A
video package airs, highlighting events that took place last week, with Bryan
Conroy, Helen Summers and the entire ORA being fired, Kerry Cox rechristening
the ORA Championship the Progressive World Championship and declaring that it
will be unified with the PWA World Championship at Walking Wounded on September
17 in a six-man Elimination Chamber match, followed by the shocking
developments that concluded the broadcast, with International Champion Jackie
Baccaro upsetting Progressive World Champion Jaguar to win the championship,
thanks to help from Vulture and deadly female newcomer Morgan Day. From there,
Troy: We’ve got some great action for
you tonight, folks, as International Champion and NEW Progressive World Champion
Jackie Baccaro teams with Romeo and Solomon to face Jaguar, The Iceman Jason
Calysto and Briggs in what should be an electric six-man tag team match!
Suddenly,
Cox:
Hey guys. I have quite a few
things to address tonight, but I’ll try not to take as long as we did last week
to open the show. In fact, I can pretty
safely say that we won’t even come close.
However, there are some real issues around here that need some
addressing, and that’s why I’m here.
First off, what happened last week.
Of course, I was disappointed to see Morgan Day involve herself with
Vulture and Jackie Baccaro, and disappointed in her role in what happened, but
regardless, the decision stands. Jackie
Baccaro is the new Progressive World Champion.
Thus, the field of six is now set for the Elimination Chamber at Walking
Wounded. It will be the PWA World
Champion Greg Tantalus vs. Jaguar vs. Romeo vs. Jason Calysto vs. Scythe vs.
the Progressive World Champion Jackie Baccaro.
The winner will be declared the undisputed PWA World Heavyweight
Champion, and will win a brand-new championship belt which will be unveiled at

Cox: Tonight, you will see two
quarterfinal matches. You will see
Renegade vs. Reaper, and James Biamonte vs. Showtime Damon Savage, right here
tonight! Next week, it will be Jonathan
Brett vs. Paul Dawkins and Mike Grieco vs. The Miracle Mike Troha, with the
winners facing the winners of tonight’s matches, respectively, in the
semifinals two weeks from tonight in Washington D.C. Then, the finals will be held September 17 at
Walking Wounded, where we will crown a NEW PWA International Champion. That’s all folks. Enjoy the rest of the show!
With that,
the fans cheer loudly as “War Machine” and Cox exits the ring.

BREAK --
Back
from break, “Spitfire” by The Prodigy is blaring over the speakers and the fans
are cheering as Dynamite Dean Nash and Damien Fields settle in the ring.
Moments
later, “More Human Than Human” by White Zombie overtakes the speakers and the
fans begin booing loudly as The Alpha Greg Price and The Omega Steve Beovich,
collectively known as Alpha Omega, make their way to the ring alongside Justin
Schenck, ready for battle. The two
bitter former Tag Team Champions waste no time getting into the ring,
immediately going after Nash and Fields, prompting the bell to sound.
* ALPHA OMEGA VS. DYNAMITE DEAN NASH
& DAMIEN FIELDS *
Referee:
Jose Soares
Price and Beovich pound away on Nash and Fields early, and it quickly
breaks down to Beovich and Nash squaring off.
Price and Fields take their places on the outside of the ring and
Beovich begins pounding away viciously on the former Progressive Champion. Beovich quickly beats him down to the mat,
and then lifts him up and whips him hard into the corner. Nash begins to
stagger out of the corner, but Beovich charges in and nails Nash with a hard
clothesline. Now Nash stumbles forward, and Beovich takes him down with a
hard overhead belly-to-belly suplex before tagging Greg Price into the ring.
Price continues the domination in the ring, grabbing Nash and whipping him
against the ropes, before nailing him with hard back body drop. From
there, Price cinches in a hard side headlock, wearing the former Progressive Champion
down.
