Back from commercial, the Women’s Champion Morgan Day is seen entering her
dressing room after agreeing to a championship defense against Keiko Ishida at
Salvation. As she approaches her locker, she notices something that wasn’t
there before. It is a note, taped to her locker. She grabs the note and begins
reading it, a smile forming on her face as she does so. As she finishes reading
the note, her face now sufficiently blushed, she hears a knock on her door. She
opens the door, and is greeted by a delivery man carrying a large bouquet of
roses.
Deliveryman: Here you go, ma’am.
Morgan: For me?
Deliveryman: Morgan Day?
Morgan: Yes.
Deliveryman: Then they’re for you. Sign here.
Morgan signs for the flowers and the deliveryman exits. Morgan smiles
widely and looks for a card, when she is interrupted by a voice.
Voice: Don’t bother, there’s no card.
Morgan looks up and sees Vulture standing outside her door.
Morgan: You really didn’t have to do all
this.
Vulture: I know I didn’t have to. I wanted to. Listen, there’s nothing worse on
Valentine’s Day than two single, mopey people feeling sorry for themselves. I
figured I’d spread a little cheer.
Morgan: Well don’t worry, I’m not feeling sorry for myself.
Vulture: Neither am I. But still, you know you like the flowers.
Morgan: I do.
Vulture: Well listen I just…
Morgan: I got your note as well.
Vulture: (smiling) Did you?
Morgan: Yes. Do you have a few minutes?
Vulture: Well actually, you know, the championship match is coming up real soon
and I’ve got to get back to Jackie and…
Morgan: Five minutes. Can I have five minutes?
Vulture: (checking his watch) Ok sure. Five minutes.
Vulture enters the dressing room with Morgan and the camera cuts to
commercial.
-- COMMERCIAL BREAK --
As we return from commercial, we see Jaguar, a look
of intensity on his face, walking through the backstage area, ready to head to
the ring for his championship match. The camera then shows Greg Tantalus walking
through the backstage area as well, a look of determination riding his face.
Then, we see an agitated PWA Champion Jackie Baccaro making his way towards the
entrance in the backstage area, alone. Moments later, Vulture runs up and takes
his place alongside him.
Baccaro: Where the hell were you man?
It’s go time.
Vulture: Don’t worry about it. All that matters is I’m here now, you’re ready,
and it’s time to kick some ass. You ready bro?
Baccaro: Oh I’m ready.
The two pound fists and continue their walk.
Hosemann: I can’t wait!

BREAK --
Back from break, “I’m On It” by the
Purple Ribbon All-Stars explodes onto the speakers and the fans erupt in
thunderous cheers for Jaguar!
Troy: Alright, we are just about ready to
get this triple threat PWA Championship match underway, and I cannot wait!
Hosemann: Neither can I,
Jaguar, met by the overwhelming approval of the
capacity
Troy: Alright, here we go!
Hosemann: Big time championship match, and it starts now!
* PWA WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP:
TRIPLE THREAT MATCH: JACKIE BACCARO © VS. JAGUAR VS. GREG TANTALUS *
Referee: Tom Stevens
Jaguar and Tantalus start the match by circling Baccaro, giving the
champion the very real impression that he is outnumbered here. Baccaro doesn’t
let this faze him, however, immediately charging at Jaguar and downing him with
a big clothesline. Tantalus then takes the opportunity to begin pounding on
Baccaro’s back, prompting him to get to his feet. Baccaro turns around and
Tantalus nails him with a hard shot to the mouth, staggering the champion!
Tantalus then whips Baccaro against the ropes and downs him with a big back
body drop as he rebounds! The fans cheer, but Jaguar gets up and immediately
takes Tantalus down with a hard clothesline! Tantalus gets up and he and Jaguar
immediately start pounding away on each other, nailing each other with hard
shots to the face! The fans cheer wildly at this, and Jaguar establishes an
advantage, whipping Tantalus against the ropes, and nailing him with a hard
sidewalk slam as he returns! Jaguar goes for a cover… one, two, and Baccaro
breaks up the pin!
