ring. Dee carries the International Championship belt, which will not be defended by Grieco, but Savage looks ready for action anyway.

Grieco steps inside the ring and Savage allows him to do his trademark posing on the turnbuckles, but the champion is fair game once he climbs down and the bell sounds. Savage jumps all over Grieco in the outset, pounding him down in the corner with blow after blow until Jose Soares steps in to break it up.

Savage steps back, but keeps the pressure on by whipping Grieco into the ropes and sending him down with an abrupt back elbow to the face, bringing cheers from the crowd as Savage presses his advantage.

Cade: Showtime is on a roll here!

Grieco struggles to get up, but it proves to be a ruse as he grabs Savage by the trunks and pulls him down hard into the middle turnbuckle. Showtime is dizzied heavily as Grieco scoops him up and plants him on the top turnbuckle. Grieco comes up to the top rope for a belly-to-belly suplex, but Showtime fights him off with his experienced fists. Grieco falls to the mat and Savage recuperates in just enough time to take to the air and smash Grieco with a huge clothesline from the top! Savage covers for one...two...and Grieco kicks out before the count of three.

Savage gets to his feet and readies himself to deliver Its Showtime, but Jon Dulberg runs down the ramp and slides into the ring! Showtime quickly fights him off, but he is clubbed from behind by Grieco! Grieco and Dulberg double team Showtime in the corner until Justice rushes down the ramp and into the ring to even things up. As he grabs Grieco, Soares throws the match out the window and calls for the bell!

Cade: Jose has thrown this match out!

Madsen: With all these guys involved now, what choice did he have?

Cade: And now here comes Hosemann!

Superstar Scott Hosemann darts down the ramp next and slides into the ring to join the fray by helping Grieco take on Justice. They have an advantage until The Omega Steve Beovich runs down the ramp with a steel chair in hand to a huge ovation from the Carolina crowd!

Madsen: The Omega is here! He hasn't been seen in weeks!

Cade: Beovich has apparently recovered from his arthroscopic knee surgery and he is back with a vengeance! He's going right for Grieco!

Beovich enters the ring and swings the chair wildly at Grieco, who barely gets through the ropes in time to miss the blow. The remaining four men all scurry out as well, leaving Beovich alone in the ring. White Zombie's "More Human than Human" plays over the speakers and the crowd begins a loud "Omega" chant as Beovich holds the chair high and we go to a commercial break.

WINNER AT 7:25:  NO CONTEST

SEGMENT 13:  RINGSIDE:
The camera pans the ring that is already occupied by Scott Cornelius a woman who has been dominant as of late. The crowd is unsure of what to expect.

Cornelius: Ladies and Gentlemen, it is my pleasure to introduce your new Women's Champion, Keiko Ishida. Keiko, only weeks after your first appearance on Frequency, you have already managed to capture the belt. Tell us, what are your thoughts about that?

Ishida looks out into the crowd with the belt draped over her shoulder. She begins to talk in slow, broken English.

Ishida: I am strongest woman here. No challenge. All women fall when I face them. My power unmatched.

Aaliyah's "Hot Like Fire" suddenly plays to interrupt Ishida, and the crowd bursts into cheers for Camieko! Ishida maintains a cold stare as the former Women's Champion marches down to the ring with a purpose. She enters the squared circle and grabs a microphone from the side.

Camieko: Alright. I'll admit, you're impressive, but last week was a fluke. You came barging into my room and had me put the belt on the line, when I wasn't prepared to defend it, and we all saw the results of that. But let's see how you do when it's an established title match.

Camieko stares dead into Ishida's eyes, who returns it with a cold glare.

Ishida: You want match?

Camieko: Damn straight I do. I'm challenging you to a rematch for the Women's Championship at Revival!

Ishida: (Offering no hesitation) Is fine. I beat you again.

The crowd cheers loudly for this announcement as the two women closely watch each other.

SEGMENT 14:  MATCH 5:  PWA CHAMPION SOLOMON, INFERNUS, ANTHONY FAILLA, BISHOP CROSS AND
HOLLYWOOD MIKE GRIFFIN VS. THE HOT BOY$, JASON CALYSTO, GI JEW AND GREG TANTALUS:
Referee:  Tom Stevens

The fans buzz with excitement for main event action and they do not have to wait much longer as Darkseed's "Hear Me" plays for the second time this evening. What comes through the curtain next is one of the largest groups of superstars ever assembled as Walter Gindin leads Solomon, Infernus, Anthony Failla, Bishop Cross, Hollywood Mike Griffin, Lauren Tantalus and Jonathan Brett down the ramp to the ring.

Cade: My goodness, look at this group. Shouldn't there only be just the five participants from the team there?

Madsen: Believe it or not, all three others have reasons to be there. Hopefully they won't get involved.

Cade: Sure.

