A promo package airs, hyping the Elimination Chamber match to come later tonight.

As the video ends, we go back to ringside, where we see Briggs being helped out.

Troy:  Folks, it appears that Briggs blew out his leg or something after being shoved off the apron.

Ferrara:  Yeah, it appears that his leg buckled out from under him.  He has just been helped from ringside, and we don’t know what the situation is.  Hopefully it’s nothing serious, but we’ll update you on his condition as soon as we have any information.


Buckcherry's "Alone" suddenly plays, and the ominous Reaper makes his appearance from behind the curtain. He slowly trudges down the ramp, his eyes never wandering from the ring standing ahead of him. The lone Army of the Damned member stands at the base of the ramp and tilts his head upwards, staring at the large steel cage hovering above. He takes in a deep breath before stepping into the ring. Once he is settled inside, the ring crew motions to the back, and the cage above them slowly descends, trapping Reaper in its walls. He peers around at his surroundings as the fans prepare for the next match.

 

Troy: This is a deadly match, Paul. Careers are shortened here. Some even end.

 

Ferrara: I can't help but agree. Speed Demon and Reaper aren't coming out the same way that they're going in.

 

Before the cage even falls completely, the house lights turn off, sending Nassau Coliseum into pitch black darkness. The loud, rattling sound of the cage hitting the floor is heard. Shortly after, "Determined" by Mudvayne plays throughout the arena and the lights rise, revealing Speed Demon standing across the ring from Reaper, who is frozen in shock!

 

Troy: Whoa, even Reaper had to be affected by that!

 

Ferrara: I know that sent a shiver up my spine.

 

* STEEL CAGE MATCH: SPEED DEMON VS. REAPER *
Referee:  Billy Vargas

Cheers pour out from the audience as the door is locked. Reaper is still recovering from shock, while Demon coldly glares at his adversary. The referee calls for the bell, and Speed Demon fires out of the starting blocks, pinning Reaper in the corner and attacking his midsection!

 

Troy: Speed Demon wasting no time here!

 

Ferrara: He is releasing months of anguish into Reaper. After all that the Army of the Damned has done to him and Dana Chapman, I'd say he's justified in doing so.

 

Demon wildly flails away at his former tag team partner, but Reaper has had enough of it. He shoves the smaller Demon away to regain his bearings, but Speed Demon goes right back on the attack. Reaper tries to get in an offensive, but Demon outmaneuvers him and launches him into the mat with a suplex! Demon tries to cover, but Reaper gets an arm up after a long one count. Reaper quickly gets up and charges, but Demon scouts it and takes him down with a drop toe hold! However, Reaper erupts of the mat and hits Speed Demon with a clothesline, sending the both of them spilling to the outside!

 

Troy: It's still anyone's match!

 

Ferrara: But now they're in dangerous territory! That cage is a weapon!

 

Reaper and Demon reach their feet at the same time. They begin trading blows, but it's Reaper that gains the upper hand. Reaper grabs Demon by the throat and throws him back first in the steel post! Demon falls to his knees in pain, but it has left him wide open. Reaper smashes his knee into Demon's face, compressing his head with the post! Blood begins to trickle down from his nose. Reaper stands Demon up, punching away and painting his face red.

 

Ferrara: Demon is not in a good way here. He won't be conscious for much longer.

 

Troy: I'm afraid that you might be right. Reaper is slowly picking him apart.

 

Reaper slaps an open hand against Demon's chest, causing him to fall to his knees, clutching himself. However, Demon falls further to the side and locks his legs around Reaper's, causing him to tilt over with a drop toe hold! Reaper falls towards the cage, violently scraping his face against the cold metal before he hits the ground! The fans cheer, although some are sickened by the sight as the camera closes in on his torn face.

 

Troy: Ugh, can they show that on TV?

 

Ferrara: Like it or not, this is what they paid for!

 

Demon grabs Reaper by the throat, who is busy trying to recover. Demon stares dead into his eyes before delivering a heavy headbutt! They share blood with each other as Demon connects once again, but Reaper finds the strength to break out of his grip. He swings a hard right, but Demon ducks down and grabs Reaper by the waist, lifting him up and falling back. Reaper comes crashing down with a facebuster on the steel steps, sending a sickeningly dull clang through the arena!

 

Troy: I'm telling you, you have to have a strong stomach for this job.

 

Ferrara: Speaking of, I don't think I'm going to eat tonight.

 

Demon takes his time in rolling Reaper back into the ring. However, Demon takes a different approach and climbs onto the turnbuckle. He takes flight, but Reaper somehow moves out of the way! Demon crashes into the mat creating a blood splatter pattern, and now both men are down! The referee counts!

 

Troy: Oh god, that was a nasty spill!

 

Ferrara: You have a way of choosing words, Troy.

