TUESDAY, JULY 19, 2005 * BOARDWALK HALL * ATLANTIC CITY, NEW JERSEY

As the broadcast goes on the air, we open with a clip of events that closed last week's episode:

Hosemann gets the upper hand on Giles, but he is soon clubbed down from behind by Romeo. Baccaro joins in as Griffin recovers, and a six-man beatdown commences on the three crowd favorites. John Wolfe and Paul Epton rush down to help, but they are quickly taken down as well. Vargas calls for the bell to ring, but the familiar Legacy-led attack continues until The Iceman Jason Calysto runs down to the ring with a chair in hand!

Troy: The Iceman is here!

Ferrara: And he's not empty-handed!

Calysto slides into the ring and Price tries to stop him, but he gets the chair to the ribs before its smacked hard over his back! Giles tries next, but he gets a stiff chairshot to the skull! The rest of the ring wants nothing to do with The Iceman and all scurry out to backpedal up the ramp as Calysto holds the chair over his head.

Troy: Jason Calysto has just cleared the ring here!

Ferrara: He's swinging like a man possessed!

The Legacy exits with Baccaro and Romeo, and Oasis' "F*ckin' In The Bushes" plays through the speakers as Calysto hops out of the ring, never checking on the five men he helped. Scythe gets up and yells for him, but Calysto turns around to deliver a cold stare to the Modern Day Samurai that leaves everyone puzzled as Frequency closes.

From there, "By_Myslf" by Linkin Park hits and the opening credits air as we are taken inside Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City, New Jersey.  The fans cheer wildly as a glorious pyrotechnics debut ensues, and we are sent to our commentators Victor Troy and Paul Ferrara.

Troy:  Hello everyone and welcome to PWA Frequency!  I'm Victor Troy, along here with Paul Ferrara, and we are back in the United States tonight, in Atlantic City, for what should be one hell of a broadcast!

Ferrara:  Folks, we are just four days away from our pay-per-view special Live From Rockefeller Center, and you've got to figure that we're going to see some big things tonight.

Troy:  Already announced for tonight is a tag team match pitting Mike Grieco and Progressive Champion Dexter P. Wellington against James Biamonte and Victor Simon.  In addition, we'll see Liz Rush and Dee Licious team up to take on Women's Champion Keiko Ishida in a handicapped match, plus much more!  But folks, let's get down to ringside and get this show on the road!

With that, "Exorcism" by Theatres des Vampires hits the speakers and the fans begin booing loudly as "The Angel of Death" Vladimir Vydrina makes his way to the ring, accompanied by "Not That" Rodney King and Natasha Vydrina.  Big Vlad steps into the ring and readies himself, as "Spitfire" by The Prodigy overtakes the speakers and Dynamite Dean Nash heads down to the ring, immediately darting inside and going after Vydrina, prompting the bell to sound.

* VLADIMIR VYDRINA VS. DYNAMITE DEAN NASH *

Referee:  Jason Church

Nash pounds away on Vydrina to get the match started, looking to catch the big man off guard and take advantage.  Nash keeps the pressure mounted on the Angel of Death, but this only seems to make Vydrina angry.  Nash thinks he has Vydrina dazed and runs at him, but Vlad puts his boot up and blasts Nash in the face with it.  Nash goes down hard and Vydrina stalks in on him, lifting him up and tossing him viciously into the corner.

Troy:  All of a sudden, this match has changed and I don't like Nash's chances very much anymore.

Ferrara:  That's usually how things work against Vladimir Vydrina.

Vydrina charges in after him and splashes him against the corner.  Nash stumbles out and Vlad lifts him up, destroying him with a vicious shoulderbreaker.  Then, as boos rain down, at the urging of his wife and manager, Vydrina lifts Nash up and locks him in his devastating bearhug.

Troy:  This has to be it here, nowhere for Nash to go.

Ferrara:  Yeah, I'd have to agree.

Vydrina wrenches the hold in tightly, and before long, Nash submits.

* WINNER VIA SUBMISSION:  VLADIMIR VYDRINA *

The fans boo loudly and Vydrina, listening to his wife and manager, refuses to relinquish the hold.  Finally, as the bell sounds several times and Vydrina still refuses to let go, Showtime Damon Savage stampedes down the aisle with a chair!  Showtime enters the ring and begins swinging for the fences, clearing the ring before long.  As he backpedals up the ramp with the Vydrinas, Rodney King grabs a mic.

King:  You think you're slick, don't you Showtime?  Well, try this on for size.  Next week, right here on Frequency, we're gonna have the official contract signing for the boxing match at Everlasting Epic between Showtime Damon Savage and Vladimir Vydrina.  I'd watch my back if I were you.

