SEGMENT 8:
MATCH 4: SUPERSTAR SCOTT HOSEMANN
& DARRIN GILES VS. INTERNATIONAL CHAMPION THE OMEGA STEVE BEOVICH &
PROGRESSIVE CHAMPION DYNAMITE DEAN NASH:
Referee:
Billy Vargas
"Control" hits for the second time this evening, bringing
Superstar Scott Hosemann and Darrin Giles out to the same negative reaction The
Naturals had just minutes ago.
Troy: Justin Schenck
got this impromptu match signed just a short while ago, but where is he now?
Hosemann and Giles wait in the ring as Metallica's
"Ride The Lightning" hits. Dynamite Dean
Nash comes out a grand ovation, but the noise level of the crowd rises as
White Zombie's "More Human Than Human" plays
for the entrance of The Omega Steve Beovich. The champions make their entrance
in tandem and hand their titles over to Billy Vargas as he signals for the
bell.
Giles starts things off by quickly rushing Nash into a corner. He
follows with three hard shoulder thrusts to the midsection and a blatant
chokehold that he breaks at Vargas' count of four. With the advantage solidly
in the grasp of The Legacy, Giles drives Nash down to the mat with a DDT. Giles covers, but only gets a two count before
bringing in Hosemann.
The veteran presses the advantage, stinging Nash with big chops to the
chest and eventually taking him to the mat with a clothesline. Hosemann lifts
Nash up and Irish whips him, but Nash reverses it. Hosemann counters with
a reversal of his own and slams Nash with a thunderous spinebuster! Hosemann
gets up and struts to the crowd's booing before covering for a
one....two...but it's broken up by Beovich!
Hosemann jaws at Beovich before waiting on Nash for The Superstar
Stunner. Ready to deliver the move, Hosemann throws a kick to Nash's
midsection, but Dynamite catches it and twirls Hosemann around before sending
him down with a spinning heel kick to the temple!
Both men make slow crawls to their corners, but Hosemann reaches first.
Giles gets back into the ring, but Beovich tags in and immediately scores with
a takedown on Giles to a huge ovation! Beovich gets up and quickly heads up to
the top rope to deliver Extreme Precision, and after looking out to the crowd,
he nails the splash with tremendous impact!
Beovich gets up as Justin Schenck charges down the ramp with a steel
chair in hand. The Legacy leader hops up to the ring apron, waving the weapon at
Beovich, who keeps his distance. Vargas gets Schenck to back down, but before
he does, Beovich walks right into his own International Championship belt,
courtesy of Jon Dulberg!
Vargas turns around after Dulberg runs back through the crowd and Giles
crawls atop Beovich as the ref counts one...two...three!
"Control" hits again as Schenck climbs back into the ring,
overjoyed with the result. The Naturals pour out from the locker room to help
Giles and Hosemann up and the entire Legacy leaves to a huge set of boos as we
take a commercial break.

9: BACKSTAGE:
Back from commercial,
we are taken backstage in the dressing room of Showtime Damon Savage. “Not That” Rodney King, Natasha, and Vladimir
Vydrina are also present.
King:
Did you see what that Jon Dulberg just did out there, Showtime? Now THAT is a competitor! You can always count on him to come out and
do what needs to be done!
Showtime: That fool
don’t impress me. The only thing
that impresses Showtime is gold, and that gold will be around Showtime’s waist
soon enough.
King: You know, we should really think
about signing Jon Dulberg up too.
Showtime: Man, Rodney, don’t you listen
to me?
King: Sure thing, Showtime, what’s on
your mind?
Showtime: Well, like I was tryin to say.
Showtime has aspirations for gold, for big things, and…
Natasha: Excuse me, Mr. Rodney.
King: Hold up Showtime. Yes, Natasha?
Natasha: My husband has an idea for his
marketing that he would like to go over.
King: Sorry Showtime, it’s gonna have to
wait. Alright big man, what’s on your
mind?!
Disgusted,
Showtime exits the room as we take another commercial break.

SEGMENT 10: BACKSTAGE:
The crowd
bursts into cheers when the camera is brought to a dressing room where PWA
Champion Scythe is getting ready for his match. A knock is heard on his door,
which Scythe opens. The cheers continue for the man standing behind it, Jason
Calysto.
Calysto: Hey Scythe. I need to talk to you.
Scythe: Jason, just the guy I wanted to see. Come on in.
Calysto: (Walking in) We have a big match tonight, and
I haven’t really had a chance to talk to you about it.
Scythe: Yeah, in a few minutes, we’ll be teaming up to take on Solomon and
Infernus.
Calysto: The same guys that we’ll be meeting at Hellbent.
But are you ready for this match?
Scythe: You’ve got nothing to worry about, Jason. True, I’m going up against
Solomon in a few days to beat him all over New York City for sixty minutes, but
tonight, even with Infernus on his side, he’s got more than he can handle with
a Hall of Famer and the PWA Champion. Tonight, this
blade is cutting through Infernus and Solomon.
Calysto: Good, I’m glad we’re on the same page. But our match is coming up, so
it’s time to shut up and wrestle.
Scythe nods, and the two head out of the dressing room and begin their approach
to the ring.