 

At the count of five, both men stir. The referee counts to seven, and Reaper reaches his knee, while Demon makes his ascent. The match resumes as Reaper gets back to his feet first. Demon is soon to follow, but Reaper is ready to set him up for the Passed Judgment Piledriver! Reaper gets Demon up on his shoulders, but Demon slips out of it and catches Reaper on his shoulders instead! The fans break out in cheers as Reaper cannot escape! Demon passes his own judgment with the Demonizer! After standing over Reaper for a brief moment, Speed Demon makes the cover... One... Two... Three!

 

Troy: He's done it! There's no winner in the cage; there's only a survivor! And his name is Speed Demon!

 

Ferrara: It may have taken everything he had, but Speed Demon has come out on top!

 

"Determined" blasts over the speakers once more as the New York fans are wild with cheers. Speed Demon looks down at Reaper's prone body with a bloodied face before leaving the ring and walking up the ramp without ever looking back.

The shot heads over to the trainer's room, where Jaguar is getting his forearms and fists taped up as Traci Reed looks on.

 

Reed: Pretty unconventional interview time Jag, but I wanted to get your thoughts on the upcoming Elimination Chamber Title match tonight.

 

Jaguar: Traci, with a match like this, the extra preparation time is needed. Last month, I won inside a brutal Hell In A Cell match and this one here is a little different. The surroundings are similar, but now I have to deal with Romeo again, Jason Calysto, Scythe, Greg Tantalus, and that punk ass Jackie Baccaro. This night was meant to see me carry in The Progressive World Title and I guarantee to make Baccaro pay for that, but its all about leaving as the undisputed World Heavyweight Champion, and once I leave Long Island, I'll be carrying gold out of a cage for the second straight month. The goal is reachable Traci, I've been inside it before and didn't fare too well. I think tonight is my night, and once it’s over, you'll see me as the first-ever five-time PWA World Heavyweight Champion.

In another portion of the backstage area, Nick Cade is standing by with Rudy Montenora.

Cade:  Rudy, in mere moments, you’re going to step into the ring to compete for the first time in 13 months, against an athlete the caliber of Hollywood Mike Griffin, no less.  Are you nervous?

Montenora:  Nervous?  Nick, I don’t get nervous.  I know I’ve been away for a long time, but wrestling is in my blood, it’s second-nature to me.  There’s not much I think I can’t do in that ring, and it’s always been like that.  I have every intention of heading out there tonight and showing Mike Griffin exactly what I already know, and that’s that I am the best wrestler in
Hollywood right now.

Cade:  Alright Rudy, best of luck to you!

Montenora then exits and heads to the ring, ready for combat.

At ringside, “Parabola” by TOOL hits and the fans begin booing loudly as Hollywood Mike Griffin appears at the top of the ramp, alongside manager Justin Schenck. 
Griffin tosses his arms into the air, prompting large streams of multi-colored pyro to shoot into the rafters of the Nassau Coliseum.  Griffin makes the walk down the aisle before entering the ring.  He removes his robe and sunglasses and settles in the ring, awaiting the arrival of his competition.  As he waits, “Lose Yourself” by Eminem hits and the fans erupt as Rudy Montenora makes his way down to the ring.  Montenora soaks in the adulation of the crowd as he steps into the ring and stares down Griffin across the ring as the bell sounds.

Troy:  Alright, here we go!  Rudy Montenora has been away from the ring for thirteen months, but he’ll get back into it right here tonight!

Ferrara:  I don’t know how he’s going to fare against an athlete the caliber of Mike Griffin, but Troy, we’re about to find out!


* HOLLYWOOD VS. HOLLYWOOD: HOLLYWOOD MIKE GRIFFIN VS. RUDY MONTENORA *
Referee:  Matt Hansen

Montenora and Griffin circle in the ring as things get underway, both men hesitant to make the first move.  Finally, they lock up in the center of the ring, and it is Montenora who establishes the initial advantage, shoving Griffin down to the mat to a big ovation from the crowd.  Montenora poses for the Long Island crowd as Griffin returns to a vertical base, noticeably annoyed with how the match has begun.  Griffin asks Montenora for another lockup, and Montenora obliges.  This time, Griffin gets the better of it, taking Montenora down with an armdrag.  Montenora pops back up, but Griffin sees him coming and downs him with a big dropkick.  Griffin then poses for the crowd, which boos loudly.

 

Troy:  Both men are trying to feel each other out here, and no one has the advantage thus far.

 

Ferrara:  Maybe not, but we certainly know who the crowd is behind.

