WACHOVIA CENTER

PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA

SEGMENT 1:  INTRODUCTION:

A video package airs, highlighting the conclusion of last week’s episode, with Vulture and Jaguar defeating Mike Griffin and Greg Tantalus in a thrilling tag team bout.  The opening credits then roll as Linkin Park’s “By_Myslf” hits the speakers and we are sent inside the Wachovia Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where a spectacular pyrotechnics display ensues and we are sent ringside to commentator Victor Troy.

Troy:  Hello, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to PWA Frequency!  I’m Victor Troy, along here with Paul Ferrara, and tonight, we are here in Philadelphia, on the last stop on the road to Everlasting Epic!

Ferrara:  Well, Troy, that’s not entirely true, because this Friday night, we will have the 2004 PWA Awards Ceremony and Hall of Fame Inductions!  That will be live, this Friday night from the Esther Boyer Theater at the Liacouras Center, right here in Philadelphia.

Troy:  And what a night that will be, Paul.  You can check out the detailed recap of the night’s festivities Friday night on the PWA website, but it should be a gala evening, as 15 year-end awards are given out to PWA superstars, and our first class of Hall of Fame inductees will be honored.  Three men have been chosen to enter the Hall of Fame this year, and they are Mike Tortorici, Jason Calysto, and Vulture.

Ferrara:  It should be a great time.

Troy:  Absolutely.  But Paul, before we get to Friday night, we have one last episode of Frequency before the festivities begin.  Tonight, we have a huge main event lined up, as Solomon teams with his Gindin stablemate Infernus to meet the team of PWA Champion Scythe and GI Jew.

Ferrara:  It’s anyone’s guess how Jew and Scythe will work together, just four days before squaring off as part of a triple threat match for the PWA Championship, but it should be interesting nonetheless.

Troy:  Also tonight, we will see an eight-man sudden death match, where the first man to score a pinfall will challenge for the PWA Championship right here next week on Frequency!

Ferrara:  That’s right.  It’ll be Jonathan Brett, Rudy Montenora, the International Champion Mike Grieco, Anthony Failla, Superstar Scott Hosemann, the Omega Steve Beovich, Romeo, and the Miracle Mike Troha going at it, and one of those men will emerge with a title shot next week.

Troy:  I can’t wait for that, Paul.  It’s gonna be a…

SEGMENT 2:  RINGSIDE:
Suddenly, Fear Factory’s “H-K” blasts onto the speakers and the crowd begins to boo raucously as The Machine makes his way to the ring, returning from a four-week suspension.  Machine does not look happy as he grabs a microphone and steps into the ring.

Machine:  Four weeks I’ve sat at him, just letting my anger build up inside, waiting for the day that I’d be able to do something about it.  Well, my suspension is over, and in four days, I’m going to be right across the parking lot at Lincoln Financial Field, beating the holy hell out of Jason Calysto, and sending him right back to the retirement home I sent him in December.  Well, maybe not the same one, since I torched that one to the ground.  But you get my drift.  After Saturday, Jason Calysto will wish he never signed on for this match.  Yes, I realize that if I lose this match, my career is over and Calysto returns to the PWA, but do you people really think that can happen?  Think about it.  Jason Calysto has been sitting at home for eight months.  He’ll have a great deal of ring rust.  The Machine, on the other hand, has been tearing through this company, leaving nothing but complete destruction and devastation in his path.  I am going to tear Calysto to pieces and make him wish that he had simply taken the charred remains of his house and cried like a baby over them.

Machine opens his mouth to continue speaking, but is cut off by furious cheers as Jason Calysto’s image appears on the Jumbotron, live via satellite from Amsterdam!

Calysto:  Hey, up here Machine.  I’m here in Amsterdam now, training for our big match on Saturday, and let me tell you, I’ve heard everything you’ve been saying, and it doesn’t scare me one bit.  Have I been inactive for eight months?  Yeah.  But is it really gonna make a difference on Saturday?  You can bet your ass it won’t.  Machine, you burned my freakin house to the ground.  You ended my goddamn career.  Don’t you think that Saturday night is the night I’ve been waiting for ever since you ended my career, and then ruined my retirement ceremony in December?  Believe me, Machine, I’ve been waiting for this a long, long time.  The way I see it, on Saturday, I can’t lose.  Sure, you could win the match, but my only goal, Machine, is to hurt you and to hurt you bad.  I’m already retired.  If I lose the match, I’ve lost nothing, just simply gained the opportunity to inflict massive amounts of pain on you.  But you, Machine, you have EVERYTHING to lose.  If I beat you, your career is history, and I am reinstated into the company.  So the way I figure it, you have all the pressure on you this Saturday, not me.  After all, why wouldn’t you be able to beat a guy who hasn’t stepped into the ring in eight months.  Ask yourself that question Machine, and you can keep asking that question for the rest of your life, as you sit at home, alone, with nothing left but the memories of your forgotten and pathetic career.  After all, you WERE passed over in the Hall of Fame voting, weren’t you?  That’s right, you were.  And you know who wasn’t?  Me.  Machine, the bottom line is that there is NOTHING the Iceman can’t handle, and you’re gonna find that out firsthand this Saturday.

