ROCKEFELLER CENTER

NEW YORK, NEW YORK

SEGMENT 1:  INTRODUCTION:

A video package airs, highlighting the conclusion of last week’s episode of Frequency, with Scythe pinning Mike Griffin in a six-man tag team match, only for Griffin to become furious after the pinfall, locking Scythe in the Culmination and refusing to let go as the broadcast came to a close.

The opening credits then roll as Linkin Park’s “By_Myslf” hits the speakers and we are taken to the unique set-up at Rockefeller Center, fireworks blaring up from the top of the stage and from behind the fountain with the Prometheus statue directly across from it.  The fans in attendance cheer wildly as this unconventional episode of Frequency goes on the air.  The area between West 49th and West 50th Street, between Rockefeller Plaza and Fifth Avenue, has been completely uprooted into a PWA arena.  Working in unison with both the Rock Center Café and the Sea Grill – the restaurants located beneath Rockefeller Center – the PWA has been able to transform the legendary Christmastime landmark into a PWA summer stadium.  The two restaurants, which can be reached by aboveground elevators and combine to make the perimeter around Rockefeller Center, extend into the Center during the non-winter months, offering outside seating when the skating rink is not up.  Tonight, the PWA has cleared out all of the outside seating, closed both restaurants, and turned the former skating rink into the ringside area.  A number of seats were opened up for fans on the ground level, with the ring set up all the way to the right, closest to Rockefeller Plaza.  The Prometheus statue and the ensuing fountain, which is on the Rockefeller Plaza side of the ring with no seats in between them, is blasting full force, creating a very scenic backdrop.  The other three sides of the ring are surrounded by rows of folding chairs and fans, with commentators Victor Troy and Paul Ferrara seated with their broadcast table on the West 50th Street side.  Three Jumbotrons are set up; one giant one atop the Frequency set, and two on the walls of The Concourse, adjacent to both sides of the Prometheus statue and fountain.  The Sea Grill elevator on West 49th is being used as the employees entrance for the evening, with both that restaurant and the Rock Center Café underground, closed to the public, being used as locker rooms and backstage areas.  Performers then take the Rock Center Café elevator from underground up to West 50th Street and follow the tunnel that has been constructed by the PWA crew, extending down the street and past the store walls of Brookstone until reaching the steps that would normally lead into the skating rink at winter time.  This time, the entrance is blocked off by the monstrous Frequency stage, which the performers will exit and head down the steps to our makeshift ringside area.  Seating has been set up on Fifth Avenue in front of the tunnel constructed, along with on the other three sides of the set-up, on the street level above ground, and some special seating on the sidewalks themselves.  There appears to be a good 4,500 people in attendance, a packed house for this very special edition of PWA Frequency.  As the fans continue to cheer, we are sent to our commentators, Victor Troy and Paul Ferrara.

Troy:  Good evening, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to the one hundredth episode of PWA Frequency!  I’m Victor Troy, along here with Paul Ferrara, and tonight is the night we’ve all been waiting for!  One hundred weeks in the making, Frequency is brought to you tonight live from historic Rockefeller Center in midtown Manhattan, and we are amped for this show tonight, seven huge matches coming your way!

Ferrara:  That’s right,
Troy!  Tonight, we’re going to see two championships on the line, with Scythe defending the PWA Championship against The Machine, and Paul Dawkins & Jackie Baccaro putting the Tag Team titles on the line against the upstart Naturals.  Also, we’ll see four third-round matches in the Golden Ring tournament, and in addition, two NYCW superstars will battle it out in the finals of an ongoing double-elimination tournament where the grand-prize is a PWA contract.

Troy:  That’s right, it’s going to be Darrin Giles, who beat you, Paul, two weeks ago on Frequency, up against Damien Fields, who lost to Kris Anthony three weeks ago.  Currently, Giles is unbeaten in the tournament, while Fields has one loss.  If Giles wins tonight, he joins the PWA roster immediately.  If Fields wins, the two will rematch next week on Frequency at
Madison Square Garden with everything on the line.