 

Montenora gets up again, but Griffin grabs him in a headlock.  Griffin squeezes it tightly, but Montenora nails two stiff elbows to the midsection, giving him enough separation to shove Griffin off the ropes and break the hold.  Griffin hits the ropes, and as he returns, Montenora nails him with a big back body drop!  Griffin springs up and Montenora downs him with an armdragGriffin springs up again, and Montenora charges him, clotheslining him over the top rope and out of the ring!  The fans cheer loudly and Griffin pounds the apron in frustration!  Montenora poses in the ring, and Griffin takes this opportunity to converse with Schenck on the outside.  However, seeing this, Montenora gets a running start and vaults himself over the top and to the outside, crashing onto both Griffin and Schenck with a suicide plancha!  The fans cheer wildly as all three men go down hard!

 

Troy:  Oh my!

 

Ferrara:  Montenora can still fly, Troy!

Troy:  I didn't know that he ever could!

 

Montenora is the first to his feet, and he lifts Griffin up and rolls him back into the ring.  Using the ropes for leverage, Montenora jumps from the apron, over the top and into the ring, looking for a legdrop on Griffin, but Hollywood rolls out of the way!  Montenora clutches his leg in pain, and Griffin quickly pulls himself back up, realizing he has an opportunity to do some damage.  As Montenora slowly gets up, Griffin positions himself behind him and grabs him in a waistlock, looking for German suplexesGriffin hits one, then keeps his grip locked and rolls through for a second, then does the same for a third, which he bridges.  One, two, and Montenora just barely gets a shoulder up!

 

Troy:  That was close, Paul!

 

Ferrara:  But not quite close enough!

 

Griffin lifts Montenora up and nails three rolling German suplexes again, bridging the third a second time... one, two, thr-and Montenora kicks out!  The fans cheer loudly, and Griffin is becoming impatient.  He lifts Montenora up and nails a release German suplex that crumbles Montenora's body onto the mat.  With Montenora in position, Griffin scales the turnbuckles and leaps off the top with his high diving moonsault... but as he jumps, he sees Montenora roll out of the way!  Griffin adjusts mid-flight and lands on his feet as Montenora kips up.  Griffin stumbles around, and when he does, Montenora lets loose with the Superkick out of nowhere... but Griffin ducks under it and slaps on the Culmination! 

 

Troy:  Culmination!  Culmination!  Griffin has it locked on!
 

Ferrara:  This one could be history!

 

However, before Griffin can knock Montenora out completely with the hold, Montenora lets loose with a desperation mule kick which connects with Griffin below the belt, doubling him over!  Montenora then shoves out, turns around, and blasts Griffin in the jaw with the Superkick!  The fans cheer loudly, and Montenora covers... only to find that the referee is being distracted by Justin Schenck!  Montenora breaks his cover of Griffin to argue with Schenck, which lasts several seconds.  Finally, Schenck slaps Montenora across the face, to which Montenora responds with a resounding right hand that knocks Schenck right off the apron!  The fans cheer wildly, but their cheering comes to a halt when a recovered Griffin sneaks up behind Montenora and slaps on the Culmination, immediately taking him down to the mat!

 

Troy:  Oh no!  It's on again!

 

Ferrara:  This has GOT to be it!

 

Griffin has the hold locked in tightly, and Montenora, prone on the mat, has nowhere to go.  Montenora tries to fight his way out of it for nearly half a minute before doing the only thing he can do, tapping out.

 

Troy:  And that's it!  Mike Griffin has won this thing!

 

Ferrara:  Thankfully!

 

TOOL's "Parabola" briefly starts over the speakers, but Griffin will not release the hold.  Seemingly bent on doing permanent damage to the wrestler-turned-actor, Griffin keeps the Culmination locked in, despite the pleas from the referee and other officials who storm down the aisle.  Griffin will not release the hold, however, until The Miracle Mike Troha comes stampeding down the aisle, steel chair in hand!  Griffin sees him coming and immediately releases the hold, darting from the ring.  Troha screams at Griffin that it's time to finish what he started last year, but Griffin waves him off, grabs Schenck, and darts out of the arena.  Troha and a few officials then help Montenora to his feet.  Troha and Montenora stare each other down for several seconds, remembering the bitter rivalry they had in the fall of 2003.  Then, Troha extends his hand and Montenora shakes it to a big ovation.

 

Troy:  What a sight!  This is good to see!
 

Ferrara: (sarcastically)  Yeah, two losers shaking hands.  It's wonderful.

 

The fans continue to cheer as "Lose Yourself" hits and Rudy Montenora is awarded a nice ovation as he exits alongside Mike Troha, presumably on his way back to Hollywood, which, incidentally, is right where Mike Griffin is allegedly headed, to film another movie.

The camera cuts backstage, where Scott Cornelius is standing by with the PWA World Champion Greg Tantalus.

Cornelius:  Greg Tantalus, we are now just moments away from the Elimination Chamber, where we will crown the first undisputed PWA World Heavyweight Champion in five and a half months.  What are your thoughts?