With that, the feed ends and “F*ckin in the Bushes” blasts onto the speakers, leaving Machine seething in the ring as we take our first commercial break.

SEGMENT 3:  MATCH 1:  TONY ANNETTA VS. SPEED DEMON:
Referee:  Jose Soares

All eyes focus on the entryway as Dream Theater’s “The Mirror” plays for the Philadelphia crowd as Tony Annetta arrives with Walter Gindin and Infernus at his side. The trio marches down the ramp, looking to put another victim on their hitlist on the way to Everlasting Epic and continuing their momentum. The audience tries to discourage them with jeers, but none of the three men are fazed by this rash welcome. Annetta slides into the ring while Infernus and Gindin stay on the outside, and once Annetta is settled, “Want” by The Cure hits and the fans grow loud with cheers. Speed Demon steps out and is accompanied by Justice, and the two men walk down the ramp with a purpose. As Justice takes his spot on the outside, Speed Demon steps into the ring and immediately starts slugging it out with Annetta as the ref calls for the bell and begins the first match of the night.

Ferrara: Here we go! It’s Speed Demon and Tony Annetta, one on one!

Troy: And the guys on the outside?

Ferrara: Well, they’re just here to cheer on their boys.

Troy: Riiight...

Speed Demon and Annetta continue to trade punches, but Annetta begins to gain the advantage. He grabs Speed Demon’s arm and whips him into the ropes, then scoops him up on his return and drops him with a sidewalk slam. Annetta goes for the cover, but Demon quickly kicks out. Gindin is clapping and Infernus points out Annetta’s dominance to the crowd, who responds with boos. Back in the ring, Annetta lifts up Demon and whips him into the ropes, then gets into position for another sidewalk slam, but Demon stops short and boots Annetta’s chin. With Annetta temporarily stunned, Demon lifts him up and drives him into the mat with a back body drop. Demon peels Annetta off the mat to continue the attack, but Gindin jumps on the ring apron and catches the referee’s attention. Infernus quickly scurries to the side and grabs a steel chair to the dismay of the crowd. Demon drops Annetta to deal with Gindin, but Infernus slides into the ring on his blind side.

Troy: This is bad! Turn around, Speed Demon!

Ferrara: This is great! Swing the chair, Infernus!

Before Infernus can do any damage, Justice climbs into the ring to stop the attack! Infernus catches wind of his presence and drops the chair fleeing from the ring! Justice darts after Infernus as he speeds up the ramp and into the backstage area! Back in the ring, Demon is fed up with Gindin and taunts him as Annetta gets to his feet. The referee reprimands Gindin as Demon is ready to go back to work and when he turns around, he is met with a chairshot to the skull, courtesy of Annetta. Demon crumples to the mat as Annetta slides the chair out of the ring and covers. Gindin gets off the apron with a wide grin and the referee notices the cover. He slaps the mat three times and calls for the bell.

Troy: That was despicable. I can’t believe what I just saw.

Ferrara: Speed Demon just learned his lesson. He should come better prepared next time.

Troy: ... You’re despicable too.

Annetta raises his arms briefly as “The Mirror” plays once more. He rolls out of the ring and heads up the ramp with Gindin, leaving behind a barely stirring Speed Demon.

SEGMENT 4:  BACKSTAGE:

As we return from the break, the camera is focused on Traci Reed, our backstage reporter. She is holding a mic and standing by with Reaper.

Reed: Reaper, I would like to ask you a question that’s been on several people’s minds. A few weeks ago, you were fired from Justin Schenck’s group, and last week, you were given the opportunity to battle them with Damien Fields. However, you ended up turning on your own tag team partner, and you still didn’t rejoin Schenck’s group. What is your reasoning behind this?

Reaper: Let me get something straight first, Traci. I didn’t turn on anyone. I was never on the same page as Fields to begin with. So even though he was on my team, to me he was still just another person that was in my way. I didn’t rejoin Schenck because I realized something. I don’t need him, or anyone for that matter. I’m a new man now, and I won’t be helping out Schenck, or being in a team with Fields. I’ll be out there for myself, and I’ll be doing things my way from now on.

Reaper stops talking and his eyes move past Traci. The reporter turns around to find Damien Fields standing behind her, to which the crowd reacts with a generous pop.

Fields: You know, I’m glad you feel that way, because now I know that I won’t have to worry about other people involved in our matches.