Hosemann: It was close,
Baccaro and Jaguar begin slugging it out, with
Baccaro establishing an advantage. Baccaro shoves Jaguar into the corner and
begins unloading on him with furious knife-edge chops. Tantalus then gets to
his feet, whips Baccaro around, and begins peppering him with hard knife-edge
chops of his own! Jaguar then exits the corner, charges Baccaro, and downs him
with a hard bulldog! Jaguar goes for a cover, but Tantalus quickly breaks it
up. Jaguar tries to whip Tantalus into the ropes, but Tantalus reverses it and
sends Jaguar into the ropes instead. Then, as Jaguar returns, Tantalus
backdrops him over the top rope and to the floor! Baccaro then gets up and
charges Tantalus, and Tantalus also backdrops him over the top and out! Then,
with the fans cheering rabidly, Tantalus waits for Baccaro and Jaguar to both
get to their feet and launches himself over the top rope, crashing down onto
both of them with a tope, downing all three of them!
Hosemann: What carnage! They’re all out!
-- COMMERCIAL BREAK --
As we return
from break, Jackie Baccaro is in his corner convalescing, and Jaguar and
Tantalus are slugging it out in the middle of the ring. Jaguar gets the
advantage in the ring, backing Tantalus up with hard, stiff chops. Jaguar whips
Tantalus into the corner, and follows him in with a huge splash! Tantalus
stumbles forward, and Jaguar downs him with a hard belly-to-belly suplex!
Jaguar covers… one, two, and Baccaro makes the save!
Hosemann: Not at all,
Jaguar and Baccaro then begin going at it hard,
pounding away on each other furiously. Jaguar obtains the advantage, whipping
Baccaro into the corner hard, with Baccaro’s chest smashing hard against the
buckles! Baccaro staggers backwards, and Jaguar cradles him! One, two, and
Baccaro kicks out! Jaguar then begins stomping Baccaro hard, and Tantalus gets
to his feet, doing the same. Tantalus then shoves Jaguar off and peppers him
with stinging knife-edge chops to the chest, backing the four-time PWA Champion
off. Tantalus whips Jaguar against the ropes, and downs him with a huge high
knee to the face, knocking Jaguar down hard! Jaguar rolls out of the ring, and
Tantalus continues to pummel Baccaro in the ring. On the outside, however,
Vulture sees an opportunity to take advantage of a situation, and stalks
Jaguar. As Jaguar slowly gets to his feet, Vulture grabs him and whips him hard
into the steel barricade on the outside of the ring, downing Jaguar
ferociously! However, the referee sees this, and ejects Vulture from ringside,
which produces a thunderous cheer from the capacity crowd!
Hosemann: This is not going to be good for the champion!
Vulture protests, but there is nothing he can do.
Vulture returns to the backstage area, and Baccaro has to go it alone in the
ring. Jaguar struggles to get back to his feet on the outside, and Baccaro and
Tantalus continue to slug it out in the ring. Baccaro takes over the advantage
inside the ring, whipping Tantalus hard into the corner. Tantalus’ back smashes
hard into the buckles and he winces in pain as Baccaro charges at him and
blasts him with a vicious clothesline. Tantalus staggers forward, and Baccaro
takes him down with a huge overhead belly-to-belly suplex. Meanwhile, on the
outside of the ring, Jaguar starts to his feet. Inside, however, Baccaro
signals for the end. He grabs Tantalus and tries to nail him with the Baccaro Bomb,
but Tantalus slips out and turns it into a seamless G-Spot vertebreaker that
crashes Baccaro down to the mat with furious impact! The fans cheer
thunderously, but Jaguar rushes back into the ring and nails Tantalus. Jaguar
whips Tantalus against the ropes, hits the opposite ropes, and the two both go
for clotheslines, downing each other! Both mere inches from Baccaro, Tantalus
and Jaguar each thrust an arm onto the unconscious champion simultaneously. The
referee counts… one, two, three!
Hosemann: I don’t know,
The fans are cheering, but no one knows what is
going on. Tantalus and Jaguar both get up, appealing to referee Tom Stevens
that they should be champion. Baccaro remains unconscious on the mat.
Meanwhile, Vulture rushes back to the ring and begins arguing with Stevens.
Then, CEO Kerry Cox and commissioner Paul Ferrara head to the ring to join in
on the discussion. Finally, Baccaro begins to stir, and the debate continues
on.
Troy: What the hell is going on, Scott?!
Hosemann: I don’t know Troy, but I don’t think we’re going to find out tonight,