With the urging of the crowd, Nash is able to struggle back to his feet and
begin trying to work out of Price's headlock. Finally, Nash nails Price
with a hard back suplex that finds them both down. Both start towards
their corners, and as Price tags Beovich, Nash makes the hot tag to Damien
Fields, who comes in to a big ovation. Fields clotheslines Beovich down,
before going to the apron and dropkicking Price off. However, in doing
so, he takes his eye off the ball, allowing Beovich to get back up.
Fields turns around, and immediately gets hit with a double-leg takedown, the
usual precursor to Extreme Precision. For good measure, Beovich clubs
Nash off the apron with a forearm and goes up top, destroying Fields with
Extreme Precision. He hooks the leg... one, two, three.
The fans boo as "More Human Than Human" plays over the speakers and
Alpha Omega is announced the winners. They prepare to exit, but Justin
Schenck tells them to stay in the ring and do more damage. They comply,
and Beovich and Price make a statement to the Tag Team Champions, beating Nash
and Fields to a pulp. The bell sounds repeatedly and the official tries
to get them away, but they won't listen. Finally, the fans begin cheering
loudly as the Tag Team Champions Epton and Wolfe stampede down the aisle,
running Alpha Omega off!
Ferrara: These teams hate each other,
As a heated staredown between the teams ensues, "Stockholm Syndrome"
by Muse serenades the audience and we take a commercial break.

BREAK --
Back from break, Scott Cornelius is standing by with the PWA Women’s Champion
Keiko Ishida and her manager Walter Gindin.
Cornelius: Alright, Keiko, first off congratulations on
your successful title defense against Dee Licious at Everlasting Epic.
Keiko: Yes. It was a great victory. I am very proud to have destroyed her.
Cornelius: Do you see a rematch down the
line for her?
Keiko: If she wishes to face me again, I
would defeat her again.
Cornelius: What do you have to say about
Kerry Cox’s decision to team you with newcomer Morgan Day against Jade and
Camieko next week?
Keiko noticeably tenses up at the mention of Morgan, and gestures toward
Gindin.
Gindin:
Everyone saw the way Ms. Day treated my client at the Awards ceremony
two weeks ago. We saw that the situation
was getting out of hand, for reasons I am not going to disclose, but this is
our way of extending an olive branch. I
specifically requested this match to help Morgan and Keiko get back on the same
page, where they should be. There’s no
reason they can’t work together for the greater good.
Cornelius: What do you say to allegations
that you’re just trying to avoid wrestling Morgan Day?
Gindin: That’s preposterous. Right now, we’re just focused on the tag team
match.
Cornelius: One more question. And this is to you, Keiko. There are rumors floating around that the
near-brawl between you and Morgan Day at the Awards Ceremony was no accident,
and that you two have met before in the past.
Do you care to shed some light on that?
Keiko: (long pause) I have… no comment.
With that, Keiko and Gindin exit, and we are sent back to the ring.
As we return from break, "Still Ballin" by 2Pac overtakes the
speakers and the fans begin cheering loudly, realizing that it is time for our
first International Championship Tournament match. The cheers continue as
James Biamonte emerges from behind the curtain and makes his way to the ring.
As
Biamonte settles himself in the ring, "Footprints" by G-Unit explodes
onto the speakers and the fans go nuts as Showtime Damon Savage makes his way
out. Showtime gets a thunderous ovation from the Hedonism crowd as he
makes his way down to the squared circle, getting inside and standing
face-to-face with fellow fan-favorite Biamonte as the bell sounds.
Troy: Alright,
Showtime has the advantage in power and speed, but Biamonte has the edge in
smarts and experience. It should be quite the battle.
* PWA INTERNATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP
TOURNAMENT – QUARTERFINALS: JAMES BIAMONTE VS. SHOWTIME DAMON SAVAGE *
Referee:
Dan Martin
Biamonte and Showtime lock up in the center of the ring, and it
is Showtime who gains the immediate advantage, shoving Biamonte down to the mat
to a nice ovation. Biamonte quickly gets back up, shaking it off, and
locks up with Showtime again. This time, Biamonte performs a switch
during the tie-up and takes Showtime down with a release german suplex!