Reaper: “Our matches?” What’re you saying?

Fields: I’m saying that I just came out of Kerry Cox’s office, and he says that there’s one more spot left for Everlasting Epic 3. So how about it, Reaper? I’m challenging you to a match at the biggest event of the year.

Reaper: You couldn’t have come at a better time, because this is just what I’m looking for. Fields, you’re on, and I’ll be sure to take you down this time and show you that you don’t belong here.

The crowd cheers for this announcement and a stare down commences between the two with Traci still standing between them. She appears to feel a bit intimidated.

SEGMENT 5:  MATCH 2:  PWA WOMEN’S CHAMPION LAUREN TANTALUS & CAMIEKO VS. LIZ RUSH & JADE:
Referee:  Dan Martin

The camera cuts to ringside, where “Zerospace” by Kidneythieves is blaring over the speakers, and the duo of Liz Rush and Jade stands in the ring, awaiting their opposition.  They get it a moment later, when “Hot Like Fire” by Aaliyah starts, and Camieko makes her way to the ring to a sizeable ovation.  Camieko pauses at the foot of the ramp, and VAST’s “Free” starts on the speakers, prompting the arrival of the PWA Women’s Champion Lauren Tantalus.  Lauren makes her way to the ring, drops her belt down, and slides inside, getting this match underway.

Troy:  Alright, big women’s tag team action here!

Ferrara:  Liz Rush and Jade defeated Lauren Tantalus and Camieko a few weeks back, but Lauren and Camieko were unable to coexist on that night.  I’ve heard that the two have been on better terms the past two weeks, now that a title match is in place, and they’re ready to let the best woman win on Saturday.

Lauren starts the match off with Jade, and chops her back into the corner to start off.  Jade then reverses it, placing Lauren in the corner and chopping away on her.  Jade takes the advantage, whips Lauren into the ropes, and nails her with a powerslam as she returns.  Jade goes for the cover, but Lauren quickly and powerfully kicks out.  Lauren gets up, and Jade continues to try to work her over, but Lauren quickly takes the advantage back in the fray.  Lauren whips Jade into her corner and tags Camieko into the match.  Camieko and Jade, who have no love lost, pound away on each other furiously, with Camieko establishing the advantage.  Jade retreats to her corner and tags in Liz Rush, who locks up with Camieko in the center of the ring.

Rush holds her own with Camieko initially, locking her in a tight side headlock and wrestling her to the ground, but ultimately, the fans pull behind Camieko and she gets back into it.  Camieko stings Liz with a big back body drop, prompting her to tag Jade back into the match.  Jade locks up with Camieko, but the Hot Girl is on fire, no pun intended.  Camieko stings Jade with a big dropkick, sending her down hard.  Camieko then lifts Jade up, attempting to whip her into the ropes.  However, Jade reverses the whip and sends Camieko crashing into Lauren on the apron!  Lauren is sent flying off the apron and crashing to the arena floor and Camieko stumbles forward, right into a Side Effect!  However, Camieko blocks it and reverses it into a small package!  One, two, three!

Troy:  That’s it!  Lauren and Camieko have won this thing!

Ferrara:  Unbelievable!

The fans cheer as “Hot Like Fire” blares over the speakers and Camieko celebrates the victory.  Lauren, however, slowly gets to her feet on the outside, in pain, and simply stares back at Camieko.  Camieko holds the ropes open for Lauren, but Lauren simply stares back at her and turns to leave.  The crowd is confused at this, but Lauren grabs her belt and heads back up the ramp and out of sight.  Meanwhile, Camieko continues her celebration as we cut to commercial.

 SEGMENT 6:  RINGSIDE:
The audience groans as they are engulfed with Tom Petty’s “All Or Nothin,” bringing out The Naturals. Sporting the tag team belts over their shoulders, they walk down the ramp and greet the crowd with arrogant smiles. Greg Price and Kris Anthony climb into the ring and pose briefly before grabbing a set of microphones. The music fades and they begin to speak, despite the jeers of the crowd.

Price: Fans, you have had the great pleasure to be witnesses to our vast superiority over every tag team in this industry. We’ve defeated every tag team that has come our way, and we’ve risen to the top.

Anthony: And if these belts aren’t proof of our dominance, then let us remind you that we defeated the last team that held these belts. And that team was Paul Dawkins and Jackie Baccaro. Not only did we beat them for the belts, but we’ve pinned Dawkins or Baccaro in two straight weeks!

Price: They weren’t much of a challenge anyway.

Anthony: Of course not, because you know who they aren’t.

Price: The Naturals.

Anthony: Naturally.

Before they can spew any more words, “Black” by Sevendust hits and a relieved crowd gives it up for Dawkins and Baccaro! They stand tall on the ramp with mics in hand.