Ferrara:  Speaking of everything on the line, there have been tremendous developments in the Golden Ring tournament over the past week, and now we have just four third-round matches remaining before the field of eight is set for Meltdown this Saturday in Montreal.  You can check the brackets out HERE, and as you can see, it’s been a wild week.

Troy:  Most notably, Jackie Baccaro defeated Mike Griffin in a stunning upset last night in Philadelphia, thanks in large part to interference from the PWA Champion Scythe.  But the bottom line is that Griffin is now out of the tournament.

Ferrara:  And I’m sure Griffin is not at all happy about that.  But, on the topic of the PWA Champion, last night in Philadelphia, Scythe defended the title against Jaguar, and the two men ended up battling to a 60-minute time-limit draw.  With both of them having matches tonight, including Scythe’s much-anticipated title defense later against The Machine, what effect will this have?

Troy:  Well Paul, I don’t know how anyone can wrestle sixty minutes and not feel some kind of…

Suddenly, “F*ckin in the Bushes” by Oasis blasts onto the speakers, prompting the New York crowd to explode in raucous, disbelieving cheers!

Troy:  What the hell?!

Then, the volume of the cheers increases tenfold as from the stage emerges the man, the myth, the legend, the one and only Iceman, Jason Calysto!

Troy:  It is!  It is him!  My God, Jason Calysto is here!

Ferrara:  This is unbelievable!  I thought he was retired!

Troy:  He is retired!  Machine retired him at Revival in December!  But what the hell is he doing here tonight?!

As deafening “Iceman” chants fill Rockefeller Center, Calysto grabs a microphone and heads into the ring, a smile on his face.

Calysto:  Alright, I know I’m retired, but do you really think I could miss the one hundredth episode of Frequency?  C’mon!  Frequency is back here in my backyard, New York City, celebrating its episode number 100, and I’m here to share in the festivities.  After all, one year ago, the last time we were at Rockefeller Center, I beat Jaguar to win the PWA title for a second time.  I’m sure you all remember that.  Also, I want to remind all of you that voting for the first inductions to the Hall of Fame are going on now, and your votes would be appreciated.  I figured I’d come out here and remind you all of exactly who I am.  But as for tonight, I’m going to spend the night hanging out with Victor Troy and Paul Ferrara at the commentary table.  Believe me, commentary is nothing I can’t handle.  So, it was good talking to you people again, enjoy the show.

With that, “F*ckin in the Bushes” hits again and Calysto leaves the ring, heading for the commentary table.

Troy:  Alright, it looks like Jason Calysto will be joining us for the night!

Ferrara:  This should be interesting.

Calysto:  It certainly should.  Let me tell you, it’s been six months since the last time I’ve appeared on this show, and being back here, it feels like I never left.

Ferrara:  So Calysto, what’s the deal?  I thought you were retired.

Calysto:  I am retired, Paul.  Just because I’m retired doesn’t mean I can’t come out here and do some commentary.  This is a one-time thing.  This is the one hundredth episode, this is a big deal, and I want to be a part of it.  I’ve been bored the last six months, and now I’ve come back for a night of excitement.

Troy:  Well you sure picked a great night for it, because we…

SEGMENT 2:  RINGSIDE:

With the crowd still buzzing from Jason Calysto's shocking return, boos flood the air as Troy is cut off and TOOL's "Parabola" begins. Hollywood Mike Griffin appears on the stage and scoffs at the crowd before making a pyro-less power walk down to the ring. Griffin climbs into the ring and the crowd gets on Griffin early. The Jumbotron shows a sign in the front row with a boot on it, symbolic of Griffin's departure in the Golden Ring tournament.