Tantalus:  Scott, I realize how important this match is, and the implications in it.  I also realize that, just as quickly as I became PWA Champion, there are five other guys in the ring tonight that want to leave here with that new belt Kerry Cox has been walking around with.  I hear it’s a real beauty.  I know that my belt is going to be meaningless once this match ends, one way or another.  I’m not approaching this match like a champion defending his title, I’m approaching it like a guy who is just as hungry as everyone else in that ring to claim the top prize in this business.  I didn’t work as hard as I worked to become the champion just to lose the title in a month again.  Believe me, Scott, that’s not what I came here for.  Tonight, I’m going to cement my own legacy and successfully defend my championship, walking out of here in the process the new undisputed PWA World Heavyweight Champion.

Tantalus then exits, heading towards the ring.

 

An extensive video package airs, highlighting the upcoming Elimination Chamber match pitting PWA World Champion Greg Tantalus, Progressive World Champion Jackie Baccaro, Jaguar, Romeo, Jason Calysto and Scythe against each other for the right to call themselves the undisputed PWA World Heavyweight Champion.

All focus shifts to the ring and the area above it as "Walking Wounded" by The Tea Party booms through the speakers and the ominous Elimination Chamber slowly lowers towards the ring to a big ovation.

 

Troy: There it is Paul, the most brutal environment this business has ever seen. We're talking 36 feet in diameter, 16 feet high, over 2 miles of solid steel chain, 4 floors of steel grating, four Plexiglas chambers, and weighing 10 tons!

 

Ferrara: The Elimination Chamber is easily the most dangerous structure known to man, and tonight, six men step inside of it for the richest prize in the game.

 

The Chamber lowers fully and fits perfectly around the ring, with the ring steps removed. With PWA Senior Official Tom Stevens as the lone man in the ring, KISS' "War Machine" hits and the Long Island crowd goes crazy as Lee Palmer begins to speak.

 

Palmer: Ladies and gentlemen, allow me to introduce to you, the Commissioner and Owner of the PWA, Long Island's own Hardcore Icon, Kerry Cox!

 

Cox arrives to a hero's welcome in his hometown, and he graciously accepts the standing ovation by beaming with pride as he stands at the top of the ramp. Cox carries a gold briefcase in his right hand and he climbs up the ring steps at the middle of the ring apron to enter The Elimination Chamber. Stevens hands over his microphone as the music dies down.

 

Cox: Long Island, New York! (Crowd cheers) Man, it feels so good to be back home in front of all of you here tonight, and it feels even better to present the biggest match in this company's history right here in front of you all here at home. Look at this structure guys, this is The Elimination Chamber. We're talking 16 feet high, 2 miles of chains and 10 tons of thick steel. It doesn’t get any bigger than this folks. You're about to witness six brave men put their careers and their lives on the line, and they're gonna do it for this. (Cox opens up the briefcase to reveal a brand-new gold plated title belt that is bigger than both versions currently in use) This belt here represents the PWA Undisputed World Heavyweight Championship and it will go directly to the winner of this match. Now the rules are like this. Two men will start out the match, with the other four held inside one of these Plexiglas chambers, behind lock and key. Every five minutes, a chamber will open at random and that man will enter the match. Elimination will only come by pinfall or submission, and this will continue until all six men have been entered and the last man standing will be crowned the new champion. So with that said, good luck to the participants and let’s get this bloodbath started!

 

Troy: Alright Paul, its time!

 

Ferrara: The first four guys that enter will have an advantage. They will be able to rest for at least five minutes of the match. Let's see who is first here.

 

Cox exits the ring and heads to take a seat next to Palmer, who speaks again as three D-Bombs explode upon impact with the ramp and the duo of Young Jeezy and Mannie Fresh's "And Then What" thumps through the PA system.

 

Palmer: The following contest is The Elimination Chamber match for The Undisputed PWA World Heavyweight Championship! Introducing the participants, first, from Atlanta, Georgia, weighing 260 pounds, he is Da Playboi, Rooooo-meooooo!

 

Romeo steps out through the smoke and even his new theme song cannot drown out the boos as he slowly makes his way towards the ring. The Co-Wrestler of The Year removes his overcoat at the foot of the ramp and appears to have no qualms at all over entering the steel hell known as The Elimination Chamber for the first time. Referee Dan Martin is outside the ring and Romeo walks into the far left chamber before Martin slides the door over it and padlocks it shut. Romeo looks over his new surroundings as "Things Done Changed" by The Notorious B.I.G. plays to even louder boos.

 

Palmer: And his opponent, being led to the ring by Vulture, from Los Angeles, California, weighing 262 pounds, he is The Progressive World Heavyweight Champion, Jackie Baaaaaa-carroooo!

 

Baccaro and Vulture walk out to a plethora of boos, but the youngest World Champion in Progressive Entertainment history looks ready to make even more history as he throws his arms up and poses in front of his regal gold streaming fireworks on the stage.

