NYCW Tournament Continues! Week 3 of the Playoffs!

1. Losers Bracket Tournament Match:
Victor Simon (3) d. Rob Graves (7) at 16:32 with a head-and-arm suplex. With the loss, Graves is eliminated from the tournament.

2. Losers Bracket Tournament Match:
NYCW Television Champion Damien Fields (1) d. NYCW Champion Renegade (5) at 33:47 with a victory roll. With the loss, Renegade is eliminated from the tournament. (non-title)

3. Non-Tournament Match:
Liz Rush d. Erica at 3:26 with a cobra clutch bomb.

4. Non-Tournament Match:
Matt Quinn (with Jake Casey) d. Bobby Burris at 5:38 with a northern lights driver. Burris was replacing his originally-scheduled tag team partner Alex Mason in the match, who was not in attendance due to injuries suffered in a first round Golden Ring tournament match the night before with Solomon on a PWA house show. Because of the victory, Quinn & Casey will now face the Old School in a non-title match next week, where a victory over the champs will earn them a title shot the following week in a contest where there are no count-outs and no disqualifications.

5. Non-Tournament Match:
Martin Blackburn & Roland Holcomb d. Antoine Malone & Chris Nicholson at 6:21. Blackburn forced Malone to submit to an STF.

6. Non-Tournament Match:
D-Gunz d. Shaun Aguilar at 3:04 with a chokeslam.

7. Losers Bracket Tournament Match:
NYCW Television Champion Damien Fields (1) d. Victor Simon at 27:34 with a diamond cutter. With the loss, Simon is eliminated from the tournament. (non-title)

8. Winners Bracket Tournament Match:
Darrin Giles (2) d. Mista Jones (8) at 3:36 with a top-rope big splash in what was an overwhelmingly dominant victory that stunned the Lynbrook crowd. With the win, Giles advances to Frequency on June 29, to face the winner of next week’s match between Damien Fields and Mista Jones. Giles will then have two chances to win one match and claim the PWA contract.
