XCEL ENERGY CENTER

ST. PAUL, MINNESOTA

SEGMENT 8:  RINGSIDE:
We return to the ring, which is now draped in red carpeting and surrounded by photographers as "Not That" Rodney King stands next to a less-than-enthused Showtime Damon Savage. LL Cool J's "Mama Said Knock You Out" dies down as an elated King begins to speak.

King: Ladies and gentlemen, this is a momentous occasion, a glorious day, an event that will take King Enterprises to an all new level! After years of fighting for beans in the Russian circuit, the man I am about to introduce will be taking a step into a future he never dreamed possible. Ladies and gentlemen, allow me to introduce to you Natasha Vydrina and her husband, the national boxing champion of Russia, The Angel of Death, Vladimir Vydrina!

"Exorcism" by Theatres Des Vampires hits and a massive set of boos rains upon Natasha and Vladimir Vydrina as they make their way down the ramp.

Ferrara: This isn't a good American welcome for The Vydrinas. I wonder why they don't like this guy.

Troy: In dealing with Rodney King, what is there to like? But this guy is a monster. We're talking 6'7", 285 pounds at least and he's knocked out every single opponent he's ever faced.

Natasha climbs up the ring steps and into the ring as the camera goes behind Vladimir, showing several tattoos across his muscular back as he steps into the ring. King holds a chair out for Natasha and she sits as he and Vladimir shake hands. Showtime scoffs at this action as the couple both take seats.

King: Alright, here are your contracts. With your signatures, you will be the newest members of the PWA. And with Vladimir promoted by both myself and the PWA, we are looking at what could be the biggest boxer of all time!

Natasha whispers in Vladimir's ear and he smiles before quickly signing on the dotted line. Natasha follows suit and the crowd boos as Savage throws his arms in the air. King rushes over to hold Vladimir's arm in the air as the photographers flood the ring to snap away.

Troy: I've got a bad feeling about this guy Paul.

Ferrara: From the look on Showtime's face, apparently he does too.

SEGMENT 9:  MATCH 3:  PWA WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP:  SCYTHE © VS. JONATHAN BRETT:
Referee:  Tom Stevens

“Quake 1” by Nine Inch Nails plays first and brings out Jonathan Brett, who is wheeling Mike Troha down to the ring. The crowd jeers the two, but they pay them no mind as usual. Brett is looking focused as he leaves Troha off to the side and climbs into the ring himself. After Brett’s music fades, Linkin Park’s “With You” sweeps over the Xcel Energy Center and the audience bursts into cheers! The twin cannons shoot towers of flame and Scythe makes his appearance shortly after. He looks dead at Brett and raises his arms, calling forth another two pillars of fire. The Modern-Day Samurai walks down the ramp, tagging the hands of fans before he reaches the ring. After Scythe climbs into the ring, he poses on the turnbuckles and holds the belt high for the crowd. He hands the belt to the referee as the music dies down, and the referee has the bell ring and the match started.

Ferrara: This is a great opportunity for Jonathan Brett. A win here will get him the most coveted title in this company.

Troy: It’s also not going to be an easy task. Scythe has proved time and time again that he can beat this guy.

Brett doesn’t give Scythe the chance to settle himself in the ring. He charges forward with an outstretched arm, but Scythe scouts it and grabs the arm, then slips behind Brett to wrench the arm behind his back. He releases the hold which allows Brett to turn around and try to attack, but Scythe meets him with punches and kicks that stun the big man. He whips Brett hard into a corner and prepares to charge, but Troha rolls up to the ring and grabs onto Scythe’s foot, preventing him from moving. Scythe kicks out of Troha’s grasp, but only just in time to receiving a running forearm from Brett. Scythe hits the mat hard, but he doesn’t stay down for long when Brett lifts him off the mat and sends him back down hard with a neckbreaker. Brett gets to his feet and raises his arms to a booing crowd, and then proceeds to continuously kick Scythe’s right knee.

Ferrara: This is a smart strategy by Brett. Taking out Scythe’s knee not only lowers his ability to move, but it’ll make it hard for him to use the Diving Blade too.

Troy: You actually sound like you know what you’re talking about tonight.

Ferrara: Hey, I gotta make a living.

Brett pulls Scythe off the mat and torpedoes him towards the turnbuckle, but Scythe inadvertently sandwiches the referee! Brett charges forward, but his face is stamped with Scythe’s boot! Brett falls to the ground as does the referee, and Scythe points upwards to signal to the crowd! He climbs the turnbuckle and leaps off, but Brett quickly rolls out of the way and Scythe flattens himself on the canvas. Troha wheels himself to the side and grabs the belt, then tosses it to Brett’s side. The crowd is the first to notice this, and they passionately boo.