Griffin: So it seems you all heard huh? Well go ahead, laugh it up, because I got knocked out of the Golden Ring tournament thanks to Scythe! Thanks to that piece of crap, Jackie Baccaro beat me last night in Philly and now he is going onto Montreal to compete for the Golden Ring, not the odds-on favorite, Hollywood Mike Griffin.  I was screwed last night and I'm not going to stand for it. I understand that this is the 100th episode of Frequency and it is a special night, but this show isn't going on another minute until my situation is dealt with. I'm gonna grab a chair and sit right here in the middle of this ring until I get put back in that tournament and claim what is rightfully mine!

Troy: Oh man, is he serious?! This is the 100th episode of Frequency!

Ferrara: He sure looks serious to me.

Calysto: It's not surprising. This guy has always been a big crybaby and apparently his diaper is wet again tonight.

Griffin grabs a folding chair and the crowd becomes riotous in its jeering as he unfolds it and takes a seat.

Troy: These people paid to see a great show and look at this despicable display from Griffin!

Calysto: Maybe he needs to be burped or something. I know for a fact he isn't breast-feeding, that's for sure.

"Understanding in a Car Crash" by Thursday hits and the crowd finally cheers again as PWA Owner Bryan Conroy marches down the ramp and steps into the ring. Griffin remains seated as Conroy takes another mic from ringside.

Conroy: Get the hell up Griffin; these people came to see a show and that's what they're gonna see, so get off your ass dammit!

Griffin rises and stares right through Conroy as he kicks the chair away.

Conroy: Now listen to what I have to say. I was at the Liacouras Center last night, and what I saw at Temple University was Jackie Baccaro pin you 1,2,3 and win that match. (Crowd cheers) However, you were right. Scythe's interference might have cost you that match, but the referee's decision was final and Jackie Baccaro has moved on to the Elite 8, not you.

Griffin: That isn't fair and you know it Bryan!

Conroy: Well sometimes life isn't fair Mike! Now shut the hell up and let me finish! (Long pause as crowd cheers) There was no need for you to come out here and bitch and moan the way you did, because I've taken your match last night into consideration and I have named you the challenger in the PWA Championship match this Saturday at Meltdown. However, that is all contingent on tonight's main event. If Scythe retains the gold, you will simply go one-on-one with him at Meltdown for the title. But if The Machine wins the title this evening, his spot in the Golden Ring tournament would be vacated and the winner of the Scott Hosemann/Anthony Failla match will recieve a bye in the Elite 8 round and go directly to the semifinals. As for the title match at Meltdown, The Machine would then defend the title against you and Scythe in a triple threat matchup. Now we've seen enough from you today and its time to get on with this broadcast.

Griffin hops out of the ring and backpedals up the ramp happily as the camera turns back to Conroy.

Conroy: While I'm out here, I just want to send out a quick thank you to all the fans and supporters here tonight and out there at their TV sets for helping us get to episode number 100. Thank you for all your support and enjoy the show.

"Understanding in a Car Crash" replays and Conroy steps out of the ring with the crowd cheering raucously as we head to a commercial break.

-- COMMERCIAL BREAK #1 --

SEGMENT 3:  MATCH 1:  PWA TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP:  PAUL DAWKINS & JACKIE BACCARO © VS. THE NATURALS:
Referee:  Tom Stevens

Back from commercial, Tom Petty’s “All or Nothin” blasts onto the speakers and the upstart duo of Greg Price and Kris Anthony – The Naturals – makes its way to the ring, an air of confidence protruding from their faces as they prepare to challenge for the gold.  As Price and Anthony prepare themselves in the ring, “Black” by Sevendust blares onto the speakers and the fans cheer loudly for the reigning Tag Team Champions Paul Dawkins and Jackie Baccaro as they make their way to the ring with a purpose.  The champions climb into the ring and hand their belts over to the official as the bell sounds, getting this championship contest underway.

Troy:  Alright, Tag Team titles on the line!