Ferrara: You gave Showtime the edge in quickness, Troy, but THAT right
there was speed!
Showtime gets back up and charges at Biamonte, but Biamonte
is ready for him and counters with an armdrag that takes him down hard!
Biamonte releases the hold and Showtime gets up, but as soon as he does,
Biamonte takes him down with a big dropkick that sends Showtime out of the
ring! Biamonte has the fans firmly in his corner as Showtime regroups on
the outside and heads back into the ring. Biamonte tries to keep the
pressure mounted, but Showtime exhibits massive determination once back inside,
blocking Biamonte's offense, and countering with offense of his own!
Savage backs Biamonte off and downs him with a hard, stiff suplex!
Biamonte struggles to his feet, but when he rises, Showtime is there, and takes
him down with a big swinging neckbreaker! Showtime covers... one, two,
and Biamonte just barely kicks out!
As Biamonte slowly struggles to his feet, Showtime
signals up to the top rope, which prompts the fans to cheer. Savage
climbs up to the top and, as Biamonte rises, comes off with a double sledge,
connecting with full impact and downing Biamonte again! With that,
Showtime signals for It's Showtime!
Ferrara: You're probably right,
Biamonte gets up and Showtime tries to apply the
move, but Biamonte counters, thrusting backwards, sending both of them tumbling
into the referee, knocking him down! All three are slow to their feet,
but suddenly, Vladimir Vydrina comes storming down the aisle! Vydrina
slides into the ring, spins Showtime around, and knocks him completely
unconscious with an unsuspecting devastating bare right hand to the
jaw! Vydrina smirks and exits the ring to a chorus of boos.
As Biamonte gets up, noticing Showtime out and the
referee stirring, he doesn't ask any questions, nor does he take any
chances. He lifts a limp Showtime off the mat, delivers the Buzzkill with
thunderous and unnecessary impact, and hooks the leg. One, two, three!
The fans cheer, but not nearly as loudly as they
cheered his entrance, as "Still Ballin" hits and Biamonte exits to
the back, knowing he will wrestle in the semifinals in two weeks as we take a
commercial break.

BREAK --
Earshot's "Control" plays through the PA system, and the fans respond
with boos as Justin Schenck leads out The Legacy's combination of Jonathan
Brett and Darrin Giles onto the stage.
Giles
and Brett enter the ring and wait as "The Mirror" by Dream Theater
brings Tony Annetta out to a nice round of cheers. The former Lieutenant Commissioner
walks down the ramp and waits at the bottom as At The Drive-In's
"Arcarsenal" hits next for the arrival of Mike Troha. The 2004-2005
Most Inspirational Performer of The Year arrives to a huge pop from the crowd
and he high fives Annetta before they each step into the ring.
* THE MIRACLE MIKE TROHA & TONY
ANNETTA VS. JONATHAN BRETT & DARRIN GILES *
Referee:
Tom Stevens
Troha and Brett talk trash to one another from across the ring,
but Brett steps out as Giles starts against The Miracle. The bell rings
and both men tie up in the center of the ring. Giles seems to overpower Troha a
bit, but the crafty veteran falls back and takes him down with an armdrag.
Giles tries to get up, but is driven back down hard as Troha keeps the hold
into an armbar.
Troha rises to his feet and elbows Giles'
outstretched arm before backing up to his corner and tagging Annetta. Annetta
climbs into the ring and delivers a stiff kick to the arm before wrenching it
some more. Unable to withstand any more pain, Giles gets away with a rake to
the eyes before flooring Annetta with a dropkick. Giles quickly tags out to
Brett, who enters and knocks Annetta back down with a big right hand.
Brett gets Annetta off the mat and slings him into
the ropes. He ducks his head for a back body drop and Annetta stops short to
kick him, but Brett swats his leg away and pops back up before connecting with
a big clothesline! Brett covers for one...two...and Annetta kicks out.
