* RINGSIDE:
The opening credits roll and we are taken inside the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City, where Jerry Georgatos is standing inside the ring for tonight’s episode of New York Championship Wrestling.  The NYCW Commissioner tells us that the six men who announced to the next round of the NYCW Championship tournament -- D-Gunz, Solomon, The Tyrant, Andrew Livingston, Anthony “BK” Desio, and Jon Dulberg -- will compete tonight, in the same format in which they competed last week.  The six men will wrestle, turmoil double-elimination rules.  The man that wins tonight will advance to the finals of the tournament, two weeks from tonight.  The five men who fail to win will compete in five-man turmoil, double-elimination rules, next week on the show, to determine the other finalist.  He then tells us to enjoy the show and steps aside so that the action can begin.

* MATCH 1:  JENNY OTTATI VS. TINA HOOVER:
The show opens tonight’s action with a hot battle between the popular Jenny Ottati and a true favorite of the male gender, but an all around bad person, Tina Hoover.  Hoover dominates this match in the early goings, seeming to be a cinch to win it, but Ottati makes a charge several minutes into the match, eventually scoring the impressive victory with a move she likes to call “Cali Dreamin.”
WINNER:  JENNY OTTATI (4:52)

* BACKSTAGE:

We see Commissioner Jerry Georgatos in his office backstage.  The Blizzard then bursts into the room and demands to know why his contract, which expires on March 1, has not been renewed.  Georgatos says that it is because no one wants to see him wrestle, a comment that Blizzard finds offensive.  Georgatos informs Blizzard that tonight, he will compete against Frank Briggs, the 6’6” 328-pound Canadian monster that is VERY unhappy about being eliminated from the NYCW Championship tournament last week.  If Blizzard wins, his contract will be renewed for an entire year.  If he loses, his career in Progressive Entertainment is officially over.

* MATCH 2:  ROLAND HOLCOMB VS. KILAUEA:
The sadistic and manipulative Roland Holcomb goes up against the fat dancing Hawaiian Kilauea.  Any idea who the fans cheer for here?  Anyway, the much larger Kilauea dominates the opening exchanges, but Holcomb’s heel tactics come to the forefront, changing the paces of the match.  Kilauea makes a late surge, but Holcomb hits a swinging DDT and then pins Kilauea with his feet on the ropes, scoring the tainted victory.  The fat Hawaiian is enraged, threatening to eat Holcomb, but the Waco, Texas native laughs off the threat and enjoys his victory.
WINNER:  ROLAND HOLCOMB (7:12)

* MATCH 3:  ALLISON KELLY VS. DANA CHAPMAN:
A tremendous display of women’s wrestling in this one.  Chapman truly has the crowd in this one, but apparently, it is Kelly that has the talent.  Dana has flashes of brilliance, but Allison proves that she is clearly the more solid competitor, pinning Chapman with the eye of the hurricane and impressing many in the process.
WINNER:  ALLISON KELLY (5:17)

* MATCH 4:  THE BLIZZARD VS. FRANK BRIGGS:
Blizzard enters first, looking ready to earn himself another year of employment.  Frank Briggs enters and has other plans.  In other words, he kills him.  He picks him up for  a Gorilla Press Slam and throws him up into the air so high that the Blizzard almost hits the ceiling of the Hammerstein.  When Blizzard finally comes down, Briggs puts him in a sharpshooter and blatantly refuses to let go, even after Blizzard taps like a baby.  Briggs eventually breaks Blizzard’s back completely and is finally pried off of him.  As EMTs rush the ring to peel Blizzard off the mat and escort him out of the building, probably to a hospital, Warren Zevon’s “Werewolves of London” mysteriously plays over the speakers, very similarly to what happened after Thor’s savage beating on PWA Frequency last week.
WINNER:  FRANK BRIGGS (4:03)

* BACKSTAGE:
The camera cuts to the dressing room of Bobby Burris and Alex Mason, collectively known as The Old School.  They talk amongst themselves, stating to one another that they think Da Banditz, Jermaine Harris and Charles Walker, are overrated and not nearly as good a team as themselves.

