* MATCH 1 – GREG PRICE d. KRIS ANTHONY at 8:17 via submission with a Boston Crab.  This was an action-packed, exciting encounter between two NYCW newcomers.  ANTHONY came very close to winning on several occasions, but PRICE prevailed with a Boston Crab.  (Referee:  Ethan McKay)

* MATCH 2 –
BIG VERNON and SYDESWYPE d. MARTIN BLACKBURN and ROLAND HOLCOMB at 7:28.  SYDESWYPE pinned HOLCOMB after he and VERNON hit the Waco native with a double powerbomb.  After the match, THE TYRANT and THE IRISH ASSASSIN JOE MALONE stormed the ring and victimized the two big country boys to the dismay of the crowd.  (Referee:  Corbin Page)

* MATCH 3 –
ERICA d. DANA CHAPMAN at 2:37 with a sit-out facebuster.  NYCW Women’s Champion LIZ RUSH joined JUSTIN SCHENCK and FERNANDO RAMIREZ for commentary in this one.  After the match, a tense staredown ensued between RUSH and ERICA. (Referee:  Chris Korbin)

* BACKSTAGE –
JOSH MCGUIRE is backstage with DYNAMITE DEAN NASH, who upset JON SASS last week to stay alive in the tournament to crown a number one contender.  NASH says that last week was no fluke, and he’s ready to shock the world again tonight when he goes up against RYAN “THE BOSS” KNAKAL.  He says that KNAKAL has been stating that it’s his destiny to win the NYCW Championship, but NASH has something to say about that.  NASH tells us to prepare to be shocked… again.

* MATCH 4 – TOURNAMENT SEMIFINAL –
RYAN “THE BOSS” KNAKAL d. DYNAMITE DEAN NASH at 8:04 with the Boss Bomb.  NASH was well on his way to another upset when JON SASS emerged during a ref bump and hit NASH with the End of the Line.  KNAKAL then hit the Boss Bomb for the academic 1, 2, 3.  (Referee:  Ethan McKay)

* BACKSTAGE
JOSH MCGUIRE is standing by with JERMAINE HARRIS and CHARLES WALKER, DA BANDITZ, the NYCW Tag Team Champions.  HARRIS and WALKER speak about their tag team title defense against THE OLD SCHOOL coming up later tonight, which is a ladder match.  They remind us that this will be the final shot for BOBBY BURRIS and ALEX MASON, so they’d better make it good.  Just then, THE OLD SCHOOL walks onto the set and the two teams stare each other down, all four men extremely focused and ready to take NYCW tag team wrestling to the next level tonight.

* MATCH 5
MIDDKNIGHT d. DAMIAN FIELDS at 5:19 with a reverse Death Valley Driver.  (Referee:  Chris Korbin)

* MATCH 6TOURNAMENT SEMIFINAL –
FRANK BRIGGS d. JACKIE BACCARO at 18:29.  BRIGGS controlled much of the early portion of the match, but BACCARO made an intense comeback in the later stages.  BACCARO seemingly had BRIGGS pinned after a running forearm, but BRIGGS got his foot on the ropes at the last possible second.  Getting frustrated, BACCARO pulled the turnbuckle pad off, exposing the steel, but couldn’t use it on BRIGGS.  Shortly thereafter, BRIGGS slingshot BACCARO into the exposed steel, knocking him out, and covering him for the victory to advance to the finals against RYAN KNAKAL next week.  (Referee:  Corbin Page)

* VIDEO SCREEN – We are shown an interview conducted with NYCW Heavyweight Champion
“THE HUMAN HIGHLIGHT” JON DULBERG at his home earlier this week.  DULBERG stated in the interview that he would not be attending tonight’s show in attempt to heal up a little more.  He confirmed that he will be at the Palladium in New York City next Thursday night, just one week before his big steel cage match against whomever emerges from the tournament.  DULBERG said that he didn’t care who wins the tournament, whether it be his cousin RYAN KNAKAL or anyone else, but had this to say: “Whoever faces me will have to take every drop of blood from my body.  There is no way in hell that I am gonna tap out or let my shoulders go down 1-2-3.  I've worked too hard for this championship.  It is my life, and my favorite highlight of them all.”

* BACKSTAGE – A distraught
JACKIE BACCARO is shown returning to the backstage area, feeling he blew his chance, when all of a sudden, he is standing before BRYAN CONROY, owner of the PWA and, by the same logic, owner of NYCW.  Shocked that CONROY is at an NYCW event, BACCARO is even more shocked to learn that CONROY is here to see him.  CONROY tells BACCARO not to worry about losing that match to BRIGGS just now, that it was a classic and there would be plenty of opportunities in the future for the 23-year-old BACCARO.  CONROY then goes on to tell BACCARO that since he is out of this tournament, he should have no problem traveling to Atlanta this weekend.  When BACCARO doesn’t quite get what CONROY is implying, CONROY tells BACCARO that he was very impressed with his performance in the battle royal, along with his matches against TYRANT and FRANK BRIGGS over the past two weeks.  With that, CONROY invites JACKIE BACCARO to fill the final slot for the PWA’s 30-man Symphony of Destruction match this Saturday in Atlanta.  BACCARO accepts with no hesitation and his night ends on a very positive note, despite the loss.

* MATCH 7NYCW TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP – LADDER MATCH –
THE OLD SCHOOL d. DA BANDITZ © at 29:17 to win the championship.  BOBBY BURRIS and ALEX MASON battled JERMAINE HARRIS and CHARLES WALKER to the death, with both teams giving absolutely everything they had.  The match clearly could have gone either way and was immediately hailed as the greatest match in NYCW history.  The finish saw all four men climbing two ladders, with BURRIS and HARRIS on one ladder, and WALKER and MASON on the other.  WALKER and MASON each got a hand on one of the belts, but lost balance, knocking their ladder into the ladder of BURRIS and HARRIS, tipping it over, and spilling BURRIS and HARRIS out of the ring.  WALKER and MASON’s ladder then collapses as well, leaving the two of them each hanging from one of the belts.  The two continuously kick one another, until MASON kicks WALKER with a devastating low blow, dropping DA BANDIT without the belt.  MASON then reaches over and unhooks the other belt, falling from the sky with both belts in his arms to crown THE OLD SCHOOL new NYCW Tag Team Champions.