Calysto:  This should be a good one.  All four of these guys are outstanding performers.

Ferrara:  True, but the Naturals are gonna take this one.  I can feel it.

Dawkins and Price start the match off, locked up in the center of the ring.  Dawkins takes the advantage, taking Price down with a big hiptoss that gets the crowd going.  Price gets back up and slaps Dawkins in the face, but Dawkins responds with an even bigger slap to Price’s face that floors the Natural!  Price cowers back to his corner, tagging in Kris Anthony, who rushes into the ring, taking Dawkins down with a big dropkick.  With Dawkins down, Anthony begins stomping him furiously, lifting him up and tossing him into the Naturals corner.  In the corner, Anthony tags Price back in, and a double-team ensues.  Jackie Baccaro comes into the ring, looking to break up the double-team, but referee Tom Stevens stops him.  With Stevens occupied, the Naturals double-team only gets greater, and Dawkins crumbles to the mat in a heap.

Troy:  C’mon ref!

Calysto:  Tom Stevens needs to keep his attention on this match and not on Baccaro.

Ferrara:  I think he’s doing a great job of officiating.

Price keeps Dawkins isolated in a corner, stomping him into oblivion.  Dawkins then stumbles out, but Price downs him with a huge dropkick.  With Dawkins down on the mat, Price locks him in a Boston Crab, his finishing maneuver!

Troy:  This could be it right here!

Price cinches in the move, but Jackie Baccaro comes into the ring and kicks Price in the head, breaking up the move!  However, Stevens then ushers Baccaro back to the corner, giving Price and Anthony another opportunity to utilize the double-team.  Without even making a tag, Price and Anthony switch off, with Price slapping his own hands together as he exits the ring to simulate the sound of a tag.  Anthony locks Dawkins in a headlock, but Dawkins powers to his feet.  Dawkins peppers Anthony with repeated elbows to the gut, but Anthony follows through with a drop toehold to take Dawkins down and quiet his momentum.  With Dawkins down, Anthony goes up to the top rope, poised to nail Dawkins with a flying tornado DDT.  However, when Anthony jumps off Dawkins jumps up and nails the flying Anthony with a big forearm!  With Anthony down, Dawkins begins crawling to the corner.

Troy:  Here we go, this is Dawkins’ chance!

Ferrara:  The Naturals need to prevent that!

Calysto:  They sure do.  If Baccaro gets into this match, it’s gonna be over!

Anthony gets to the corner and makes the tag into Price.  Price comes into the ring and lunges at Dawkins, but before he can reach him Dawkins makes the hot tag into Jackie Baccaro, sending the fans into a frenzy!  Baccaro comes in and takes down Price viciously, and then goes to Anthony and clotheslines him out of the ring!  Baccaro then takes Price and hits him with a huge overhead belly-to-belly suplex!  Then, as Price struggles to his feet, Baccaro stalks him, waiting to deliver his running forearm!

Troy:  This could be it!

Price gets up to his feet, but Anthony charges back into the ring, bulls Baccaro into referee Tom Stevens, knocking him down.  Baccaro tumbles out of the ring, and with the referee down, Anthony brings two chairs into the ring, and hands one to Price.  Then, Dawkins gets to his feet, and the Naturals destroy him with a brutal con-chair-to!  The chairs are tossed out of the ring and Price covers Dawkins as Stevens stirs… one, two, Baccaro rolls into the ring, three!  New champions!

Troy:  No!  I don’t believe this!

Calysto:  Troy, Paul Dawkins wasn’t the legal man!  Greg Price just pinned Dawkins, but Jackie Baccaro was the legal man!

Ferrara:  Quit whining Calysto, we have new champions and I, for one, congratulate them!

