TUESDAY, JUNE 14, 2005 * SAN DIEGO SPORTS ARENA * SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA

When we return from commercial, we are sent to a shot of our commentators at ringside.

Troy:  Folks, I cannot believe what we have just seen here.  Vulture granted Lauren Tantalus her freedom, but not without giving her a "going away present," if that's what you want to call the sickening display we just saw out here.  He rips up her contract, and while she's saying her goodbyes, he has Jackie Baccaro come down to the ring and nail this poor girl with the Baccaro Bomb.  Her career was ended by a concussion, and this display here could end up causing her serious personal damage.  Let's show you what happened during the break.

On the Jumbotron, we then see a replay of what happened while we were on commercial break, with Greg Tantalus making it to his feet, refusing help, and helping his sister get loaded onto a stretcher and into an ambulance and out of the arena.  Greg had to stay behind to compete in the main event tonight, but Lauren was rushed off to the hospital, her neck stabilized.  We then return to live action.

Ferrara:  I really just don't know what to say.  Yeah, there's a vendetta there, but I think this was overboard.  I'm not sure if this was Vulture's idea, or if this was Baccaro's idea, but I don't know how you can justify doing this.  They could have killed the girl.

Troy:  It's just very alarming and very disturbing.

Ferrara:  It is.

Troy:  Well folks, let's try to lighten the mood a little now and tell you about a PWA alumnus who is taking Hollywood by storm.

Ferrara:  That's right, Troy.  No, we're not talking about the PWA Champion Hollywood Mike Griffin, we're talking about Rudy Montenora, who is starring in his first motion picture, Five Houses, which opens tonight.

Troy:  Be sure to check it out.  Here's a look at the trailer for Five Houses.

The trailer for the new movie Five Houses, starring former PWA superstar Rudy Montenora, airs on the Jumbotron.  For more information on the movie, which premieres tonight, go to www.fivehouses.com.  As the trailer concludes, we take another break.

-- COMMERCIAL BREAK --

Back from break, "Smash Sumthin" by Redman is blaring over the speakers, and Infernus is on his way to the ring, accompanied by Walter Gindin.  Infernus steps inside and awaits his opposition.  Moments later, "Simon Says" by Drain STH hits and the crowd gives a warm response to newcomer Victor Simon, who makes his way down.

* VICTOR SIMON VS. INFERNUS *

REFEREE: JOSE SOARES

Troy:  Alright folks, this will be our first look here on Frequency at Victor Simon, who made his debut in the Symphony of Destruction match on Saturday night.

Ferrara:  I've heard a lot of good things about him, Troy, and even mixed it up a bit with him on Saturday, so I'm excited to see him go here tonight.

Simon steps into the ring and the bell sounds.  Infernus lunges at Simon, but the newcomer sidesteps him and drop toeholds him to the mat.  Simon then locks in a front facelock and cinches in tightly.  Infernus fights in it, getting back to a vertical base and then turning it into a northern lights suplex.  One, two, and Simon gets a shoulder up.  Infernus tries to nail Simon with a clothesline as he rises, but Simon counters into an armdrag.  Infernus gets up and Simon nails him with a big dropkick that sends Infernus rolling out of the ring!

Troy:  Impressive start for Victor Simon!

Infernus regroups on the outside and heads back in, going right after Simon.  Infernus nails Simon with several consecutive knife-edge chops, staggering him.  Infernus then bounces off the ropes and charges at Simon, but Simon catches him in a hard head-and-arm suplex!  The fans cheer, and Simon signals to the top rope!

Troy:  What could he be going for here?

Ferrara:  I have no idea!

Simon begins scaling the ropes, but as he does, the lights go out and "Hear Me" by Darkseed blasts onto the speakers.  A hush falls over the crowd as Solomon, in no mood for fun and games, stalks down to the ring.  Solomon steps into the ring, informs his associates Infernus and Gindin that it is time for them to leave, corners Simon, and attacks.  Solomon lifts him up and effortlessly demolishes him with the Deep Freeze!  Solomon then kicks him out of the ring and grabs a microphone.