The boos are easily the loudest of the night as the five men enter the ring. Solomon hands over the World Title to Tom Stevens, who gives it to the timekeeper as three D-Bombs whistle down and explode on impact with the ramp as "We On Fire" hits. The crowd cheers grow to supreme levels as The Hot Boy$ step out alongside The Iceman Jason Calysto and GI Jew. A wave of fire burns behind them as they march down the ramp and climb into the ring and the cheers continue until their music shuts off and all eyes turn back to the entrance.

The Tea Party's "Temptation" hits and the crowd explodes as Smooth Greg Tantalus steps through the curtain. He and Griffin are already jawing at one another through the distance, and it doesn't take Tantalus long to fly down the ramp and into the ring, right after Griffin!

Cade: Here we go Rick!

Madsen: Tantalus and Griffin are going right at it!

Tantalus and Griffin brawl right through the ring ropes and fall to the arena floor as their partners do battle in the ring. Calysto pounds away on Infernus as Romeo fights Solomon, Jew wages war with Failla and Jaguar takes the fight to Cross.

With things hard enough to control for the referee, Lauren Tantalus and Jonathan Brett spring into action to get Greg off of Griffin. Tantalus knocks Brett down with a right hand, but Lauren sneaks up behind her brother and shoves him violently, right into the iron ring post! Before he can fall to the floor, Tantalus is hemmed up by Brett and chokeslammed right through the announce table!

Madsen: Oh my God!

Cade: Jonathan Brett has just put Greg Tantalus right through our table!

The battle rages on inside the ring with the same eight men paired off. The fighting doesn’t end when KISS' "War Machine" plays and Commissioner Kerry Cox barges out with a microphone!

Cox: That's enough of this! Brett, Lauren, you wanna interfere in this match?! Fine! Since the bell never rang, I can't disqualify your team, but Mike Griffin is gone! (Crowd cheers) That's right, if Greg can't compete, neither can you! This match is now 4-on-4, so get your group together and get the hell outta here or none of you will have a paycheck next week!

Cade: The Commissioner has just laid down the law!

Madsen: Boy has he?!

Griffin, Brett and Lauren leave the arena as the trainers come out to work on Greg Tantalus. The bell finally sounds as Solomon works over Calysto. He pounds The Iceman in the back with a huge forearm before whipping him to the ropes and sending him down to the canvas with a gorilla press slam!

Infernus is begging for a tag and Solomon gives one, but Infernus charges right into a spinning heel kick from Calysto! Knowing he needs a tag, Calysto brings Jaguar in to a big ovation and the 3-time PWA Champion goes right to work on Infernus, dizzying him with three right hands and a jumping leg lariat. Jaguar covers for one...two...but Infernus kicks out.

Jaguar kicks Infernus in the gut and sets him up for Version 1.0, but Failla runs into the ring and clotheslines him down! GI Jew sees enough of this and charges right into to take down Failla! They cannot be separated as they roll out of the ring to the floor trading punches back and forth, so Stevens simply lets it go.

Cade: GI Jew and Failla just cannot be pulled apart!

Madsen: Stevens is doing the right thing here, just let them go.

Infernus ducks out of the ring and makes the tag to the newcomer Cross, but Jaguar manages to get one in to Romeo. Romeo and Cross jump in and immediately tear into one another with rights and lefts. Romeo easily wins this battle and pounds Cross down into a corner to a huge set of cheers from the crowd, but before he can further it, Solomon spins him around and connects with The Deep Freeze!

Solomon quickly exits the ring as Cross recovers to finish off Romeo. He grabs his legs for The Grand Finale, but before he can lock it on, the lights go out!

Cade: What is going on here?!?!

The crowd sits in stunned silence until black and white lights flicker quickly and Linkin Park's "With You" hits! The entrance floods with smoke that rises up to a Jumbotron message reading "I will return".

Cade: That's Scythe!

Madsen: What? Where?!

The music abruptly ends and the lights rise, but The Modern Day Samurai is nowhere to be seen. Cross is staring at the screen, shaking his head in disbelief as Romeo gets to his feet. He turns back, but Romeo absolutely turns him inside out with a thunderous clothesline!

Not wasting a single moment, Romeo grabs Cross and sets him up for Dre Day. Infernus and Solomon rush into the ring, but they are cut off by Calysto and Jaguar. The Iceman controls Infernus, but Solomon nails Jaguar with a right hand that sends him reeling into Romeo. He drops Cross down and the newcomer takes the opportunity to roll him over into a bridged pin for 1---2---3!

The "Phantom of The Opera overture" plays as Cross, Solomon and Infernus quickly retreat. Jew and Failla are still battling in the crowd as Calysto and Jaguar carry a look of shock on their faces. The camera zooms in on a fuming Romeo who cannot believe the result as he pounds the mat in angst.

Cade: Thanks to a miscue, Bishop Cross just got the biggest win of his career over Romeo!

Madsen: I don't care what anybody says, there is trouble in the Hot Boy$ camp right now Nick!

Cade: It'd be hard to argue against that. We're out of time folks, see you next week from Tupelo!