SEGMENT 11: MATCH 4: PWA WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION SCYTHE &
THE ICEMAN JASON CALYSTO VS. SOLOMON & INFERNUS:
Referee:
Tom Stevens
“Smash
Sumthin” by Redman and Adam F. suddenly plays, and
the crowd showers Infernus with boos as he appears from behind the curtains. He
wastes little time in getting himself to the ring, before Darkseed’s
“Hear Me” sends a chill throughout the audience of Memorial Auditorium. It
isn’t long before they start heckling the Alaskan Monster, however, as Solomon
emerges from the curtain and stalks his way down the ramp. He ignores the crowd
while climbing into the ring. Solomon doesn’t even acknowledge Infernus; he
merely waits patiently for the arrival of his opponents, one of which he’ll
battle in four days.
Ferrara: That’s right,
“F*ckin In The Bushes” by Oasis
plays, bringing out “The Iceman” Jason Calysto! He raises his arms high and
plays it up for the crowd while heading down the ramp and waiting at its base.
Finally, twin cannons launch flames and the crowd goes berserk as
Calysto takes the fight right to Infernus by lighting his chest up with
backhand chops. Calysto sends a knee into his stomach that makes Infernus
double over. He grabs Infernus’ arm and whips him into the ropes, then uses his
momentum to toss him over his back, landing Infernus hard on the canvas! The
crowd is cheering wildly!
Calysto goes for a pin cover... One... Two... and Infernus gets a shoulder up.
Calysto drops and elbow on Infernus while he is still on the mat before lifting
him up. He brings Infernus up high before dropping him on his knee for an
atomic buster that causes Infernus to drop to the mat! Calysto pulls Infernus
off the canvas, but he breaks free and stuns Calysto with several chops, then
gaining the advantage with a boot to the gut, followed by a suplex. Infernus
takes his time getting up, and he manages to tag in the Alaskan Monster, who
the crowd is not happy to see.
Troy: Oh, shut up!
Solomon stomps away
on Calysto before effortlessly picking him up. He applies a bear hug that
squeezes the life out of Calysto, who begins to fade. However, the crowd begins
to will him on and Scythe pounds away at the turnbuckle to draw Calysto’s attention. Calysto begins to regain his strength
and sends elbows to the side of Solomon’s head! The big man slowly loosens his
grip enough so that Calysto is given the opportunity to slip out! He plants a
big drop kick that sends the monster stumbling backwards, allowing Calysto to
rush back to his corner to tag in Scythe! The audience cheers loudly as Scythe
enters the ring! Scythe unleashes a flurry of chops and kicks to keep the
advantage, but Solomon begins to battle back.
Ferrara: We’re seeing a preview of Hellbent,
folks!
Solomon grabs Scythe and attempts to whip him into a corner, but Scythe manages
to reverse the whip, sending Solomon into his own corner! Infernus takes the
chance to tag himself into the match which the referee
registers, but Solomon becomes enraged. He refuses to leave the ring and begins
arguing with Infernus while he’s still on the apron, but Scythe runs over and
clotheslines Solomon out of the ring! Infernus is shocked, but isn’t given time
to react when Scythe suplexes him into the ring!
Scythe looks out at the crowd and points into the air!
Scythe quickly scales the turnbuckle and takes flight! The flashbulbs go off as
Scythe hits the Diving Blade with unprecedented impact on Infernus! He goes for
the cover... One... Two... Three! The bell is rung and Calysto climbs into the
ring as the referee hands the belt back to Scythe. They raise each of Scythe’s
hands and the victorious team begins to celebrate in the ring.
Ferrara: And Scythe gets the win tonight, meaning that
he’ll have the momentum that he’ll need to go into Hellbent!
Troy: I think he really has a chance, Paul! I think Scythe pull out another
victory on Saturday and retain the title at Hellbent!
Ferrara: And I think he’ll need a lot more than
momentum to beat Solomon, but it’s starting to look like he might just win!
“With You” is serenading the crowd as Solomon rises back up to his
feet on the outside. Scythe catches wind of this and stops his celebration. The
two competitors engage in a stare down as the audience continues to cheer. The
feeling of tension only grows stronger as we fade to black.