Troy: No, they’re going to steal this match!

Ferrara: Hit him! Get up and hit him!

Brett grabs the belt and rises to his feet, hiding the belt away from Scythe, who is also getting to a vertical base. Scythe turns around and Brett plasters him with the gold, knocking Scythe clean out. Brett tosses the belt to the side, but doesn’t see Romeo, who charges down the ramp and slides into the ring, viciously attacking Brett to the delight of the crowd! Romeo adjusts his black bandana and the audience cheers loudly as he boots Brett in the gut and destroys him wit the Dre Day powerbomb! With Brett sprawled on the mat, Romeo turns his attention to Troha, who looks horrified. He quickly tries to get himself away, but Romeo slides out of the ring and grabs the wheel chair. With a devilish grin, he launches the chair and sends it soaring into the steel barricade, causing it to topple over with Troha spilling out of it. He laughs and escapes up the ramp, all while wearing a healthy grin.

Troy: Yes! Romeo has just evened things up here!

Ferrara: He had no business being out here!

Troy: Sort of like that belt?

Ferrara: What belt? I didn’t see any belt.

Troy: You disgust me.

Scythe begins to come to and sees lying on the mat. Having no idea what happened, he crawls over to Brett and drapes an arm over his chest. The referee has also regained consciousness and sees the pin cover... 1... 2... And the referee is pulled out of the ring by Solomon, who has darted down to the ring in a hurry! The referee hits the floor on the outside and sits up, calling for a no contest. The bell rings several times, but it doesn’t keep Solomon from entering the ring and lifting up Scythe over his shoulders. He looks into the crowd and grimaces before destroying Scythe with a vicious Deep Freeze. The audience is in shock as Solomon stands and picks the belt up off the mat. He tightly holds the belt in his grasp as he stands over Scythe.

Ferrara: If you thought I was disgusting, what did you think of that?

Troy: It was completely uncalled for... And ladies and gentlemen, is this the sight that we’re going to see at Hellbent?

The crowd is booing loudly while Solomon looks down at the fallen samurai, and we go to a commercial.
WINNER AT 18:41:  NO CONTEST
STILL PWA WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION:  SCYTHE

\SEGMENT 10:  RINGSIDE:
G’d Up” by G-Unit plays and the audience cheers for Anthony Failla as he heads onto the top of the ramp. With a wide grin, he walks down the aisle and rolls into the ring, posing briefly for the crowd before grabbing a mic from ringside.

Failla: Oh, I have waited for this night! What makes it even better was keeping Grieco buried in suspense for a week. So let’s bring that lump of crap out!

Failla, with a smile carved into his face, does not have to wait long for the former International Champion, Mike Grieco. The crowd boos while 50 Cent’s “Da Repercussions” plays and Grieco heads down to the ring with Dee Licious following closely behind him. He climbs into the ring with
Dee and stands face to face with Failla. He starts saying inaudible words to Failla, who continues to stand with a wide smile.

Failla: Just shut it so I can get started. Besides, I know this is what you’ve been waiting for all week long. This is what’s been keeping you up at night. This is what I’m smiling about. That’s right, Grieco, I’m about to name the stipulation to our match on October 30th, at Hellbent! And in the spirit of Halloween, this match will be called the House of Horrors!

Grieco seemingly looks unfazed by this announcement, but Failla backs away and motions around the ring to continue explaining.

Failla: There’s a lot more to it than just the name, Grieco. At Hellbent, there will be a structure built inside of the ring with a cage floor. All four sides will have reinforced glass windows, and on each side of the ring on the outside will be a stack of four tables. Every minute that passes will raise the entire structure two feet, and one of the stacks of tables will be set on fire after every five minutes. If that’s not enough for you, the only way to win this match is to throw you opponent through the glass and to the outside!

Failla is having a grand time describing the match and the future pain that he plans to inflict on Grieco, who’s starting to show great concern for his personal well-being.

Failla: Just think about it, Grieco! With all that in mind, what do you think will happen if we’re in that match for twenty minutes? That’s right... The ring will be hanging forty feet in the air we’ll be completely surrounded by four burning stacks of tables! Congratulations, Mike Grieco... You have been condemned to my House of Horrors!

The audience is going ballistic for the announcement of this twisted match while Grieco and Dee and absolutely terrified. Failla stands by and relishes in Grieco’s expression with a sick grin.