* WINNER:  NO CONTEST *

Solomon:  Briggs!  Saturday night was a fluke!  I bet you think you're a real big man around here now, huh?  Well get your ass out here right now, and I'll show you just how small you really are.

Moments later, "Trust" by Sevendust hits and the fans cheer loudly as Briggs makes his way to the ring, carrying a microphone.  Briggs and Solomon stand face to face.

Briggs:  You want a fight?  You got a fight!

Briggs then drops the mic and the two begin going at it hard!  The two biggest men in the PWA pound away on one another viciously, and a multitude of officials storm the ring to break them up as we go to commercial.

-- COMMERCIAL BREAK --

Back from break, "Phantom of the Opera Overture" hits and the fans boo loudly as Bishop Cross makes his way to the ring.  Cross grabs a microphone and enters the ring.

Cross:  I warned you all that a new movement was on the horizon, that I would lead an army of the damned against this company, and that the time was drawing near.  Last week, I invited the first two people to join that group.  I would now like to invite them out here tonight, so that they may answer my request.  So, Lost Souls, I request your presence immediately.

Moments later, "A Violent Reaction" by American Head Charge hits and the three-time PWA Tag Team Champions Speed Demon and Reaper, The Lost Souls, make their way to the ring.

Cross:  Alright, you know why you're here, so there's no need to drag this out.  I've invited you to join me.  Are you in, or are you out?

The look on Demon's face is one of hesitation, but Reaper looks like he couldn't be more sure of his decision.  Reaper quickly speaks.

Reaper:  We are absolutely in.  This opportunity is the kind of thing that could put us back on top where we belong.  We deserve to be there and, Bishop Cross, with your help, we will get back there.

Cross:  Excellent.  The movement has begun.  There will be others.  Soon, we will become...

Demon:  Wait.  Wait.  I think we spoke a little too soon.  You know, I've been thinking about this, and thinking about this, and I've decided that this just isn't a good idea.  Bishop Cross, you are not the kind of person we should be associating with, so I'm afraid we're going to have to decline your offer.

Cross:  Excuse me?

Demon:  You heard me.  We're leaving.  Right Reaper?

Reaper:  This is Dana's doing, isn't it?

Demon:  She's just allowed me to see things clearly for once.  C'mon Reaper, let's get out of here, this situation is no good.

Reaper:  Speak for yourself.

With that, Reaper clubs Demon to the mat viciously!  Cross then joins him in a full-scale beatdown of Speed Demon as the crowd boos relentlessly.  Reaper lifts Demon up and destroys him with the Passed Judgment piledriver!  Cross then has Reaper pick Demon up, and Bishop Cross nails Demon hard with the Crossfire!  Demon is left battered and bruises in the ring as the fans boo vociferously.

Ferrara:  So much for the Lost Souls!

Troy:  This is despicable!  Dammit, we'll be right back!

-- COMMERCIAL BREAK --

* PWA CHAMPION HOLLYWOOD MIKE GRIFFIN, SUPERSTAR SCOTT HOSEMANN & DARRIN GILES VS. JASON CALYSTO, GREG TANTALUS & MIKE TROHA *

REFEREE:  TOM STEVENS
At The Drive-In's "Arcarsenal" plays for the second time this evening, bringing a strong wave of cheers for The Miracle Mike Troha as he begins to make his entrance. He pauses atop the ramp as two streams of gold pyro trickle down to the stage, and he climbs into the ring to bounce off the ropes to get loose.

Troy: It has been ten long months, since Mike Troha has competed in a matchup on Frequency.

Ferrara: He's fully healed from his torn quad and ready for action, but he's got to be pissed that Jonathan Brett has been given the night off.