King drops the mic and a tense staredown ensues as we take a commercial break.

Earshot's "Control" blasts through the speakers, signaling the arrival of The Legacy as Justin Schenck leads Alpha Omega down to the ring. The Tag Team Champions climb inside as Schenck takes the mic from Lee Palmer and does the same. The music dies down and boos rain upon the leader of The Legacy as he begins to speak.

Schenck: You know, I would think that I would be better received by my hometown crowd when I live 10 minutes up the Atlantic City Expressway, but what do I come out to, the same all pieces of beach bum trash! (Crowd boos) This Sunday is a big night for The Legacy. Our three title holders will each defend their titles against what you people might deem to be worthy contenders, but are they really worthy? We all know about Scott Hosemann, that washed up loser who actually thinks he has a snowball's chance in hell of finally winning the PWA Title. Scott, you're not wrestling nobodies like you did when you won your last title a few ages ago. You're stepping into the ring against the most dominant champion in the history of this industry, Hollywood Mike Griffin! (Crowd boos) Hosemann, you're done. Now onto the other two guys, Briggs and Jaguar. I have no idea how winning two matches makes you a contender to the titles, but we don't care. Alpha Omega does not sweat you guys, in fact---

Schenck is halted once a loud blast of fireworks erupts from the stage and Mannie Fresh's "Real Big" thumps through Boardwalk Hall. Briggs emerges first, but Jaguar steps out to a monstrous pop in the familiar digs of A.C. Both men walk down to the ring and Jaguar takes a microphone to speak directly to Schenck as the champions look on anxiously.

Jaguar: Enough Justin, nobody wants to hear your whining in your own backyard, so why would they listen at home? If you wanna talk about being in Atlantic City, I'm the guy to talk to about that. (Crowd cheers) So you guys don't sweat us huh? Fine with us. Since you don't sweat me and the big man, how about we make our match on Sunday a tag title rematch? Doesn't matter which side comes out with the belts tonight, just put them on the line and we'll do it again in Rockefeller. You're so bad, put up the straps.

Beovich: Whoa, hold up Jag. We are signed to put our belts up only in Rockefeller Center. We'll fight you, but non-title.

Briggs: Then let's go!

Briggs and Jaguar open up on Alpha Omega with a series of fists, but Jonathan Brett, Darrin Giles and Mike Griffin instantly burst through the curtain and dart to the ring to club them from behind!

Troy: The rest of The Legacy is here and Justin is directing traffic! I smell a damn setup!

Griffin, Giles and Brett assist Alpha Omega in a five-on-two beating, but its shortened as Paul Epton, Mike Troha and John Wolfe all rush out as well. The odds are evened and the crowd is cheering as the good guys gain the upper hand, but Schenck delivers a low blow to Briggs! With the big Canadian down, The Legacy goes back on the offensive, but it only lasts until Saliva's "Superstar II" begins and Superstar Scott Hosemann runs down to the ring with a tire iron in his hand!

Ferrara: It’s Hosemann!

Hosemann slides into the ring like a man possessed as he goes after Schenck, but Justin escapes and The Legacy scatters before retreating up the ramp. They get halfway until Kerry Cox runs out onto the stage with a microphone.

Cox: Alright, this is enough out of you guys! You all wanna fight so bad? Fine! We're gonna have an eight man tag tonight. It’s gonna be Jonathan Brett, Alpha Omega and Mike Griffin, yeah you Mike. Giles and Justin can be in your corner. And you're gonna go up against Briggs, Jaguar, Mike Troha and Scott Hosemann, with Paul Epton and John Wolfe in their corner! All of you will already be out there, so handle your differences in the ring!

KISS' "War Machine" plays and the fans cheer as Cox storms back through the curtain, leaving both sides locked in a heated staredown.

-- COMMERCIAL BREAK --

The camera picks up Jason Calysto walking through the backstage area.  Before long, he stops at the office of PWA owner Bryan Conroy and enters.  Conroy is seated at a desk, with ORA president Helen Summers and Lt. Commissioner F. Anthony Annetta surrounding him.  Calysto glares at both and approaches the desk.

Calysto:  You wanted to see me, Bryan?

Conroy:  As a matter of fact, I did.  You know Jay, you've been causing a lot of problems around here lately.  And all of them are due to this perceived bias I have against you.  Well, I've decided that I should give you something for all your hard work.  I heard you say last week that you felt that you should have been added to the ORA Championship match this Sunday Live From Rockefeller Center.  I agree with you.  Of course, I can't just give you the spot.  But I WILL give you the opportunity to earn it tonight.

Calysto:  Fine by me.  What's the match?