SEGMENT 11:  BACKSTAGE:
The camera cuts backstage, where PWA owner Bryan Conroy is taping his fists for his match with Solomon, which is next.  As he prepares, Commissioner Kerry Cox enters the room.

Cox:  Are you ready for this, Bryan?

Conroy:  Am I ready?  Ready to defend my company?  Ready to make sure that Solomon never comes close to winning the championship of this company?  Ready to keep him that much farther away to getting the gold?  You bet I am.  And Kerry, I’m gonna beat him tonight.  I will find a way.  I guarantee it.

Cox:  Listen Bryan, he beat the two of us on the same night, back to back.  I honestly don’t even give you a chance out there.  All I’m concerned about is your safety.

Conroy:  (angry) You don’t give me a chance?!  Well, I’ll show you why it’s a stupid move to EVER bet against Bryan Conroy.

An angry Conroy then shoves his way past Cox and heads to the ring.  Cox shakes his head worriedly as we take our final break.

SEGMENT 12:  MATCH 4:  SOLOMON VS. BRYAN CONROY:
Referee:  Matt Hansen

We return from commercial and “Hear Me” by Darkseed blasts onto the speakers, sending a chorus of boos rushing throughout the Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul, Minnesotta.  With Walter Gindin at his side, the undefeated Alaskan Monster Solomon stalks his way to ringside, completely focused on what he has to do tonight.

Troy:  This is going to be a war.

Ferrara:  Maybe so, but it will be the most one-sided war I have ever seen.  Let’s face it, Troy.  Conroy CANNOT compete with Solomon.

As Solomon readies himself in the ring, “Understanding in a Car Crash” by Thursday hits and the fans cheer wildly for the PWA owner Bryan Conroy, who sprints down to the ring and immediately goes after Solomon, prompting the bell to ring!

Troy:  Conroy is wasting NO time!

Ferrara:  Well, we haven’t got much time left, I guess he’s just trying to make sure that all the fans out there get a chance to see his destruction.

Conroy controls the early exchanges, pounding Solomon with furious rights and lefts, backing him into the ropes.  Gindin is slightly concerned as Conroy embarks on this early rampage, but keeps faith in his man, who, after taking Conroy’s best punches, merely smiles at him.  All confidence that had been on Conroy’s face now vanishes with one huge kneelift that elevates Conroy from the mat, and sends him crashing to the mat.  Solomon begins stalking his prey, grabbing him by the throat and launching him halfway across the ring!

Troy:  Conroy is in trouble!

Ferrara:  That didn’t take long.

Solomon goes in after Conroy, but the owner fights him off with desperation boots to the gut.  Solomon is kept at bay by this, so Conroy keeps the pressure mounted, pursuing the big man with vigor.  With Solomon sufficiently backed up, Conroy gets to his feet and lunges back with a  running forearm smash!  Solomon staggers back several steps, so Conroy nails him again with another smash!  Now, with Solomon dizzied, Conroy lifts off with a huge dropkick, this time taking Solomon down!

Troy:  He’s got the big man down!  Paul, I think he can do it!

Ferrara:  I don’t.

The fans do, however, and they cheer Conroy on as he climbs up to the top rope, signaling for a big splash.  Conroy jumps off with the move, but Solomon moves out of the way and Conroy goes crashing to the mat!  Solomon then springs to his feet, lifts Conroy off the mat, thrusts him onto his shoulders, and nails him with a furious Deep Freeze!  Wasting no time, Solomon covers, hooking the leg tightly… one, two, three!

Troy:  And just like that, Solomon has won this match!

Ferrara:  Troy, I told you!  I don’t think this man can EVER be beaten!

With the fans booing rabidly, “Hear Me” hits, but Solomon does not appear to be finished.  Gindin comes into the ring and commands the monster to continue the assault.  Solomon obliges, lifting Conroy onto his shoulders and executing another monstrous Deep Freeze!  The boos of the crowd are thunderous at this point, but Solomon refuses to relent.  He throws Conroy outside of the ring, lifts him onto his shoulders again, and Deep Freezes him, sending him head-first into the steel ringpost!  Conroy connects with a  sickening thud and Solomon smiles evilly.

Troy:  Oh my God!

Ferrara:  I think he killed him!

Conroy is split open badly, but Solomon doesn’t care.  However, before Solomon can do any further damage, Scythe storms down the aisle, chasing Solomon into the crowd with a  steel chair.  With Solomon cleared out, EMTs rush the ringside area, tending to Bryan Conroy, as we fade to black