 

Troy: Baccaro is coming down here with a belt, but will he leave with one too?

 

Ferrara: He won't leave with that belt, but the confidence of this kid is through the roof. He feels he can do it, and with him being able to not start the match, I think those odds are in his favor.

 

Baccaro removes his belt for the last time and hands it to Billy Vargas, who gets it to Cox as he also enters the structure. Baccaro steps inside the near right chamber and is locked in by Jason Church as "Real Big" by DJ Mannie Fresh hits, and an immense ovation comes from the crowd!

 

Troy: And their opponent, from Jacksonville, Florida, weighing 248 pounds, this...is...Jaaaaaaa-gaurrrrrrrr!

 

A fired up Jaguar walks out onto the stage and salutes the crowd from both sides of it before stopping in the middle and raising his arms to summon his massive fireballs from underneath the stage.

 

Troy: The last time Jaguar was in The Elimination Chamber, he arrived last and paid the price dearly after suffering a pre-match attack. He took a beating and was eliminated first. But this is not Salvation of 2004, this is Walking Wounded 2005, and after winning Hell In A Cell last month, this crowd knows he can pull it off again!

 

Ferrara: He's already the most prolific World Champion in PWA history, but tonight, he has a chance to become THE man. Will Jag be able to cash in? I don't know.

 

The future Hall of Famer walks down to the bottom of the ramp and removes his jacket, shades and bandana before climbing into the massive dome. He and Baccaro immediately begin trading words, and Jaguar appears to get the last one in before he walks to the far right side and gets locked in a chamber by Vargas.

 

Ferrara: We have Romeo, Jaguar, and Baccaro in the chambers, the next man that enters will hold the advantage of not having to start the match. Who's it gonna be?

 

Ferrara's question is answered as "Hey You" by Simon Says hits and the coliseum erupts into rabid cheers as the house lights go down.

 

Troy: And look who it is!

 

Palmer: And their opponent, from Denver, Colorado, weighing 208 pounds, he is The PWA Heavyweight Champion of the Worrrrld, Greg Taaaaantalus!

 

Tantalus' silhouette stands still for a few moments before the song kicks in and he marches out onto the stage. The reigning PWA Champion is not attached to his belt whatsoever, and he carries it in his right hand before walking over and directly forking it over to Cox for the final time before entering the chamber eagerly to get it on.

 

Troy: Greg Tantalus is in a zone here tonight. He didn't even look at that title belt before giving it up. There is no doubt in his mind that he will leave with that new strap tonight.

 

Ferrara: Now this is intensity!

 

Tantalus is locked in the near left chamber by Church and he looks focused on the task at hand as Linkin Park's "With You" takes over and another big pop comes from the crowd.

 

Palmer: And their opponent, from Simi Valley, California, weighing 257 pounds, he is the Modern Day Samurai, he is...Scyyyythe!

 

Scythe charges out onto the smoke-filled stage to a huge ovation, and he looks ready for action as he bounces to each side of the stage and then makes his way to the ring. Scythe removes his long robe and headband on the outside of the ring before entering the chamber and stepping inside the squared circle.

 

Troy: Scythe could be the big dark horse of this match. He's been to the mountain top before, but this guy is Mr. Long Distance, and I know he is none too worried that he is starting this match.

 

Ferrara: He's not, but neither is the guy that's coming out here next. We have Scythe inside the ring, Jaguar in a chamber, Baccaro in a chamber, Tantalus in a chamber and Romeo in a chamber. Only one remains.

 

As Scythe looks around to get familiar with the new setting, "F*ckin In The Bushes" by Oasis begins to play and a deafening standing ovation comes out from the capacity crowd!

 

Palmer: And their opponent, from the Carroll Gardens section of Brooklyn, New York, weighing 224 pounds, he is the one and only, The Iceman, Jasonnnn Calystoooooo!

 

Calysto arrives to a major home-field pop from the crowd and The Iceman has a familiar gleam in his eye as he calmly walks down to the ring and steps inside the chamber and eventually the ring.

 

Troy: Jason Calysto has wrestled in this Nassau Coliseum numerous times. He cut his teeth in this business in this area, wrestling for CAW and later FSW and CAW again. He's waged wars against some of the legends in the business right here under this roof, and on this night, can he come full circle? Can the first-ever PWA Champion unify two titles once more, and do it in his own backyard?

 

Ferrara: He can. There is only one Jason Calysto, and right now he is on a whole new level. All these guys are at the top of their games, and now its time to get it on!