Conroy:  It will be Jason Calysto vs. Romeo... and F. Anthony Annetta... and a partner of my choosing... in a 3-on-1 handicapped match.  Win the match, and you're in the title match on Sunday.  Lose, and you're not.  It's as simple as that.

Calysto:  Are you kidding...

Conroy:  (cutting him off) That is all.

Conroy looks away, looking down at papers on his desk and ignores Calysto.  The Iceman shakes his head in disgust and walks away, knowing he has a tall order ahead of him tonight.

A video airs on the Jumbotron, with a graphic reading "earlier today."  The shot takes us to the Atlantic City Boardwalk, where Greg Tantalus is standing, looking out at the ocean.  Moments later, he is approached by Jackie Baccaro, who is alone.  Baccaro walks over and stands next to him, without confrontation.  Both men continue to look forward as Tantalus begins to speak.

Tantalus:  Well, I'm here.  Now what do you want?

Baccaro:  Listen.  I just wanted to talk to you, man to man, without Vulture, because nothing would get accomplished if he were here.  I know the heat between you two.  And I'm not minimizing it.  But I want you to know where I'm coming from.  First off, what happened with your sister wasn't personal.  I want you to know that.  It was just business.  And personally, I don't have anything against you.  But I am coming for your title shot, hard and fast.  I should have had you at the SOD, but I'm gonna get my due now.  This company is mine for the taking, and on Sunday, you're gonna find that out firsthand.

Tantalus:  That's all well and good.  But this IS personal, Jackie.  You represent Vulture, and since he can't get in the ring, I'm taking all my frustrations out on you.

Baccaro:  Very well.  I thought you might say that.

Suddenly, Tantalus is clubbed down from behind by Vulture!  Vulture and Baccaro do a number on Tantalus on the Boardwalk, leaving him down and battered.

Baccaro:  (snickering) It's just business, Greg.  Just business.

Vulture:  You're a real sucker, you know that Tantalus?  Let's go Giacomo, time for a night on the town.  Let's light up AC bro.

Vulture and Baccaro walk off, leaving Tantalus writhing on the Boardwalk as we take a commercial break.

-- COMMERCIAL BREAK --

At ringside, "Thick Skin" by Joydrop hits and Liz Rush makes her way down to the ring to a sizeable ovation.  Liz settles herself in the ring and, moments later, "B R Right" by Trina and Ludacris hits and the fans begin cheering loudly as Dee Licious makes her way to the ring.  Dee enters the ring and has some words with Liz, an opponent of hers this coming Sunday, who will be her partner this evening.

Troy:  There appears to be some tension here between Liz and Dee.

Ferrara:  Well that's just natural, Troy.  Both of these ladies want to be the Women's Champion, and the fact that they are teaming tonight against the champ in a handicapped match doesn't change the fact that they view each other as obstacles to that title.

Moments later, "The Stone Monkey" by Kazu Matsui hits the speakers and the undefeated Women's Champion Keiko Ishida makes her way to the ring, alongside her agent Walter Gindin.

Troy:  Would you believe that Keiko requested this match?

Ferrara:  I would, because this woman has no fear, and is bent on solidifying her legacy as the greatest women's champion of all time.  She is playing head games with her two challengers, which she feels gives her the best chance of extending this seven-month title reign even longer.

* NON-TITLE HANDICAPPED MATCH:  WOMEN'S CHAMPION KEIKO ISHIDA VS. LIZ RUSH & DEE LICIOUS *

Referee:  Dan Martin

Keiko wastes no time heading into the ring, immediately knocking Dee out of the ring and pounding away on Liz Rush, prompting the bell to sound.  Keiko begins pummeling her viciously as Dee regroups on the outside.  Dee finally gets her bearings and takes her place on the apron, cheering Liz on.

Troy:  This handicapped match is under tag team rules.  It is essentially a tag team match, only Keiko has no partner to tag.

Ferrara:  By making this match, Keiko has really succeeded in trying to drive a wedge between her two challengers.  She is trying to prevent the option of them working together to destroy her on Sunday, and thus far, it appears to have worked.

Dee continues to cheer, but Keiko is dominating Liz in the ring.  The champion tosses Liz about the ring in a vicious manner, feigning to allow her to tag Dee into the match, but then yanking her away at the last moment.  However, after several minutes of this, Liz nails Keiko with a furious enziguri and begins crawling to the corner.

Troy:  This is the chance right here!