Dawkins: It must be hard to talk with all that garbage in your mouth.

Baccaro: Maybe you’ll get rid of it before Everlasting Epic 3, when we take back our belts.

Price: You’d think you’d learn the first time that you can’t beat someone that’s simply better than you. Well this time, we’ll just have to beat that into your heads!

Dawkins: You may have beaten us and won the belts, but let’s stop looking at the past and focus more on what’s coming up in a few days, when we challenge and beat you for the belts, right here in Philly!

The crowd roars in approval as the two teams stare down each other, neither team backing away from the war that will erupt in a few days as the camera fades and we go to a commercial break.

-- COMMERCIAL BREAK #4 --

SEGMENT 8:  MATCH 3:  8-MAN CHALLENGE:  NON-TITLE MATCH:  JONATHAN BRETT VS. RUDY MONTENORA VS. INTERNATIONAL CHAMPION MIKE GRIECO VS. ANTHONY FAILLA VS. SUPERSTAR SCOTT HOSEMANN VS. THE OMEGA STEVE BEOVICH VS. ROMEO VS. THE MIRACLE MIKE TROHA:
Referee:  Matt Hansen

The shot cuts back to the ring, where Jonathan Brett, Mike Troha, Rudy Montenora, Steve Beovich, Scott Hosemann and Mike Grieco are inside. As G'Unit's "G'd Up" plays over the speakers, Anthony Failla makes his way into the ring, stepping over the top rope and into the squared circle, eyeing the International Champion the entire way.

Troy: This matchup has huge implications Paul. Whoever gains the first fall here will challenge for the PWA Championship next week on Frequency, the first edition after Everlasting Epic!

Ferrara: That guarantees that Solomon, Scythe or GI Jew won't have it easy no matter who leaves Philly with the title.

As the seven men wait, three D-Bombs explode on impact with the ramp as B.G.'s "Hottest of The Hot" remix takes over the sound system. With the crowd cheering heavily, Romeo blazes a trail down to the ring in search of Troha!

Ferrara: I've never seen Romeo fly like that!

Troy: Don't you remember what happened last week in Atlantic City?! Troha smashed his head into a slot machine window and Romeo needed 8 stitches to close the wound. Troha is a marked man tonight!

Romeo slides into the ring and Troha immediately hops out to the arena floor, but Brett quickly cuts off Da Playboi with a series of stomps to the back as the bell sounds. Montenora quickly goes after him, but Brett cuts him down with a hard clothesline!

Across the ring, Failla bangs away on Grieco's forehead with overhand fists until Troha sneaks back inside and hits him in the kidneys before taking him down with a Suburban Slam! Troha makes a cover for one...two..and Hosemann breaks it up with an elbow to the back of his head.

Beovich goes right after Grieco, bum rushing him into the corner and hopping on the turnbuckles to punch him. The crowd counts with each punch, but they only reach the number of four until Grieco reaches under and powerbombs him hard on the canvas! Grieco maintains his grip and lifts The Omega up again before drilling him with a second powerbomb! Matt Hansen slides over to count one...two...and its broken up by Montenora connecting full force with his famed Superkick to Grieco's face!

Troy: What a superkick from Rudy!

Ferrara: Grieco never even saw that coming, he's gotta be out!

Grieco is knocked to the arena floor from the force of the blow and Montenora turns around to be kicked in the gut by Romeo, who hoists him up and pancakes him with a thunderous Dre Day powerbomb! Romeo turns around and locks eyes with Troha, who hops back out of the ring and scurries up the ramp! Romeo follows him out and chases him until both men are behind the curtain.

Brett, Hosemann, Failla and Beovich are left standing and pair off to trade punches with one another. Hosemann goes low with a knee to the midsection and kicks Beovich before attempting a Superstar Stunner, but The Omega shoves him to the ropes and spears him down to the mat. He quickly hops on the top rope to complete Extreme Precision, but Failla connects with a big boot that sends Brett reeling into the ropes and knocking Beovich from the top rope to the floor! Brett returns dizzied and Failla scoops him up into the air and spikes him with the Almighty Sacrifice!

Troy: Almighty Sacrifice! This one is over!

Ferrara: Wait! Grieco has a pin!

Before Failla can hunker down on Brett for a pin, Grieco slides back in and covers Montenora first. Hansen slides over to the corner and counts 1...2...3! "Da Repercussions" by 50 Cent hits the speakers and Dee Licious quickly helps Grieco from the ring before Failla can reach him.

Troy: Grieco steals this win and now he will go on to challenge for the PWA Championship next week!

Ferrara: After he beats Failla at Everlasting Epic, he can be a double champion Troy!

WINNER VIA PINFALL AT 16:36:  MIKE GRIECO