* MATCH 5:  DA BANDITZ (CHARLES WALKER AND JERMAINER HARRIS) VS. D-UNIT (MAVERICK AND DARKSTAR):
An explosive tag team contest, Walker and Harris get the crowd going with their high-impact in-ring style.  Their opponents tonight, Maverick and Darkstar, debuted last week in the tournament, and call themselves the D-Unit.  The D, apparently, stands for Destruction.  Da Banditz clearly have the match won when a giant, beefy, African-American male makes his way to the ring, interfering on behalf of the D-Unit, leading to Maverick hitting a shooting star press, which he calls the D-Unit Splash, on Harris for the win.  After the match, Darkstar takes the mic and introduces this man as Bubbles, head of D-Unit security.  The beatdown on Da Banditz continues and the camera cuts to the backstage, where Burris and Mason, the Old School, are laughing hysterically at the fortune of their rivals, exchanging a high-five.
WINNERS:  D-UNIT (8:43)

* MATCH 6:  DYNAMITE DEAN NASH VS. DAMIEN FIELDS:
A brilliant high-flying affair, both Nash and Fields put on tremendous shows for the audience.  This match is littered with heart-stopping near-falls and insane pinning combinations, getting the fans extremely invested into the contest.  Fields, the natural heel from Phoenix, misses his top rope legdrop, but reverses Nash’s attempt for a butterfly suplex, going for his finisher, the diamond cutter.  However, Nash blocks this, rolls Fields up, and picks up the victory.  The fans give Dynamite Dean Nash a standing ovation as he retreats, leaving a frustrated Damien Fields in the ring.
WINNER:  DYNAMITE DEAN NASH (11:21)

* BACKSTAGE:
Backstage reporter Josh McGuire is standing by with the 6’9” 293-pound beast from Barrow, Alaska, Solomon, moments before the continuation of the NYCW Championship tournament.  Solomon says that there has been a lot of talk about D-Gunz, a lot of talk about Andrew Livingston, Jon Dulberg, and a whole host of others, but this is his time.  Back in Alaska, he faced tougher climates than this, tougher obstacles, and tonight, it’s just another storm he has to weather.  And tonight, when all is said and done, several will feel the Deep Freeze and he will get a one-way ticket to the finals.

* MATCH 7:  NYCW CHAMPIONSHIP TOURNAMENT:  ROUND TWO:  SOLOMON VS. THE TYRANT VS. ANDREW LIVINGSTON VS. JON DULBERG VS. ANTHONY “BK” DESIO VS. D-GUNZ:
The match begins with Solomon against the Tyrant, a battle of two feared heel superstars.  The battle is ferocious, with both men getting in a substantial amount of offense, but it is Solomon that is able to score the deep freeze and earn the first elimination.  Andrew Livingston hits the ring next, and immediately has the crowd behind him as he tears into the monstrous Solomon.  Livingston, no midget at 6’7” 305, goes for his gutwrench powerbomb, but Solomon reverses out of it and pins Livingston with the Deep Freeze.  Jon Dulberg comes out next, to a monstrous ovation.  The fans cheer their heads off as the 235-pound Dulberg attempts to rock the mammoth Solomon.  It proves fruitless, however, as Solomon disposes of Dulberg just as easily with a super powerbomb.  Now with complete confidence, Solomon tears into the next man to enter, Anthony “BK” Desio.  Desio is eliminated quickest of all, almost immediately getting hit with the Deep Freeze and pinned.  The crowd then pops huge when D-Gunz is the last man out, completing the first round of entrances, setting up the inevitable clash between Solomon and D-Gunz.  The two battle ferociously, eventually taking their battle outside of the ring, where both men pick up chairs.  When the two proceed to destroy one another with the chairs, the official has no choice but to disqualify both men, giving each of them a loss, and forcing this match to start all over again, with each of the six having a loss, making this a sudden death situation.  The Tyrant and Andrew Livingston enter, battling each other in a fall that would see the first man officially denied a trip to the finals this week.  After a tremendous battle, it is Tyrant that gets the best of Livingston, pinning him with a Full Nelson Slam, and forcing him to compete next week in his final chance to earn a berth into the finals.  Jon Dulberg is out next and comes extremely close to defeating Tyrant, scoring several breathtaking nearfalls, but it is not enough to overcome the big man, and he too falls victim to the Full Nelson Slam.  Anthony Desio comes out next and feebly tries to attack the upper body of the 6’5” 310-pound Tyrant, only to find himself a quick victim of the Full Nelson Slam and eliminated.  Tyrant stands in the ring, emotionless, as Solomon makes his way back to the ring, a rematch of their epic battle minutes ago.  This time, Tyrant hits his Full Nelson Slam, but Solomon amazingly kicks out, and pins Tyrant with the Deep Freeze.  Before Solomon even has a chance to revel in his victory, D-Gunz has returned to the ring, and these two men pick up where they left off, with the winner earning a bye into the finals of the tournament in two weeks.  The match keeps going back and forth, until D-Gunz sets up for his chokeslam finisher.  Solomon, sensing the opening, boots D-Gunz with a low blow, amazingly hits him with the Deep Freeze, and pins him, earning the first spot in the championship match in two weeks.  Darkseed’s “Cold Under Water” hits and Solomon celebrates his victory to the disdain of the fans as the show goes off the air.
WINNER:  SOLOMON (23:46)