The fans boo raucously as “All or Nothin” hits and the new Tag Team Champions escape like thieves in the nights, leaving behind an unconscious Dawkins and an irate Baccaro as we cut to commercial.
WINNERS VIA PINFALL AT 14:58 AND NEW TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS:  THE NATURALS

-- COMMERCIAL BREAK #2 --

SEGMENT 4:  BACKSTAGE:

Back from commercial, Traci Reed attempts to get a word with The Naturals, the new Tag Team Champions, who are popping champagne and celebrating raucously.

Traci:  Greg Price, Kris Anthony, you two have just stolen the titles from Paul Dawkins and Jackie Baccaro.  You used steel chairs and pinned the illegal man.  How can you feel good about this?

Price:  Traci, you’re obviously nothing more than a blonde-haired bimbo who knows nothing about anything.  However we got the job done, we got it done, and we are now the greatest tag team in the world, just like we said we were.

Anthony:  We told everyone that we would be the champions, and now we are.  When we make a promise to people, we follow through.  And now Traci, these titles will be ours forever.

Price:  …Naturally.

SEGMENT 5:  MATCH 2:  GOLDEN RING TOURNAMENT:  THIRD ROUND:  SUPERSTAR SCOTT HOSEMANN VS. ANTHONY FAILLA:
Referee:  Dan Martin

"Superstar II" by Saliva hits and the crowd erupts into a storm of boos as Justin Schenck bursts through the curtain, quickly followed by his client, Superstar Scott Hosemann.  As usual, it's impossible to tell what's on Hosemann's mind aside from his desire to cause as much damage as possible to his opponent.   He arrives in the ring, and shortly thereafter, Anthony Failla appears on the ramp, with a glimmer of both gold and blood in his eyes.  Even Hosemann will have his hands full tonight, although he fears it not.

Troy:  Not quite sure what to make of this one.

Ferrara:  I do.

Calysto:  Actually, I've been watching the shows, and I wouldn't be surprised if Mike Grieco has a hand in the outcome of this match.

The bell rings, and Failla makes nary a move, as Hosemann demands of him the first attack.  Failla simply shakes his head, and grins, well aware of Hosemann's usual strategy.  Hosemann turns to Schenck, and Schenck shrugs in confusion, as Failla observes his opportunity to come in and belt Hosemann with a well-placed jab.   Hosemann reels back, and immediately explodes into his custom fury of stomps.  It takes an extended period of time, but eventually even the mighty Failla must yield to the intensity of the assault.

Failla arrives in the corner, and Hosemann proceeds to stomp Failla to the ground, but halfway there, Failla explodes out of the flurry with a devastating clothesline.  Failla raises his arm to the crowd, and they cheer as he drops a tremendous elbow.   However, Hosemann somehow moves out of the way, hits the ropes, and drops a hard knee into Failla's face.  The crowd cringes with the impact, and Hosemann for once uses the crowd's reaction to his advantage, as he decides to hit an additional knee drop to Failla's face.   Hosemann then covers.

Troy:  I could not have called this one.

Calysto:  I could have.  Hosemann is definitely a dangerous man.

The referee counts one, barely a two and Failla kicks out.  Hosemann then decides to capitalize immediately by sitting on the top turnbuckle, and taking to the air with a huge elbow drop.  However, Failla raises a boot, and catches Hosemann in the jaw on the way down.   Hosemann reels against the ropes, and Failla gets to his feet as soon as he can, to catch Hosemann in position for the Almighty Sacrifice!  The crowd quickly rises to its feet, in disbelief at the sudden possibility of victory.  However, Hosemann quickly struggles!