 

* UNDISPUTED PWA WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP: ELIMINATION CHAMBER MATCH:
GREG TANTALUS (PWA WORLD CHAMPION) VS. JACKIE BACCARO (PROGRESSIVE WORLD CHAMPION) VS. JASON CALYSTO VS. ROMEO VS. SCYTHE VS. JAGUAR:

As the music stops, Church and Martin close the Chamber door and lock it shut as Calysto and Scythe come face-to-face. The men who battle in a brilliant contest at Everlasting Epic IV lock eyes and then survey their imprisoned surroundings as the bell sounds. Their eyes meet again, and it is Scythe who strikes first, connecting with a big chop to the chest of The Iceman.

 

Calysto comes back with a chop of his own, but Scythe delivers two of the PWA's best reverse knife-edges before backing Calysto up against the ropes. He Irish whips him across the ring and tries a clothesline, but Calysto ducks under it and stops. Scythe turns around and The Iceman connects with a dropkick that sends Scythe reeling backwards to the ropes. Without wasting a moment, Calysto charges and unleashes a clothesline that sends Scythe crashing violently to the steel to a big pop!

 

Troy: Scythe is the first man to hit the steel floor tonight!

 

Ferrara: And these people love it! This is Long Island Troy, they just wanna see somebody get hurt!

 

Calysto exits the ring and meets Scythe with a kick to the midsection as he tries to rise on the steel floor. Calysto gets Scythe up by the hair and puts him in position for a DDT on the steel, but Scythe frantically shoves him back hard. Calysto's back connects with the chained wall and Scythe hooks him up in a front facelock before connecting with a fierce snap suplex that lays them both out on the steel floor! As both men writhe in visable pain, the countdown is displayed on the Jumbotron as the crowd counts along, 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1! The lights dim as a spotlight flickers on all four men in the chambers, but it stops on Romeo and  Dan Martin unlocks his padlock and slides the door for Da Playboi to enter the match.

 

Troy: Romeo was the first man out and now he's the first man to exit the chamber and get into the match.

 

Ferrara: And that's not good news for Scythe and Calysto when they are both on the ground.

 

Romeo rushes in and puts the boots to both men before targeting Scythe. He lifts up his former friend and whips him hard into the chains before clotheslining him back down on the steel. He goes after Calysto, but The Iceman catches him coming and back body drops him into the ring. Romeo gets up quickly, but Calysto gets a running start from the chamber wall before leaping over the top rope and connecting with a flying clothesline!

 

Ferrara: What a clothesline!

 

Troy: The Iceman just modified The Bottom Line on that one!

 

Calysto makes the first cover of the match and gets a two count as Romeo kicks out. Scythe takes a long while to get back up, but does make it into the ring gingerly. As Calysto rises, the pair team up to batter Romeo with a series of fists before whipping him into the ropes and downing him with a double clothesline. Calysto and Scythe soon pick up their trading of chops as the lights go down and the spotlight shines on Jaguar.

 

Troy: And now Jaguar is in!

 

The crowd cheers as Jaguar exits his chamber and climbs into the ring, but they cheer even more as he looks at Scythe and Calysto and lets them continue to chop the hell out of each other so he can go put the boots to Romeo. Scythe wins the chop series and downs Calysto with a stinging double-hand chop, but the focus shifts back to the former tag team champions as Jaguar tosses his former Hot Boy$ partner out onto the steel. Jaguar follows him out, but Romeo hits him with a shot to the midsection before connecting with a punch that sends him down to the steel.

 

Inside the ring, Scythe kicks Calysto in the gut and plants him with a piledriver before making a cover. Tom Stevens counts to two before Calysto kicks out, and the Modern Day Samurai exits the ring to assist Jaguar against Romeo. The duo batter Romeo for awhile before lifting him up and tossing him head first into the chains. Romeo drops to the steel hard and the crowd comes alive once again as Jaguar and Scythe begin to go at it.

 

Ferrara: It’s Jag and Scythe now!

 

Troy: They had an incredible match last year at Walking Wounded, and one year later they are battling again!

 

Scythe takes the advantage and tosses Jaguar back into the ring, where he follows him in. Calysto gets back up and charges as Jaguar gets up, but his signature spinning heel kick misses a ducking Jaguar and nails Scythe right in the head! Calysto turns around and walks into Jaguar, who boots him in the gut and plants him with Version 1.0! Jaguar covers The Iceman for a long two count, and he quickly reacts by heading up to the top rope and nailing the still-downed Scythe with a Suga Splash! Jaguar covers again for one....two....and scythe barely gets a shoulder up! As Romeo gets back into the ring, the lights dim again and the spotlight shines on chamber of Greg Tantalus!

 

Ferrara: Uh-oh!

 

Troy: We are 15 minutes in, and now we are seeing a fresh Greg Tantalus enter the match!

 

Tantalus gets into the ring with fists of fire, as he knocks Romeo down with a running right hand, and then delivers the same fate to Jaguar and Calysto before doing the same with Scythe. Tantalus then grabs Romeo and Jaguar by their heads and clunks them together before taking Scythe down with a clothesline. The PWA Champion is on fire, and he continues it by grabbing Calysto and scoop slamming him down before hitting the ropes and dropping a knee across his forehead. Tantalus covers for one...two...and a kickout.