"F*ckin In The Bushes" plays next, and a mirrored reaction comes for The Iceman Jason Calysto as he makes his way to the ring, but the strongest pop comes as "Heaven's A Lie" plays again for the arrival of Greg Tantalus. All three look ready to go once Earshot's "Control" plays for the arrival of The Legacy. Schenck and The Naturals also walk out, but Tantalus, Troha and Calysto could care less as they hop out of the ring and begin brawling on the ramp!

Troy: The fight is on here!

Tom Stevens keeps Schenck and The Naturals at bay while Calysto nearly chops a hole in Griffin's chest. Tantalus pounds away on Hosemann and Troha takes the fight to Giles at the same time. Troha cannot wait to get into the ring and he takes Giles along with him as the bell rings.

Giles tries to regroup in a corner, but all he gets is Troha's repeated kicks and stomps, which garner a nicely-sized pop. Troha gets Giles up and whips him into the ropes before downing him with a big reverse elbow to the chest and tagging in The Iceman.

Calysto enters quickly and blasts Giles with a right hand before sending him to the ropes for a back body drop. Giles scouts it and scores with a kick to the chest before clotheslining Calysto down. He tags out to Griffin, and the crowd boos as he grabs Calysto in a waistlock. The crowd knows he is looking for his familiar German Suplexes, but Calysto quickly reverses and takes the champion down with a Russian leg sweep! Calysto covers for a short two count before making a tag to Tantalus.

Troy: This is what Greg wanted!

Ferrara: Everyone wants a piece of Mike Griffin nowadays!

Troy: Rightfully so.

Griffin begs off as Tantalus enters the ring, but all it gets him is a sharp fist to the face! Tantalus stomps Griffin into the mat and knocks Hosemann off the apron for good measure. He turns back to Griffin, but walks into a waistlock before being taken down with a belly-to-belly suplex!

Griffin shakes the cobwebs and lifts Tantalus up before grabbing him for his German Suplexes. Troha quickly distracts the official, allowing Tantalus to break the champion's grip with a mule kick below the belt!

Ferrara: That wasn't fair!

Griffin falls to the mat and Tantalus quickly scoops him up to get him in position for The Big O. Griffin blocks the front facelock once, but Tantalus knees him in the midsection before lifting him up and planting him with the Big O suplex/slam! He makes a cover, but Hosemann and Giles rush in to break it up. They are cut off by Calysto and Troha, and Stevens is left to try and break up the melee, taking his eyes off the cover as Jackie Baccaro and Vulture dart out from the back!

Troy: What do these two want out here now?!

Ferrara: No idea, but I don't think it’s good for Greg!

Baccaro slides into the ring and nails Tantalus from behind before lifting him up over his head and driving him down with A Baccaro Bomb! The crowd boos as Baccaro and Vulture escape, giving Griffin the chance to lean over and drape an arm across a motionless Greg Tantalus. Schenck yells for Stevens to turn around, and he does in order to count 1----2----3!

Troy: Dammit! Baccaro and Vulture have struck twice tonight!

Ferrara: They took out The Tantalus family in one evening!

Tantalus is down and out as the rest of The Legacy floods the ring to go after Calysto and Troha. They fight them off until Griffin sneaks up and traps Calysto in The Culmination! Calysto is taken down to the mat with nowhere to go as Griffin begins to choke him out. Troha is still holding his own until Jonathan Brett jumps out from the crowd, spins him around and drops him on his head with a Samoan Driver!

Troy: That's Jonathan Brett! I thought he wasn't here!

Ferrara: They got us all on that one.

A team of officials run down to break things up, but there is no success whatsoever as Griffin refuses to let go of Calysto and Brett teams with the rest of his comrades to dismantle Troha at their free will.

Troy: This is ridiculous! Somebody get out here and stop this!

Ferrara: Who can? The Legacy has too many numbers! They're dominant right now and I don't know who can stop them!

The show fades to black as officials frantically search for a way to stop the seven-man powerhouse known as The Legacy.

* WINNERS VIA PINFALL:  HOLLYWOOD MIKE GRIFFIN, SUPERSTAR SCOTT HOSEMANN & DARRIN GILES