Hosemann struggles raucously, and as a result, Failla simply stops short, and leaps backward, accidentally taking out the referee in the process.  Hosemann meanwhile, pushes off of Failla, landing on his feet, and in the confusion, Mike Grieco slides into the ring and blasts Failla with the International title belt!   The referee comes to with surprising speed, witnesses the situation, and calls for the bell, disqualifying Hosemann!  Hosemann flies into a rage and attacks Grieco, and as Failla lies unconscious, oblivious to his advancement, officials flood the ring to break up the ensuing brawl between Grieco and Hosemann as we cut to commercial.
WINNER VIA DISQUALIFICATION AT 7:21:  ANTHONY FAILLA

-- COMMERCIAL BREAK #3 --

SEGMENT 6:  MATCH 3:  NYCW DOUBLE-ELIMINATION TOURNAMENT FINALS:  DARRIN GILES VS. DAMIEN FIELDS:
Referee:  Billy Vargas

"Eternal" by Evanescence airs over the Rockefeller Center sound system as NYCW ace performer Darrin Giles makes his way to the ring with a tremendous smirk on his face.  He is evidently still proud of his victory over commentator Paul Ferrara, and the fans have evidently still not forgiven him for it.   But as he reaches the ring, Spiritfall's "Missing Passion" hits, and another of NYCW's uppermost echelon, the promising Damien Fields eagerly storms down the ramp to a supportive applause, and he takes this with him into the ring.

Troy:  And here are the finalists of the NYCW tournament that has been discussed over the past few weeks!  One of these men will earn a PWA contract tonight!

Ferrara:  Not true!  Giles has no losses whatsoever and this is a double elimination tournament!  Even if Fields beats Giles tonight, he will have to face him again next week if he wants the PWA contract.

Calysto:  Both of these men are extremely talented, it’s gonna be very hard to pick a winner here.

The bell rings and it is clear that both men want it and want it bad.  Giles can already smell the contract with just one pinfall standing between himself and his prize.  The two lock up hard, but Giles immediately thrusts a hard knee into Fields's gut, and tosses him shoulder first towards the corner post!   Giles guides him towards the post, but at the last moment, Fields ducks out of the way, and drop toe holds Giles, sending him face first into the middle turnbuckle!  Fans flip out as Giles bounces away, clutching at his face.

Fields wastes no time, and immediately he leaps into sitting position on the top rope, and takes to the air with a flying leg drop!  However, Giles moves away at the last possible moment!  Fields bounces up off of the mat, and Giles blasts him in the middle of the ring with a spinning neckbreaker!   The crowd gasps as Giles quickly covers for the one, two, almost a three and Fields manages to kick out!  Giles shakes his head in frustration and protest, and immediately he springs to the top rope for his trademark big top rope splash!

Ferrara:  Goodnight!  We all knew who the better man was anyway.

Troy:  I don't think anyone in this arena agrees with that, Paul.

Calysto:  Here we go!

Giles soars through the air, but at the last possible moment, Fields moves out of the way!  Giles bounces off the mat this time, and Fields attempts to catch him with a swift DDT, but Giles somehow manages to block it!  Fields tries again, but to no avail!   Giles shoves Fields away towards the ropes, but Fields reverses it, whipping Giles towards the ropes instead!  Giles bounces off the ropes, and then Fields catches him with a tight inside cradle!  The referee counts one, two, yes three!  A raucous ovation explodes as Fields manages to stay alive until next week!
WINNER VIA PINFALL AT 6:48:  DAMIEN FIELDS

 SEGMENT 7:  BACKSTAGE:
The shot cuts to a backstage area, where Scott Cornelius is standing by with the intense Machine.

Cornelius: Machine, tonight you will compete against Scythe in your first crack at the title since being defeated by Scythe at the Symphony of Destruction. With the match just moments from now, what are you thinking?

Machine: That I should rip your head from your shoulders for even mentioning that fluke. But onto tonight, The Machine is feeling better than he has in a very long time. Scythe has had a nice little run, but it all ends tonight. Don't think I don't know about the match Scythe had last night. After going one hour against Jaguar last night, does he really think he has a shot to beat The Machine? Of course not. Normally, I would say the massacre of Scythe would begin tonight, but that isn't the case. That massacre began just a few weeks ago right here in New York and tonight, Scythe, the massacre and your title reign comes to an end.