 

Tantalus ponders his next move, but he takes too long as Romeo gets up and barrels into him, sending him outside on the steel. Jaguar follows them out, and the crowd think it’s to double team Romeo, but boos pour in as The Hot Boy$ decide to team up on the fresh Tantalus.

 

Troy: Jaguar and Romeo are working together here?!

 

Ferrara: Tantalus is the freshest man, they have to get to him and slow him down somehow.

 

Jaguar holds the champion's arms behind his back as Romeo tears up his midsection with punches and kicks. Jaguar tosses Tantalus to his former partner, who whips him into the wall before grating his face across the chains! Back inside the ring, Calysto gets Scythe on his shoulders for an Icebreaker, but Scythe slips out of the move and connects big time with The Flying Dragon chokeslam! Scythe prepares to finish The Iceman off by heading up to the top rope for The Diving Blade, but he sees Jaguar rushing in to knock him off. Scythe hops off the turnbuckle and grabs onto the chains, holding on like Spider-Man himself before turning and laying Jaguar out with an amazing Flying Body Press!

 

Troy: What a move by Scythe!

 

Ferrara: That's agility at its best! But look who is about to come out now!

 

The lights dim once more and the crowd boos at the twenty-minute mark as Jackie Baccaro is the final man released from a chamber. Scythe re-enters the ring to apply a DDT to Calysto, but the moment he rises, The Progressive World Champion lifts him up and nails him with a Baccaro Bomb! Baccaro covers nonchalantly and gets a count of one...two...three!

 

Ferrara: How about that?!

 

Troy: Just a minute after entering the ring, Jackie Baccaro has just disposed of Scythe!

 

Martin and Church open the door to allow Scythe to slowly roll out, and the camera catches an ecstatic Vulture beaming with pride as his charge is the first man to notch an elimination. The shot cuts back inside as Scythe is rolled out, and Baccaro has turned his focus to battering Calysto. Jaguar enters the ring to go after him, but Baccaro sees him coming and levels him with an impressive clothesline!

 

The shot cuts outside the chamber, to show Greg Tantalus bleeding profusely from Romeo's attack as he peers out into the crowd. Romeo re-enters the ring to nail Calysto from behind, so that he is taking it to The Iceman as Jaguar has his hands full with Baccaro. Baccaro and Romeo lift up their opponents and whip them to the ropes for clotheslines, but Calysto and Jaguar duck under and drop them with a pair of their own!

 

Baccaro and Romeo get up fairly quickly and soon go back down as Jaguar and Calysto bash their heads together. Jaguar grabs Romeo and scoops him up before dumping him back out over the top rope onto the unforgiving steel. With Romeo and Baccaro both down, Calysto and Jaguar head up for higher ground.

 

Jaguar mounts the top rope and tries a Suga Splash on Romeo, but Da Playboi rolls away and Jaguar crashes mercilessly onto the steel floor chest-first! Romeo rolls back into the ring to regain his composure, but Calysto shocks the crowd by not stopping on the top rope. Before anyone can really notice, The Iceman climbs up to the top of the chamber that once held Baccaro. The Progressive World Champion gets up and cannot heed Vulture's warnings as Calysto leaps from his perch and delivers a Bottom Line clothesline from 16 feet in the air!!!

 

Troy: Oh my God!!!!!

 

Ferrara: I think he just knocked Baccaro out!

 

As the crowd goes crazy and the Jumbotron begins to show replays, Calysto shakes the cobwebs off and slowly rises to his feet. He walks over to Baccaro for a cover, but before he can bend down, Romeo creeps up from behind and grabs him in a schoolboy rollup for a three count!

 

Ferrara: Oh what a brilliant move by Romeo! Calysto is gone!

 

Troy: Just moments after electrifying this crowd, Jason Calysto has been pinned by Romeo, and now we are down to four!

 

Romeo lies on the mat exhausted as an unhappy Iceman exits the chamber. Baccaro is down, Jaguar is down and now bleeding from the forehead and mouth, and Romeo is down as well. But it is Da Playboi who pays the biggest price as a bloody Tantalus comes out of nowhere and crushes Romeo with a 450-degree Splash!

 

Ferrara: Where the hell did he come from?!

 

Troy: That's gonna do it for Romeo!

 

Tantalus finds a way to lie atop Romeo for a cover, but it’s broken up at the count of two after Baccaro delivers a vile kick to the skull. Sensing a wounded Jaguar on the floor, Baccaro exits the ring to go after him on the steel.

 

Troy: Interesting to see Baccaro stop Tantalus from making the cover there.