Brett gets Annetta back off the mat and scoop slams
him before backing up to the middle turnbuckle. Brett jumps off, but Annetta
evens the score by jamming a boot into his face! Brett is stunned until Annetta
hits the ropes and then hits him with a flying shoulder tackle that sends them
both spilling to the canvas!
Troy:
Both men are down now, whichever guy can make a tag first will have the clear
advantage!
Brett is closer to his corner and makes a tag to
Giles. The former Progressive Champion rushes into the ring to grab Annetta by
the leg, but Annetta kicks him off and makes a tag to Troha!
The crowd cheers as The Miracle blocks a right hand
from Giles before coming back with three in a row of his own. Troha stuns Giles
and then whips him to the ropes before sending him up and down with a big back
body drop! Giles gets up and Troha mows him down with one clothesline
before watching him get up and doing it again. Brett runs at his rival, but
Troha ducks down and Brett spills over the top rope and crashes to the floor!
Giles looks to attack Troha from behind, but
Annetta catches him before he can and lifts him up to plaster him with a
Tommygun Spinebuster! Annetta yells for Troha to get him up, and he does so before
turning Giles upside down and spiking him on his head with Divine Intervention!
Troha covers for the academic three count and Tom Stevens calls for the bell!
Ferrara:
The Legacy doesn't like to lose, but I have a strong feeling this bad
blood between these guys is far from over.
"Arcarsenal" replays as Troha and Annetta
leave to a nice ovation, with Giles still out on the canvas as Brett and
Schenck try to revive him.

Back from commercial, “Parabola” by TOOL blasts over the speakers and the
Schenck: So here it is. Hedonism III.
Uninhibited spirits? Anything
goes? Now, in my imagination, this place
would be filled with gorgeous women, willing to do anything to have a good
time. But then why are so many of you
ugly? Really, people. Why come here if you’re unattractive? It makes no sense to me. But I digress. Onto serious matters. Rudy Montenora, last week,
Griffin: You know Rudy, I’ve never liked
you. Since my first day in CAW almost
five years ago, I took one look at you and knew you were overrated. You might have accomplished a lot of things
in your career, but it was all relative.
I knew back then that I’d far surpass anything you ever did in your
miserable career, and five years later, that’s exactly what I’ve done. Rudy, do you know who has reigned as a world
champion for more days than anyone in CAW, FSW and PWA combined? That’s right, Hollywood Mike Griffin. How about narrowing down to just PWA? Yep.
Still Mike Griffin. Rudy, I am a
two-time PWA World Heavyweight Champion, a two-time FSW Champion, a former CAW
Champion, and the man who merged the CAW and FSW Championships together. You, my friend, are nothing but a two-bit
loser, a mockery of a wrestler who…
Suddenly, “Lose Yourself” by Eminem hits the speakers and the fans begin
cheering loudly as Rudy Montenora appears from behind the curtain.
Montenora heads down to the ring with a cocky look on his face and grabs a microphone.
Montenora: First of all, let me say that
it is GREAT to be here tonight! (fans cheer) Griffin, you’ve been doing a lot
of talking ever since Everlasting Epic, but the bottom line is that you lost to
Greg Tantalus,
Montenora: Oh please. Can’t you ever just admit defeat? Greg beat you. End of story.
Montenora: You know Griffin, I really
have no reason to take you up on this. I
retired from the ring to pursue acting a year ago, and I’ve been happy. You only want me back in there because you
think I’ve wronged you in some way, and it’s your only way of attempting to get
back at me. I really should just say
no. But, you know what? I’ve kept in good shape. I’ve stayed dedicated. And I could go if I had to. So, Mike Griffin, you want it? Well, September 17 at Walking Wounded, you’re
going to get it. I’m going to come out
of retirement for one night only at the
Griffin: Oh these people already know
who the real movie star is around here, Rudy.
You’re a joke. And at Walking