Keiko gets up and lunges at Liz, but it is too late as Dee has been tagged in!  The fans cheer loudly as Dee and Keiko go at it, with Dee pounding away on Ishida, pounding her into the corner!  Dee whips Keiko into the opposite corner and follows it up with a huge splash!  Keiko stumbles forward and Dee look for the Tease, but Liz tags herself back into the match right before Dee can apply it!  Liz climbs to the top rope and Dee is momentarily startled, allowing Keiko to toss her out of the ring!  Then Liz jumps off the top and Keiko picks her out of midair with a furious STO, destroying her!  Keiko covers... one, two, three.

Troy:  Unbelievable!

Ferrara:  You see Troy?  Liz's selfishness cost them.  They couldn't work together, just like Keiko had anticipated.

* WINNER VIA PINFALL:  KEIKO ISHIDA *

The fans boo loudly as "The Stone Monkey" plays and Keiko exits victorious.  Meanwhile, in the ring, Liz gets to her feet as Dee re-enters.  When Dee gets back into the ring, she yells at Liz, who then shoves her.  From there, the two ladies begin brawling and need to be separated by officials as we take a break.

-- COMMERCIAL BREAK --

"Control" hits for the second time this evening, and the boos pour back in for the return of The Legacy. An uneasy Justin Schenck leads his squad down to the ring, and all carry looks of displeasure as they walk.
Griffin, Brett, Beovich and Price enter the squared circle as Giles takes his place next to Schenck at ringside. They wait in the ring until "Superstar II" replays and the team of Mike Troha, Briggs, Scott Hosemann and Jaguar stampede to the ring, followed closely by John Wolfe and Paul Epton.

Ferrara: I dunno who Matt Hansen pissed off to get this assignment, but he might as well leave right now.

Troy: With the fever pitch between these guys, I can't see any one referee keeping control.

All four men run into the ring and a brawl immediately breaks out! Brett tries to battle with Brett as Hosemann and Griffin trade fists. Jaguar clotheslines Beovich out of the ring and follows him to the floor, and the ring clears to find Troha and Price starting at the bell.

* SUPERSTAR SCOTT HOSEMANN, JAGUAR, BRIGGS & THE MIRACLE MIKE TROHA VS. PWA CHAMPION HOLLYWOOD MIKE GRIFFIN, TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS ALPHA OMEGA & JONATHAN BRETT *

Referee:  Matt Hansen

Troha has the upper hand when Price evens it up with a rake to the eyes. A knee to the midsection follows and a quick tag to Brett, who enters and drops Troha with a clothesline. Brett rips into his former best friend with a series of stomps and a blatant chokehold that Jaguar slides back into the ring to break up.

Before Brett can lose his cool, Griffin tags him in the back and hops into the ring. He gives two hard chops to Troha's chest before starting an Irish whip, but Troha reverses it and floors him with a reverse elbow to the chin. Not wasting any time, Troha extends his arm to Hosemann, who is hungry for a shot at the champ.

Troy: It’s Hosemann and Griffin now!

Ferrara: Mike doesn't look like he wants to hang around for that.

Griffin gets up to backpedal, but Hosemann grabs him and levels him with a big right hand! Griffin gets back up and wobbles to his feet as Hosemann tries to go after him, but Beovich reaches in and grabs his leg. Hosemann struggles to get loose, allowing Griffin enough time to grab him from behind and score with a release German suplex! Griffin covers for a count of two and tags out to get Beovich in.

The Omega gets Hosemann up and Irish whips him. Hosemann hits the cables and Beovich tries a leapfrog, but The Superstar stops short and drops him in an inverted atomic drop before blasting him with a clothesline!

Beovich goes down hard and Hosemann tags Jaguar, who quickly mounts the top turnbuckle and connects with The Suga Splash! Jaguar covers for one...two...but Brett returns the favor and breaks up the pin with an elbow to the head! Jaguar gets up to go after him, and this brings all six men back into the ring.

Troy: It’s breaking down once again in there!

Jaguar and Brett begin to rumble as Hosemann pounds away on Griffin. Beovich knocks Troha to the floor, where Giles gets in the mix with Epton and Wolfe. Greg Price manages to knock Hosemann down from behind, but turns around to find a boot to the gut and a major Sit-out Powerbomb, courtesy of Briggs! Briggs holds it into a cover and Hansen has no idea who is legal anymore, so he counts to three!

* WINNERS VIA PINFALL:  SUPERSTAR SCOTT HOSEMANN, JAGUAR, BRIGGS & THE MIRACLE MIKE TROHA *

"Trust" by Sevendust begins to play as the arena erupts with cheers and Briggs' team is announced as the winners. Justin Schenck regroups his team and they retreat up the ramp, again defeated by the Canadian superstar.

Ferrara: After that powerbomb, who can get up?

Troy: I have no idea, but The Legacy is not doing well on momentum heading into Rockefeller Center. We'll be right back!