 

Ferrara: Think about it. Nobody in this match hates Baccaro more than Tantalus and Jaguar. He needs to get a leg up on one of them before thinking about Romeo being eliminated. He needs all the help he can get while it’s there.

 

Baccaro lifts Jaguar up and the blood runneth over from the former PWA and Progressive World Champion as Baccaro grinds his face again on the steel floor. Baccaro then stomps a motionless Jaguar for minutes while Tantalus and Romeo rise at the same time.

 

The PWA Champion and Da Playboi duke it out for awhile, but Romeo's punches hold more weight and he solidifies his advantage by dropping Tantalus with a DDT. He covers for a two count, and then the focus shifts back out to Jaguar and Baccaro, as Baccaro signals for a Baccaro Bomb.

 

Ferrara: He's looking to hit another Baccaro Bomb on the steel! That will undoubtedly end Jaguar's night!

 

Baccaro grabs Jaguar and smacks him around, telling him he cannot be beaten tonight as he gets him in place. Baccaro tries to lift, but Jaguar blocks it and drops back to his knees to nail Baccaro with a low blow! Baccaro's eyes bulge as Jaguar grabs him and yanks him down by his legs. Still holding Baccaro's legs as he stands up, Jaguar falls back and completes a slingshot that sends Baccaro blitzing through the Plexiglas chamber that once housed Tantalus!

 

Troy: End who's night Paul?! Jaguar just slingshotted Baccaro through the chamber!

 

Ferrara: Is Jackie even moving?!

 

Vulture comes close to a heart attack as Baccaro lies motionless amongst the pieces of broken glass within the chamber. As Romeo puts Tantalus back down with a reverse Death Valley Driver, Jaguar gets Baccaro up by his tights and scoops him onto his shoulders before crunching his spine with a Carrjack on the steel floor! Jaguar falls atop Baccaro and gets a one...two...three! The crowd cheers loudly as Baccaro is eliminated, but the hungry Romeo rushes out of the ring and kicks Jaguar in the gut before delivering a Dre Day Powerbomb on the same steel! Romeo covers up Jaguar and gets 1----2----3!

 

Troy: Romeo has done it again! The moment Jaguar took Baccaro out with The Carrjack, he jumped on the situation to eliminate Jaguar, just like he did to Calysto!

 

Ferrara: Romeo is on a roll now, and with Jaguar and Baccaro joining Scythe and Calysto in the back, we're down to Tantalus and Romeo for the Undisputed Title!

 

Romeo climbs back into the ring and is immediately tackled to the ground by Tantalus! The champion goes on a tear, pounding Romeo with nearly desperate rights and lefts until Da Playboi fights him off. As Jaguar and Baccaro are helped and eventually carried away from the ring, Tantalus hits the ropes for a clothesline. He connects, but the powerful former champion doesn't go down.

 

Tantalus hits the ropes again and jumps up for a high knee, but Romeo steps back and waits for Tantalus to drop before clobbering him with a devastating lariat! Tantalus crumples to the canvas as Romeo holds a fist in the air and adjusts his black bandana to finish him off!

 

Ferrara: That's the signal! Romeo is gonna end it here!

 

Troy: Greg Tantalus is down, he's bloodied, and he's one Dre Day away from losing The PWA Title!

 

Romeo grabs the champion and gets him into position for Dre Day, but once he reaches the move's apex, Tantalus slips out and grabs Romeo by the head before lifting him up and dropping him with The Big O! Tantalus makes a quick cover and hooks a leg for a pin. Stevens counts to one, then two, and Romeo launches him off, but not before Stevens' hand hits a third time and he calls for the bell!

 

Troy: It’s over! Tantalus has done it!

 

Ferrara: Wait a minute! Romeo kicked out!

 

Troy: He did it right after the three count! Greg Tantalus is now the Undisputed PWA World Heavyweight Champion!

 

"Hey You" replays and a series of fireworks erupt and confetti falls from the ceiling as Greg Tantalus is announced as the winner. Romeo pleads his case to Stevens, but eventually exits The Elimination Chamber cursing up a storm as he shoves Jason Church aside on his way back up the ramp.

 

Kerry Cox enters the ring with the brand-new title belt in hand, and he hands it to the bloody champion as a blizzard of confetti continues to fall. Tantalus raises the title belt high and the crowd showers him with a world of cheers during his celebration.

 

Troy: In the same building where he reigned as FSW Champion long ago, Greg Tantalus has survived The Elimination Chamber to become The Undisputed Heavyweight Champion of The World!

 

Ferrara: That might be true, but I think it’s disputed all right. I could have sworn that I saw Romeo get an arm up.

 

Troy: It was clear on my monitor and it’s clear in the ring right now as well. Tantalus is the champion, and we are out of time. This has been an incredible night on Long Island, here at Walking Wounded. For Paul Ferrara, I'm Victor Troy, saying goodnight everybody!