The Machine storms away from the shot, calming Cornelius as he makes his exit.

-- COMMERCIAL BREAK #4 --

SEGMENT 8:  MATCH 4:  GOLDEN RING TOURNAMENT:  THIRD ROUND:  SOLOMON VS. RUDY MONTENORA:
Referee:  Matt Hansen
A hush falls over the crowd as Darkseed's "Hear Me" sounds throughout the arena. The monstrous Solomon marches out onto the ramp with Walter Gindin following closely behind. Gindin is looking confident in his client, as he should be. Once Solomon enters the ring and Gindin takes his spot on the outside, Rudy Montenora arrives to Eminem's "Lose Yourself." This prompts the crowd to rally behind the New York native; everyone knows that anyone who faces Solomon needs all the support they can get.

Ferrara: And Solomon's undefeated streak continues!

Troy: Paul, the match hasn't even started yet!

Calysto: I'd hate to look past Rudy, but I don't think he's got what it takes to beat this guy. If I were still wrestling, Solomon's undefeated streak would've ended a long time ago.

Montenora rolls into the ring and Solomon doesn't even give him the chance to stand up. Solomon stomps on Montenora's back as the bell rings to start the match. Gindin shouts out orders from the outside. Solomon picks up Montenora and hurls him into the ropes, swinging a huge arm as Montenora returns, but it is ducked! Montenora bounces against the opposite ropes and leaps into the air, throwing his body as Solomon, but the monster stands firm and Montenora only bounces off. Montenora stares at Solomon, who beckons him to try another attack. Montenora is quick to comply and swings several punches which barely face the Alaskan giant. He bounces off the ropes, but that only invites Solomon to down him with a clothesline. Montenora hits the mat hard and Solomon is looking to wrap things up.

Calysto: It looks like Rudy's going for a ride.

Ferrara: Still think Solomon is going to lose his streak?

Troy: Well...

Gindin is ordering Solomon to deliver his devastating finisher, and Solomon complies. He reaches down to pick up Montenora, who gets into position to throw an uppercut into Solomon's jaw! The monster is momentarily stunned, but it gives Montenora enough time to boot him in the stomach. Solomon doubles over and Montenora tucks the big man's head under his arm, then falls back and drives him head-first into the mat for a crushing DDT! The crowd comes alive and Montenora waits in a corner! Gindin is slaps the mat and screeches warnings at Solomon!

Troy: Rudy's got a chance here! He could take this match with a Superkick!

Calysto: That move can really take a lot of you. Getting hit by Rudy's Superkick usually means the end.

Ferrara: But come on. This is Solomon we're talking about.

Solomon stumbles to his feet and Gindin is flipping out. The moment Solomon turns around, Montenora gets into stance and thrusts his boot into Solomon's face! Solomon falls to the floor and the crowd cheers! Montenora covers Solomon for the one...NO! Solomon hurls Montenora off!

Calysto: I did say, "usually."

Montenora is in utter shock as both he and Solomon rise to their feet. Montenora bounces against the ropes and charges Solomon with an outstretched arm, but Solomon kicks him in the gut and hoists him over his shoulders. Gindin commands Solomon to finish of Montenora, and Solomon obeys. Montenora is plowed into the mat with the powerful Deep Freeze. Solomon makes the cover for one, two, three.

Troy: Well, Rudy gave it his best shot, but Solomon advances into the next round.

Ferrara: You've got to wonder who's going to be able to beat Solomon. But as it stands, he is still undefeated.

Calysto:  And you know who’s up next for him.  It’s Solomon vs. GI Jew in the quarterfinals.

Ferrara:  That should be an epic.

Troy:  Always is with those two.

Solomon raises his arms briefly and leaves the ring, heading to the back with Gindin as "Hear Me" plays once more for the disappointed fans in Rockefeller Center.
WINNER VIA PINFALL AT 8:19:  SOLOMON
